• Karol (3/5): Toilet smell in the room and cockroach - Relatively new furniture and nice colours. There we're bugs in the room. The staircase is really neglected. There was bad smell from the toilet. The room was on 4th floor, no elevator.

• Saysouny (5/5): - ห้องดีมากตรงปกคือไม่ผิดหวังค่ะถูกใจมาก แต่ อยากให้ปรับปรุงในเรื่องของบริการค่ะรู้สึกผิดหวังเนื่องจากว่าเราไปพัก 3 คืนแต่ว่าไม่มีพนักงานมาทำความสะอาดเลยในระหว่างที่เราพักนั้นน้ำดื่มก็ไม่เอามาให้แล้วผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่มาเปลี่ยนให้คือรู้สึกผิดหวังค่ะตรงนี้ ถึงแม้แม่บ้านจะบอกเราว่าให้ไปถามเอาที่ออฟฟิศได้เลยแต่เรารู้สึกว่ามันใช่เหรออย่างน้อยแม่บ้านก็น่าจะมาเคาะประตูแล้วเอาให้เราใช่ไหมคะแล้วอีกอย่างนึงเรื่องทำความสะอาดเขาก็น่าจะมาเคาะประตูถามว่าเราต้องการทำความสะอาดไหม ครั้งหน้าถ้าไปพักอีกเราคงต้องพิจารณาโรงแรมนี้แล้ว ( แต่ห้องนั้นถูกใจมากคะ)

• Tracy (9/5): Superb - The cost of the hotel is very reasonable, the facilities onside the hotel are excellent, the wi fi is fine and the staff ate quite friendly. Buses are only 1 minute away by foot. Overall, above average for the price. Fridge too small and no freezer.

• Michelle (9/5): An amazing stay at Roseate Bangkok Hotel - The room is really spacious, cold and clean.The bed is comfortable and huge.There's also a couch, water kettle, TV and a small fridge.I like the bathroom too.There's shampoo, liquid soap and enough tissue paper. There's a 7-11 very near the hotel. The owners are very helpful, kind and approachable. I told the owner that I just had a dental procedure so he carried my luggage from the 5th floor going down. I made a great decision to stay here while I was healing from my dental procedure.I was able to sleep well and I felt safe. I like everything in this hotel but it would be better if there's a lift.The owner said that there'll be a lift after the renovation that will take place in a few years. I hope there are more sockets.

• Dmitry_borko (7/5): Old building, but very cozy and clean room. A little away from the popular spots, but buses, food - An old primitive and very dilapidated building, but a very cozy, very clean, clearly recently renovated room with brand new and well-functioning bathroom fixtures. The room has drinking water, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, napkins, a small refrigerator, a closet with hangers, and normal air conditioning. The room was on the 5th floor without an elevator. I don’t know if the rooms on the lower floors look like this. Very friendly hosts - an elderly couple with perfect English. The house is located in a small alley, but next to it is the main street of the area. There is a 7/11 store on the corner, and several cafes with Thai food nearby. On a large street, 50 meters away, there is a stop for many buses going to the center and in different directions. The lack of an elevator didn't bother me, but for some it might be important. The sign on the building is only in Thai. Be careful: there are two hotels in Bangkok with almost the same name. Google shows the second one - not this one, make no mistake!

• Sergio (10/5): Thank you to the welcoming couple for making my stay easy. I’d happily stay here again. - Firstly, the rooms seem to be newly refurbished, making them very clean and neat. I was shocked to find that, they looked even better and spacious in person from the provided pictures. This family owned hotel is run by very helpful couple who are always willing to assist you with anything you need. Please don’t judge the building these rooms are in. It’s an old building from the outside but the rooms themselves are really pristine, once you’re in! The bathroom is also as good as brand new, as well as the all the furniture! Many shops and restaurants are within a few meters distance. The main entertainment areas in Bangkok are a 10-15 minute ride away, depending on time of day, you decide to go out. I’d recommend that the owners kindly install a few more plug sockets in the room. They’d be 100% perfect then! Not enough plug sockets within the room but that’s about it! Everything worked perfectly! The AC, fridge, shower etc! Note; this building doesn’t have a lift unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with heavy bags unless you’re given a lower level room. Nothing major!

• Miles (5/5): Big modern rooms in a very obscure place. - The room was surprisingly big and modern for the price, and there was a small but usable balcony. The staff were as helpful as they could be The hotel is in a very obscure part of Bangkok, tucked away behind Rama IX, not at all a tourist area, and three different taxi drivers were unable to find it, even with GPS. It didnt help that the hotel doesn't even have it's name on the building. The staff aren't English speaking, and though they did try to be helpful they werent of much help - they didnt know where the nearest Bureau De Change was, they didn't know how to fix my broken shower heater, they couldn't print me a ticket as their printer was out of toner, etc. No lift either, and it's a five storey building.
• Miles (5/5): The hotel is terrific value, but in a very obscure area of the city. - The rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped, especially for the price. The address on the website was incorrect, and as the hotel does not even have a sign on it it was very difficult to find initially. It's in a non-touristy area of town and there are very few facilities for guests. The staff at the hotel were not English speakers, and though they tried their best to be helpful they weren't really - My shower heater was broken they weren't able to have it fixed, they didn't know where the nearest laundry or bureau de change was, and they couldn't print documents.

If you type in Google Roseate Hotel you will be in the wrong Place After searching with the taxi driver a long time this place, they gave me a room in the 5th floor without elevator, then there was a problem with the room card, the place looks not clean, in a noisy bad area, main road, so i asked if they can give me at least a little money back, because i didnt want to stay there, but they say its not there problem that there is a second hotel with this name in Bangkok and so on. Anyway, long story short, this is not a nice Hotel !!

• Cihan (3/5): Too noisy for me - Location was great and bathroom was really big and great shower So noisy with room facing the street even though i asked for a quiet room. Tiny ants all over the room. I had to pay an early check in fee and for using my credit card. I haven't had to pay for early check in at any other hotel in asia.
