The reception has limited times someone is there but we didn't find any problems with this. Overall a lovely place to stay in a great location

Staff was so friendly and was able to help with booking an early morning taxi for our departure. Amenities were great and well thought out. The property was located in a residential area so it was a further walk from the tourist sites but we did not mind the walk for a quieter stay.

Staff were very kind, communicative and super helpful with what to do, where to go, we got a list of recommended restaurants as well. Beautiful decor and very comfortable bed and pillows. Silent neighbourhood. Nothing really. Maybe worth it to say it takes 20min walk to the center, which we actually enjoyed. But if you are not really a walker, it might not be your hotel.

Being British we would have liked a kettle in our room. The communal space and facilities were great but it was time restricted so our usual early morning cup of tea was missed.
