- Gary (4/5): - I was not happy as first of all pics on Expedia made this property look far better the it is. Secondly these are managed apartments and there was no house keeping , not even fresh towels till you pay extra and what really annoyed me was there was only a basic cafe at property, no restaurant or anything. Yes there are options close proximity but I literally had big nights and came back to hotel with no food. Save your money and spend few hundred extra to stay at Me Dubai nearby, you’d would thank me.

- Christopher (2/5): Unaccommodating, Great Otheriwse. - This hotel was clean and also has a great location. The nearby Mosque has a prayer broadcast which was a great experience. The staff however were not so great. Unwilling to be flexible with travel changes of any kind. It was understood the deadline had passed (by ~6hours), but the staff wouldn’t allow at least a shortened stay. The view of the undeveloped dirt lot next door was excellent.

I was with family of 9 people, the property had 4 bedroom with attach bath, big living room two balcony which gives a clear view of Burj Khalifa. All staff are very friendly and resturants are available in walking distance.

I was offered other apartments to view but honestly they were just as bad if not worse. The pictures did NOT match the product. Dubai had many other apartment hotels so save your money and don’t bother. Also check-in is a nightmare, it took 30 mins to complete check-in. Sonders Business Bay is a 3* hotel. I won’t be returning. I have pictures if I could share on here I would show. I will share on Tripadviser.

- Brian (10/5): - Outstanding value, much cheaper for the standard than in London or other European cities. Slow elevators were the only problem (some were switched off, creating long waits). Handy shop and cafe - but advertised restaurant was closed - which was a nuisance. Fortunately we had a kitchen (very good) and ate out a lot anyway. Bed was V. good and the bedroom was large. No smoking on the outside balcony 6 floors up was mean.
- Yin Wai (10/5): - Spacious and very clean for our family of 4. We have all the amenities we need. Washer/dryer. Kitchen with small coffee maker, electric water kettle, cups and dishes. Very spacious living space with sofa bed. Bedroom is roomy and comfortable. Love the 1.5 bathroom (one full bathroom with tub/shower that is in the bedroom. And a bathroom with toilet. ) I will stay there again.
- Kofoworaola (4/5): Smell and elevator was a problem - There was only one elevator working. There are 35 floors so you can imagine how frustrating that was. But more importantly, the smell from the garbage room on the 31st floor made the corridor to the room smell. I reported the issue but nothing was done about it. Apart from that, the apartment itself was lovely, lovely decor, fantastic views and comfortable. Also great location.

- Hsu Ya (10/5): - Very nice hotel itself. Very big and clean room with absolutely affordable rate. A little inconvenient and must use Taxi or uber to go around the city.
- Jahangir (8/5): - The property is in a convenient location. The apartments are quite spacious, which is great. The only downside was one of the bedrooms had some exposed nails on the floor which is something the cleaning crew should have reported and it should have been fixed prior to any guest’s arrival The best part about the property was the staff. Reception desk was extremely helpful. Zainab at checkout was especially helpful!

- Junaid (8/5): Great stay at Sonder Business Bay - Hotel is better than expected. Close to the Dubai Mall and Downtown district. Great for families. Overall great experience.

- Rohit (4/5): - The images online don't tell the full story. Beyond what's visible, the floors creak and feel unstable, there are noticeable marks in every room, and the bathrooms emit a strong sewage odor that permeates the entire space despite the air conditioning. The bathtubs display dirt-like marks and dents, showers are covered in cement and plaster, and even the soap and shampoo dispensers fail to work properly. The apartment has an overarching sewage smell, lacks a dishwasher, and the air quality made it necessary for us to switch rooms on our last night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place—it was a disappointing and expensive experience.

- samir (4/5): Bad communication - All was good the staff is very good , rooms , the sofa bed was ok , the worst part was the pool closed we were advised 48hours prior !!! I wont come back probably.

- kazi (2/5): Worst place I have stayed at in Dubai !!! - Sonder Business Bay is undoubtedly the worst hotel, not just in Dubai, but globally! - At check-in, they insisted on an absurd 3 a.m. online registration, despite having our physical documents. - When we asked for toothpaste the next day, they claimed not to offer housekeeping amenities and rudely hung up when questioned. No amenities were provided, not even basic essentials like water or slippers. - To our shock, our room remained uncleaned the following day. They demanded extra payment for cleaning and fresh towels, making our $100 per night reservation seem like a rip-off. There are better options in Dubai at the same price with excellent service. - Our room was infested with bugs, and despite reporting it, they ignored the issue, leaving us with a filthy room. - Seeking a refund for the remaining days, we were met with a cold refusal. Even the proposal to deduct two days was denied. We were forced to endure five more days in a room plagued by insects. This experience was beyond revolting; it was a true nightmare!
- Noor (10/5): - Modern, clean, within walking distance of Dubai mall and the restaurants along the business bay canal. Apartment had everything you need from washing up liquid to bathrobes. Fully equipped kitchen, really comfortable bed. The lobby was bigger than expected and was home to a small cafe and grocery store. There's a pharmacy and bigger grocery store across the road. Would stay again.
