• viacheslav (9/5): Проживал один, остался доволен. - Номер полностью соответствует фото. Чистота на высоком уровне, за что особая благодарность Сусанне. Рекомендую для проживания одного, но не более двух человек. Диван затертый и продавленный, но двухспальная кровать хороша.
• xu (10/5): 干净卫生、热情友善，不错的选择。 - 对比后选择这家公寓，首先位置较好，处于市中心区域，去哪都方便。其次，卧室、客厅、厨房及卫生间都非常干净整洁，特别是没有其他旅客反映酒店公寓那种下水道的味道，清洁度很高！房间内设施基本都具备，包括厨房用品、吹风、电热壶等。房东十分热情，也很细致，会提前联系关于入住手续、相关入住后的问题，及时沟通并解决。我们到亚美尼亚后天气降温，感觉被子比较薄，房东获知后就提供毛毯以及电暖器。另外，公寓不远就有超市，周边可以选择饭店、银行等。 存在不足的只能是因市中心区域，打车进出公寓会有些堵。还有建议，床上被子可以厚些，或者提前备着厚点被子供旅客随时选择。总体来说还是很好，非常干净卫生，人们也很随和、友善。

• Evgеnia (10/5): - Отдыхали с семьёй , заказали дополнительно трансфер с аэропорта, нас встретили и сразу довезли до нужного места.В квартире в есть все необходимое по посуде, Утюг и гладильная доска, достаточное количество шкафчиков. Жилье чистое, хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. Жилье находиться в центре кафе, магазины, обменники все очень рядом. Кондиционер работает. Нам очень понравилось!!!

• Ksenia (9/5): It was nice) - Perfect location. Also flat had everything I needed. A small table near the bed would help, and also small night light near the bed would make the place more comfy)
• Ekaterina (10/5): Ideal place to stay. - I really liked the place very much. Location is perfect. The studio is very clean, nice, thoughtfuly designed and comfortable. There is everything you need for any length of stay. Well equipped kitchen. Good ventilation and plumbing. Very good and convenient location. Parking is not easy but possible. Comfortable bed. The host is really friendly and helpful, easy to communicate with. Co-working space is just next door in the same building. Every attraction in the city is in walking distance. The burning smell from the outside every night if you open a window. All bed linen are white and clean but syntetic and keep every smell, also that makes it impossible to treat bedding with high temperature and bleach. The towels are colored so also cannot be treated with high temperature standard. We did not used provided bedding, just bought new. I would consider it a very personal preference, not a real problem. I am really picky about towels and linen. I usually choose options with white bedding and towels since it ensures at least some kind of treatment standard. I am sure it was possible to discuss with the host, we have just chosen not to.
