- IBRAHIM (8/5): - ملاصقه ل7 eleven وصيدلية، والمنطقة هادية وقريبة من محطة المترو. الغرفة ضيقة شوي، وعدم احترافية بعض أفراد الطاقم في التعامل. طلبت سرير اطفال من وقت الحجز ، ولما وصلت الفندق بالليل قال موظف الشفت ان ما عنده خبر، ولا بد ينتظر لين بكره الصباح حتى يحضر الطاقم الرئيسي!

- Allan (9/5): Convenience and comfortable. - We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Within a few minutes walk to 2 train stations and about a 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of family dining options and convenience stores. Less storage space compared to other Mimaru properties that we have stayed at.

- Belinda (10/5): Great Family Stay - Nikita and Tarnia were wonderfully helpfully. All.the staff very friendly and made our first few nights in Japan very easy. They helped with luggage transport also! Cheap and easy to use laundry also!!!! Beds were an little firm (first time in Japan( bit Nikita and Tarnia helped late one night with some toppers (we were very grateful).

- Yukako (10/5): 以前から泊まってみたいと思っていたホテルで、ファミリーで泊まるには最適でした。他の地域でも泊まってみたいです。 - 徒歩圏内にスーパー、1階にセブンイレブン、隣にスギ薬局があり、飲食店も周りにあるので、食事にも困ることはなかったです。 トースターをレンタルして、朝ごはんにパンを食べたり、ミニキッチンには最低限の調理道具と食器、冷蔵庫やレンジもありましたので、スーパーで購入した食材で軽く調理したりしました。 フロント前には化粧水やクレンジングなどと、ワンピースタイプのナイトウエアも置いてあり、パジャマを持って行かずに済んだので助かりました。 清掃後に窓が開いたままでした。 低層階のお部屋だったこと、曇りの日だったことから、少しだけ驚きました。 あえてそうしていたのかもしれませんが。

- Darren (10/5): Excellent would definitely stay again. - Was very clean and tidy had a 7eleven straight downstairs. Was pretty central and an easy taxi ride to everywhere. The staff were very nice and helpful spoke very well English so was very easy for me to communicate with them. Train station very close by, we caught the bullet train for 1hr and 5 minutes to Echigo Yazawa and went skiing one day it was great.

It is very convenient for late night snack and early morning rush. 7eleven is down the building. Next block to the right is family mart and corner to the left is lawson. There are restaurants and cafes around the area.

- dianna (7/5): Nice hotel - Pretty clean and enough space for our small family. Good laundry facilities. The bed was rock hard but they can provide a comfort layer if you ask - it made the bed very comfortable (just don't forget to ask as soon as you arrive). Location was not near key attractions / destinations. We could jump on the metro to get where we needed to go but if you have limited time and want fast and easy access - pick another area of Tokyo. Trade off was that it was very quiet - no noise at night and peaceful streets.

Very close to Tokyo Station There are multiple amenities available free of charge once you check in including the usage of some electronics like Apple TV (though it is an older model) There are only 2 elevators, which is not the worst problem to have. - Karina (9/5): Amazing location, love the 7 eleven and little restaurant downstairs - Great location, 7 eleven downstairs Not much room in the rooms but I know this is typical of Tokyo hotels/rooms so can’t fault the property
- Hitesh (9/5): Overall a Perfect Stay for a family with Kids ! - Everything was perfect. Small Kitchenette was wonder for us with family of 3 kids. 7-11 at doorstep made our whole trip smooth... with lot of walking/metro travel... Metro Station 2 mins walk is a bliss.... Beds could be more stable and bit firm.
