- Tatianatheg (10/5): Great honeymoon stay! - We loved the hotel design and service. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast food was great. We went to the hotel bar on the rooftop and it had a great view, even if the food was overpriced. If you go, be sure to reserve a place by the balcony, which has better views. Also, we valued the fact that the room had free water. It is our honeymoon and we were touched to receive a gift from the hotel guest relations, with a cake and wine. My hub had been having a bad day, getting sick from some food he ate, and it made both our days better to get this surprise. Thank you so much! It is up a substantial hill, so If you are not in the best shape or doesn't want to pay cabs to go up (the neighborhood also has traffic), it's better to stay somewhere else. Also, there is some noise at night, as the hotel is in the middle of a busy turístic area. But they provide earplugs, which helped a lot.
- anita (9/5): Estadía comoda - Cercano a lugares de atracción, la habitación era muy cómoda, la atención de los recepcionistas, y agradecemos el obsequio que nos dejaron la ultima noche, todo esto hizo nuestra estadia muy grata. Principalmente decidimos quedarnos en este hotel por la vista (del Restaurant) que se mostraba en Booking. El segundo día el recepcionista nos dijo que podiamos ir a conocerlo para ver la vista, sin embargo, no nos dejaron pasar más allá de la puerta, la forma nos hizo sentir un poco incomodos. (Ya que en ninguna parte de la app dice que solo se puede apreciar la vista realizando “una reserva”). Como era nuestra última noche y oportunidad de cenar ahí, consultamos al recepcionista que estaba esa noche y el chico muy amablemente consultó y dijo que si era posible asistir, quedamos muy agradecidos por su gestión. Esperamos que solo haya sido un problema de mala comunicación con los chicos que estaban en la entrada del restaurante, sin embargo dejamos en claro que el staff que nos atendió en la noche, fue muy amable.

Colazione a buffet molto varia nella veranda con pianoforte. Presenta anche una terrazza panoramica all’ultimo piano, dove puoi consumare l’aperitivo oppure la cena.

- MARIA (10/5): - struttura a due passi dalla torre di galata in una strada di passaggio piena di negozi e ristoranti . la struttura possiede una terrazza all ultimo piano con una vista spettacolare sulla torre e un ristorante a piano terra dove viene servita la colazione con musica strumentale dal vivo e dov’è la sera c’è sempre musica dal vivo. Staff attento è disponibile e il giorno del mio compleanno a sorpresa mi hanno portato a tavola una tortina con la candelina lo consiglio vivamente

Bustling area with lot of eateries, cafe around. Magical vibe. The hotel itself is a piece of art! Beautiful, timeless and has a fabulous roof top restaurant. - Judith (10/5): Perfekt. Wir kommen wieder. - Ein zauberhaftes Hotel in bester Lage. Frühstück mit Blick auf den Galata Tower. Die Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick und leckerem Essen. Und ganz besonders das sehr freundliche Personal. Die dafür gesorgt haben, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Allen voran: Herr Kibar, Herr Can und Bahar! Einziger kleiner Punkt ist vielleicht die Lautstärke nachts. Aber damit muss man nun mal leben, um so eine zentrale Lage zu haben.

- Sandra (8/5): - The staff and location were amazing. The Hotel itself was a GEM! Our room however was badly laidout, we found it difficult to squeeze around the bed to get to the bathtoom, and the room was too too hot, it was Easter so they still had the heat on, but outdoors it was quite hot.

