- Risto (8/5): Expensive, not very good. - The receptionist was very nice and helped me with my dentist appointment. The rooms should be refurbished soon. The location is fine. In the restaurant they had four different salads in the menu. Only the Arabic salad was available. It was terrible. There are two clubs upstairs. Similar clubs are everywhere, even in a deep jungles in Papua New Guinea.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean place but not enough hot water - The place is clean and staff friendly. The only issue we have is with hot water. There is not enough hot water supply. During a shower, it was hot at the beginning but quickly turns only to warm in middle of it. It is not comfortable taking a shower like that.

She loves how the staff recognized and remembered her when the second she approached the counter to check inn. She bragged about how clean and smell good, the property was; and they provide free water. My guest asked me to book the same hotel for her in the future. I booked so many hotels for her in the past and she was not happy. Only at Villagio she was happy with the property, how friendly the staffs are, and the cleanliness. From my guest feedback, I highly recommend this hotel property.

Continental breakfast was extra special because the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our night at the Club however the drinks are pricey. I don't like the smell of the room maybe because of the carpet but everything was okay and exceptional. We will definitely come back!

- JONO5K1 (10/5): Performance was better than expected - Excellent Value. I was able to check-in at 12:00. The staff were friendly for the most part and professional. The room was a good size with all the necessary amenities plus some added perks. Shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, combs, shower caps and soaps etc. were all provided. The TV was an excellent size and there was a fridge, hairdryer, and plenty of clothes hangars. The window view was also good. The hotel had a positive feeling overall. Would recommend 100%
- Michael (2/5): - The property has a nightclub on the 14th floor open 6 days a week till 330am. The noise from this, loud music, affects the rooms beneath making it impossible to sleep. It’s astonishing these rooms are for sale as bedrooms. Terrible place. Avoid unless you don’t want to sleep.

- Sherif (2/5): - As mature senior traveler i never expect to be treated with disrespect from a staff of a hotel based on race or clothes. Very rude staff name (shiva) not wearing security uniform questioning if we registered with the id before going up while clearly he sees the key cards in our hand. Im at 50s and i expect respect in such name hotel. While leaving dosens of teenagers going up and down without questioning them. Is it based on what we wearing or its pure racism. Didn't expect that from such hotel name
- Guide22780110902 (2/5): Worst Ever Staff and Service , Front office /zero Hospitality and totally Unprofessional - I entered as walkin and check the room rate at receptionist on which he said only suite room is available and offered me rate of 350Aed , i ask for deluxe room but he said its not available and when went out to have dinner and came back again and check if he have any deluxe cancelation or availability but he gave me same answers that only suite room with 350 Aed is available. I accepted the deal and handedover my emirates id to make reservation , i waited for 20minutes and i dont know what he was doing with the system! After wasted my half an hour , the clock time was 10:30pm he told me delux room is in 350 aed not suite which boiled my blood and he was not ready to change anything. Then i ask for manager and a supervisor came with hands in pent pockets telling me “Look , he (recep) is new guy and rate pay 450 for suite otherwise go! Then a security guy came saying i am FOM what is ur issue ? Overall it was like a Mafia House where they dictate and u have to listen even if they had made mistake . When i ask for GM contact . They laughed and said GM dont care for such pitty silly things. I wonder how is hotel operation working.i advice tourist from allover the Globe who are visiting abu dhabi , dont even think to step inside this hotel or face the reception team. I was so angry and they were at best to disrespect me.thanks to sales manager with whom i spoke on call and she was good with behaviour. But above all the front office team is Yuck!!! Should be banned.

- Asma (2/5): Horrible nuit - Horrible ! J'ai réservé une chambre pour 3, je me retrouve avec mes deux adolescents dans une chambre avec un lit pour deux, impossible de dormir à trois. De plus le personnel de l'accueil était très désagréable, il nous a demandé de payer un supplément de 55€ pour le lit d'appoint. Nous avons refusé puisque la chambre réservée était une chambre pour 3 . Le service client de hôtels.com ne répond pas, les réclamations sur le site n'ont rien donné. Serviettes absentes et fournies au bout de 3 réclamations. Donc nous avons fini par dormir à 3 dans un lit à deux . Inadmissible pour une prestation à 92 EUR !

