They made us feel very safe and welcome during our entire stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and everything was well organized. The location was also very convenient for visiting the main attractions in Istanbul. We were very satisfied with our stay. Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.
• Alexandra (10/5): Супер отель, дружелюбный персонал! - Очень чисто, номера тихие. Меняют полотенца и средства гигиены каждый день. Отель в прекрасном районе, всё в пешей доступности. Рядом метро, трамваи и, при необходимости, паром. Порадовали магазинчики рядом, самое необходимое можно купить. Большое разнообразие ресторанчиков и кафе поблизости. Отдельное спасибо сотрудникам отеля за помощь, в особенности Элвину - такого человеческого и доброго отношения мы давно не встречали! Обязательно приедем ещё!!! Было немного душно в номере по ночам из-за того, что кондиционер дул только тёплым воздухом, но это мелочи.

• Haarini (2/5): Not recommend if you want a comfortable night after a long day out - Location 1. The AC wasn’t working. The rooms were extremely hot and when asked about it atleast accommodating a fan they said they can’t do anything about it. It was like a toaster oven. 2. Bedding was also very uncomfortable. The cleaning wasn’t done properly- used towels weren’t changed until asked for. Slippery floor- got hurt twice.

• Novruz (10/5): Лучший отель за такую цену - Соотношение цены/качества. Мы останавливаемся здесь уже второй раз, в прошлый раз были 3 года назад. Лучший отель, в котором вы можете остановиться и ни о чем не переживать, отзывчивые сотрудники, говорят на всех языках, которые необходимы, всегда помогают, очень радушны. Номера чистые, уборщицы меняют полотенца, сами номера с хорошим ремонтом, за такую цену вы не найдете в этих районах такого качества номера. Завтраки на террасе, хорошие, вкусные, мы наедались и спокойно шли в город гулять. Спасибо большое, вернемся 100 процентов еще не раз! -

La colazione è da migliorare, così come lo spazio inadeguato rispetto al numero degli ospiti dell' hotel

• Aleksandra Weronika (3/5): - Unfortunately, our hotel choice turned out to be a disappointment. It might be an acceptable option for a very short stay - three nights were already more than enough for us. The neighborhood felt quite shady. While the room itself was alright at first glance, the bathroom - especially the shower - looked quite disgusting and poorly maintained. On top of that, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast was probably the worst part of the experience. It was served on the top floor on a rather ridiculous terrace setup that felt uninviting. The whole arrangement seemed poorly thought out, and the atmosphere didn’t encourage us to stay there at all. In the end, we didn’t eat anything and chose to go into the city for breakfast instead even though the breakfast has been included in the price of the stay.

• Alin (10/5): Great hotel and great position - We loved the position of the hotel, its a 5 minute walk to the Aksaray Tramway T1 and a 10 minute walk to the Havaist Aksaray station for the Airport. The hotel itself also was great, quiet, clean, daily room service. They also have an elevator. We highly recommend the breakfast option, its served daily between 8-10:20 at the rooftop. Unfortunatrly the rooftop terrace is closed due to the seagulls, but you can smoke outside with the seagulls. The staff was great and they offered us free room upgrade from King bedroom to triple room. The breakfast is mostly repetitive but that can be said about all breakfast places, including high end Antalya resorts.

Rooms are very closed and other guests were noisy late night while other guests making calls or attending the calls in front of other guests Rooms. Breakfast wasn't satisfying. it should be improved.

• zehra (9/5): Génial je recommande ! - Super, le ménage est fait tout les jours, les chambres sont spacieuses, le personel est agréable et serviable ! Bien desservis en métro, tram et bus. La rue peut paraitre un peu sinistre a l’arrivée mais très sécurisé de jour comme de nuit nous rentrons à 00h et 0 problème. Petit commerce à proximité Parfait ! Je recommande vivement ! L’emplacement est bien desservis il reste par contre un peu éloigné du centre parfait si vous sortez le matin et rentrer le soir mais pas pour faire des passages dans la journée .

Lage des Hotels optimal und zentral obwohl es zentrale ist, ist es nachts leise und man kann gut schlafen Beim Abziehen des Spannbetttuches waren darunter einige Haare. Zimmer verfügt über keinen Smart TV was nicht erforderlich ist aber ein Plus Punkt wäre.

• Gloria (9/5): Great place to stay - Everything was very lovely. The location for instance was great. it is very close to the shopping area with tons of amazing restaurants around. Also, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. They were available 24/7 and always keen to help. The room was very clean, comfortable and nice. the facilities are in very good condition and work very well. I will be happy to stay here again if I come back to Istanbul. Tbe walls between the rooms are somewhat thin so you can hear others in their room. But truly this wasn't too bad because the noise was minimal.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht eingerichtet - man hat alles was man braucht und das Bett war mega bequem. Even lost in small streets is safe. Don’t venture down to port area as a bit deserted. Only about 5 tram stops to Palace and Mosques

It‘s 10 min walk from tram Aksaray station. It‘s only take 25 min to Hagia Sophia by walk. The breakfast has not many options and variations, almost the same everyday. But we knew it as we already read review from other. So it’s ok.
• rita rotundo (7/5): Assolutamente piacevole - Appena arrivati pensavo fossimo finiti in un posto terribile, ma mi sono dovuta ricredere. Letti comodi, stanza e bagno puliti, c'era anche un bollitore con il te e bottigliette di acqua ogni giorno. Inoltre ho unito due letti singoli e spostando il letto ho trovato abbastanza pulito(non perfetto ma accettabile). Stanze ristrutturate. Colazione buona e varia. Personale davvero gentile. 20 minuti a piedi dalla moschea blu.Questo albergo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ad Instanbul davvero piacevole.
• Valeryia (3/5): Dużo rozczarowanie. Nie polecam - Lokalizacja Brudno, rozerwane poszewki , nie ma papieru, patelnia cała porysowana i brudna, nie można takie rzeczy w ogóle używać . Przy zameldowaniu podłoga była brudna, jak by nikt nie sprzątał. Żadnej instrukcji przed zameldowaniem, żadnego komunikatu i instrukcji na temat zameldowania.