Особое удовольствие — это вид из окна на Галатскую башню 🏙️✨. Просыпаться с таким видом — настоящее наслаждение! Чистота на высшем уровне: номер был идеально убран🧼🛏️, всё аккуратно и ухоженно. Видно, что отель уделяет большое внимание деталям. Приятным сюрпризом стали подарки 🎁 от отеля — это было очень неожиданно и добавило ещё больше положительных эмоций к отдыху!😊 Обязательно вернёмся снова и с радостью будем рекомендовать этот отель другим! 🌟

- szilvi72 (10/5): - A szálloda elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, kilépve a hotelből a nyüzsgő városi forgatagban találja magát az ember. A közelben rengeteg étterem, kávézó, üzlet található. A közlekedési eszközök is könnyen elérhetők így a nevezetességek egyszerűen megközelíthetőek. Bátran ajánlom mindenkinek aki a városban szeretne egy pár napot eltölteni. A szálloda személyzete nagyon kedves volt, minden nap takarítottak a szobában és cserélték a törölközőt. Egy igazi kis ékszerdoboz.

Сейчас на террасе только платный ресторан.. обидно. В прошлый раз номер делюкс на двоих был относительно просторный, с ванной, Сейчас номер делюкс гораздо меньше по размеру, без ванной. Дверь номера прямо напротив лифта. Очень шумно. Наверху ремонт, тоже шумно.

- Mariia (10/5): Прекрасное место - Понравилось всё. Я останавливалась в этом отеле уже в 3 раз. Замечательное место. С каждый годом отель улучшается: сервис, номера. Персонал готов помочь по любому вопросу. В честь нашего третьего приезда подарили бутылку очень вкусного вина. Всем гостям дарят приветственный подарок: сувенир и лукум (вешают на ручку двери номера после первой ночи). Спасибо огромное за всё! В самом отеле все понравилось. Где-то р ядом на улице открылось место с довольно громкой музыкой, но для нас это не было проблемой.

Ежедневная уборка номеров, пополнение запасов чая / кофе / воды. Чайник и кофеварка в номере. Достойный насыщенный завтрак, с хорошим видом разных сыров, мясной нарезки, овощей, йогуртов, выпечки. Свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, отлично приготовленные турецкий кофе и чай Номера с видом на Галатскую башню небольшие, около 12 метров

As a hotel guest I felt quite uncomfortable when I wanted to have a drink in the evening with live music and found that all the tables were taken, mostly by outside visitors who were not staying at the hotel. Smoking is allowed in the hotel lounge which further spoils the atmosphere, even if you manage to get a table. As a result we did not stay for a drink in the evening and chose another place instead.

- Mariia (10/5): - A wonderful hotel located in the heart of Istanbul! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have a beautiful view, and we could see the Galata Tower from our room. The hotel terrace offers a stunning panoramic view of the city. There were some minor issues, but those happen anywhere. We thank all the hotel staff for our stay, and especially Bahar, who ensured our comfort throughout our stay! We will definitely return! There was not enough lighting (lamps, light fittings).

Man kann definitiv nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, sehr lauter Geräuschpegel. Falls man im Restaurant essen will, muss man das rechtzeitig und definitiv vor Reise antritt reservieren, leider ist null Kulanz oder entgegenkommen vor Ort möglich, was sehr schade ist, da man Gast in dem Hotel ist, und spontan nicht möglich ist

- Isabel (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat einen speziellen Charme, es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und man spürt die Geschichte. Die Standard Zimmer sind zwar klein aber es hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist unglaublich zuvorkommend, herzlich und lieb. Sie haben uns schon im Voraus mit Restaurant Reservationen etc. unterstützt. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

- OSMER (8/5): Dias agradables en Estambul - Su ubicación es fantástica sobre todo si es tu primera vez en Estambul y quieres conocer los principales puntos turísticos caminando con buena vida nocturna, cerca de restaurantes y cafeterías y lindas vistas. Personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La terraza te brinda magníficas vistas del Bósforo y la torre Galata. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas al menos la que se me asigno, somos una pareja joven que solo viaja con maleta de mano y ocupó gran parte de la habitación, no me imagino viajar con varias maletas, literal no tendrias espacio para moverte. Otra cosa a resaltar es la poca iluminación que habia en las habitaciones, solo de lamparas y del baño, asi tengas todo prendido sentí que no era suficiente. El desayuno esperaba un poco mas, rico pero escaso de proteinas (solo huevo) habia mas variedad de postres y panes.