- Daniel (8/5): Good hotel. Good location without a car - Excellent, luxury hotel. Super helpful and friendly staff. Large room with mini fridge. Poorly designed bathroom. Impossible to take a shower without flooding the floor. A simple longer shower curtain that reaches all the way around three sides of the tub would fix the problem. Perfect location about 12 minute walk to central bus station for trip to airport and Dubai. Local bus no. 24 stops at corner and runs to the Grand Mosque in one direction and to the Marina mall in the other. Must pay by tap card which can be purchased ONLY by cash at a machine at the bus station, for example. There are restaurants and a grocery store at a very short walk from the hotel and a pedestrian tunnel to cross the main road.
- Ahmed (6/5): - The hotel is ina very good location for central AbuDhabi. Was very convenient for travelling to the AbuDhabi Corniche, restaurants, shopping etc. Wahda Mall is nearby. The hotel is clean and room facilities are great. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The downsides are: 1. There are no restaurants inside the hotel. You have to go outside for even breakfast. 2. There is a nightclub on the top floor and we could hear the loud sound two floors below. The staff were kind to move us to the lower floors.

- Martin (2/5): - The staff in the hotel are very nice and helpful at all times. The hotel does have a club on the 14th floor and the 15th floor. You can hear the bass of the club all the way in your room every night until 4 am which is when they close. It is so hard to get a good night sleep. You are basically almost in the club while you are in the room trying to sleep.

- Martin (2/5): - The staff is incredibly nice and helpful but there’s a club on the 14th floor and the 15th floor. These clubs are extremely loud with very loud bass. You can hear the bass through your room all the way until 4 am which is when they close. This is so disturbing and makes it so hard to sleep. The rooms are fantastic for the price point but those clubs make it very tough to sleep with the bass playing through your room.
- AK7811 (8/5): Great area and very clean hotel - Very Decent and clean. Has everything you may need!Bathroom floods after a shower which can be very dangerous however. But they provide ample amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The area is great as it is walking distance from everything.

For most business travellers, that's typically next to useless as we need to work out before the workday / conference.starts. I booked this hotel primarily because of the pool / gym but had no idea it wouldn't be open during useful hours. Please advertise the opening hours for the facilities more clearly so that people can decide to go elsewhere.
- Nzauh (2/5): Never ever - Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at your hotel. my wallet in the hotel lobby. I realized my mistake shortly after, and returned to the lobby to collect it. However, when I opened my wallet, I found that it was empty. I am extremely concerned that the money in my wallet was stolen by a member of your staff. I had not spent any money since checking into your hotel, so I know that the money was in there when I left it in the lobby. I am also concerned that the hotel does not have any security measures in place to protect guests' belongings. The amount of money that was stolen is not significant. However, the fact that it was stolen is a serious matter. If your staff is willing to steal a small amount of money from a guest, then what is to stop them from stealing larger amounts? I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the staff member responsible. I also request that you implement security measures to protect guests' belongings in the future. I am a loyal customer of your hotel chain, and I have always been satisfied with the service I have received in the past. However, this recent experience has left me very disappointed. I hope that you will take lmy concerns seriously and take steps to ensure that this does not happen to another guest in the future. The amount was only 375 but the experience show how much the hotel staff are not.......

If u want to chill in the night they have live band at 16 floor and reception kathy and jeric thank u for assisting me until i checked out that day and very friendly staff and housekeeping i love to stay again. I only concern the way they answer the phone from room service is sound like a rude cause i cant dial direct to reception I tried many times to dial 0 is not ringing and i need to wait longtime that why i decided to not called again. - JiayiW (4/5): bad experience with alarm rings every night - Air condition in the room was set as 14.5 degree. We immediately switched it off, but still caught a cold for several days, so holiday started by sick leave. We don't understand while the temperature in the room needs to be that cold, since outdoor temperature was around 25 degree, such a waste of energy. In addition, at beginning, we were at 12th floor, due to a new bar was opened at 15th floor, the music was so loud, the reception was kind enough to move us to 5th floor. The worst experience was the fire alarms rings every night, my poor 3 years old daughter was waken up shiveringly. And reception informed us it was due to some clients smoke in the none-smoking room, but why all the rooms alarms were connected, it was so annoying to be waken up from the deep sleep. The last but not least, when I went to the swimming pool located on the 16th floor, the water was freezing cold and jacuzzi was not working and the staff told me they were under maintenance, but they should have informed customers before they jumped into the pool. Besides above, staff and service are good.
