Michael (1/5): Terrible front desk staff and very unaccommodating - Location was good Staff was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. I called when I booked to say I needed an early check in for my reservation. The woman on the phone told me if I joined their rewards program, an early check in would be included for members. I signed up and confirmed my early check in. I got to the property at the time I said I would and the man at the front desk told me there are no early check-ins and check-in was at 4. I explained to him what was told to me on the phone when I booked and he could not have cared less. Continued to be unfriendly and unwilling to help, even though it was guaranteed when I booked. Since an early check-in was necessary for my booking, I stayed elsewhere that was far more accommodating on far less notice. Will not be back.
A902RFlaurab (4/5): Not good for kids. - I would not recommend staying here if you have kids; it was really not family friendly. Even though I ordered a crib ahead of time and called to confirm it would be there and sheets would be provided, they had the hardest time getting it to the room and finally delivered a broken pack n play with no bedding. There's also no high chair in the restaurant. It's a fine hotel for adults but really not conducive to a comfortable stay with children.

Sherry (9/5): Enjoyed our stay at The Indigo hotel in the financial district. - Our hotel room was small, but very nice. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, sufficient storage space for clothes, lighting was good, shower had lots of hot water. The hotel is located near several subway stations making it easy access to landmarks of NYC. We felt it was in a safe location and felt comfortable arriving in the late hours via subway. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are only two elevators so we had to wait a short time to enter and exit the elevator. Would have liked more towel racks for the towels in the bathroom.

ahS7285OE (6/5): VERY noisy - The hotel was clean and well located. HOWEVER -- the heating/cooling/fan system sounded like a jet engine was in the room and came on every few minutes with a roar. It was late and we wanted to sleep but the roaring system woke us 3 times. I called the front desk each time. They came up three times and assured us each time that it was off but it wasn't. In the final visit, they unplugged the whole system in the bedroom and bathroom. The noise stopped, but our room now had no heat or ventilation and was very cold. I told the front desk staff when we checked out but they didn't even apologize for our cold room or interrupted sleep.

Talia (9/5): Gorgeous Location. - Loved the location - the view of Trinity Church was stunning. Clean hotel right in the heart of FiDi. Plenty to do and see all around. Would absolutely stay again. Would have loved there to be a guest laundry on site - instead I did a daily subway ride to Chinatown to a little laundromat, which whilst entertaining and gave me a good idea of the area, definitely bit into holiday time. (Refuse to pay the cost of having clothes sent out by the hotels!).

David (9/5): - The hotel is at the south tip of Manhattan, meaning that it takes 30-40 mins by metro to places like Central Park. But the hotel is close to 3 different metro lines and most places can be easily reached. The room was rather small (as they often are in New York) but felt new and stylish. The bed was comfortable. The noise insulation towards the hallway could have been a touch better and the ventilation was rather noisy.

Marta (10/5): - The accommodation met all my expectations. I travel a lot and really appreciate clean rooms, great mattresses, and very cozy furnishings in both the room and bathroom. I didn't miss anything and have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy every day. The hotel's location is excellent, with three metro stations a stone's throw away, one across the street and the other two a block away (1 minute on foot), allowing you to get anywhere you need to go. I don't have anything I didn't like

Some front desk staff was unfriendly- (specifically the woman who was working the day we checked in). We ran out of toilet paper and had to stop the person in the hallway after our room had been cleaned to ask for more. The rumbling from the subway car was noticeable and bothersome- we were on the 8th floor.
