• Meg (8/5): Location, convenient and good amenity - Great location - convenient to Kings cross (14min walk - with luggage) or Russell square (8min) or buses on Theobalds Road (great for theatre district). Two bedrooms both with en-suite was excellent travelling with adult children. The fans were a welcome addition in the hot London Spring. Note: if you have mobility challenges ask for ground floor apartments. The beds are double - tight when most married couples now have queen sized beds.

Excellent food in the neighborhood and 5 coffee spots within 3 blocks :) Challenges with the dryer....everything else was excellent

Convenient 2 bedroom flat close to hospitals and universities. Perfect size for families or multiple people. There was a musty odor in the bathrooms I assume from the pipes. The paint needs a refresh, lots of marks on the wall

• emma (9/5): Beautiful flat near Russell Square - The green one bedroom flat looks just like the pictures. It's spacious and comfortable. Loved the way it's decorated. The location is close to the Russell Square tube station. The area feels safe and very walkable. It's a short walk to King's Cross. It was very easy to get the key and gain access. I would love to stay there again!

It is also surprisingly quiet at night. The kitchenware could be improved; for instance, it would be great to have kitchen paper towels available.

The apartment was quite bright and very cozy. There was enough space in the closets. Central location. Many buses in the area. Small grocery store nearby and also a cafe you can walk to. The area is quiet and peaceful, and on the other hand, you can also reach cafes and public transportation on foot. The apartment we were in was on the top floor. Those who have difficulty climbing stairs will have difficulty carrying their luggage up there. Also, there is no air conditioning, only fans. If there is a draft, there could be a heat problem. Once the hot water didn't work for us. We called the owner of the apartment and they fixed the hot water.
• Carlos (6/5): Not so good - Positive points: 1. Beds are really comfortable 2. Cleaning status is pretty good 3. Location is really ok 4. Enviroment (appart of the temperature) is pretty good. Silence situation in the flat, no really bad noises. 1. Extremely hot inside the flat. Windows are closed and temperature was more than 30 ºC inside the room. Apart the windows are blocked and there is no possibility to open them. I contact with the owner and the only feedback was that there were three fans to support the temperature. Finally I was able to open the window and the conditions was pretty better. 2. It is not possible to left the baggage in the property until the flat is available. I have to pay more than 25 pounds to left the luggage in an store facilities. 3. The bathrooms are quite small, one of the two bathrooms is not possible to use the water clock, there is no space. 4. Beds are confortable but a little bit narrows. For two persons there is not enough space.

• Rona (9/5): Comfortable spacious apartment would stay again - Very spacious and comfortable flat on the 1st floor. Great shower, comfortable bed and well set up kitchen. Everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to local parks and pubs, supermarkets and underground.. Would definitely stay again During the heat wave in London it did get very hot in the apartment and despite the 2 fans supplied it was frustrating not to be able to open the windows more than a few inches.
• James (8/5): Good location and enjoyed the stay. - Location and good size bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi was fast but occasionally dropped. Top floor, probably cooler than the other floors. You need to be fit if you have heavy luggage to carry it up to the top floor. Very small sitting area for a flat that should take 4 people.

• Nicolas (7/5): There is room for improvement, a bit expensive compared to hotel - Spacious appartment with seperate rooms, well equiped, quiet and peacefull location. Access is difficult, stairs are not very luggadge friendly. Rooms and beds look bigger in pictures than they realy are, beds are a bit small for two adults. Appartment is rather new, but shows signs of usage and needs repairs. Windows did not close properly, wall was damaged. Garbage bags in front of the main entrance should not be left there for half a week. Digital acces key did not work, had to call to get the code. Poor communication, host asked us to cancel booking.com reservation, we didn't, maybe to avoid bad reviews?
• Jessica (10/5): Stylish and comfortable apartment close to British museum - Stylish and comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was very clean. The apartment we stayed in was in a basement but was brighter than many basement apartments as it had windows in every room and the kitchen and living room both looked out onto the little backyard courtyard. It was a little farther from tube nd bus stops than we would prefer— a 9 minute walk to the tube and a 7 minute walk to the 46 bus. But we liked the neighborhood so much it made up for a little extra walking.
• Wah (10/5): Perfect stay. My first choice of stay in London center - Excellent location and peaceful street outside. Room is clean and in good condition, very spacious. Walking distance to shopping street, restaurants and British Museum. Check-in instruction is clear, staff is very nice, polite and professional. One of the best apartment I ever stayed in London, definitely will stay again in my next visit. Nothing to complain
• Rachel (9/5): Superb - Location was fab, apartments were spotless and had everything you need for a short stay, huge bath sheets which is a rarity, slight technical hiccup with the virtual keys but the host resolved that immediately so all good, would def recommend to anyone wanting a city break
• Limor (4/5): Disappointed with Management & WIFI - The location was good because we were attending a conference nearby and it's also close to many shops and restaurants. The WIFI was down our entire stay and the company that runs this property were NOT friendly. The TV didn't work and the window shutters don't close, which is disappointing because the flat was on street level. There was no possibility to recycle. The kitchenware was extremely limited.

• Nancy (7/5): Great location, very comfortable, property could do with some simple upkeep. - This is our 2nd time at this property. They use a keyless bluetooth system. The first time it worked great. This visit - we never could get it to work - even with phone guidance walking through the steps. I do not think it was our fault. They did have a back up system though. We love the location. The apartment was an awesome configuration that was comfortable. The property was surfaced clean - though the rug looked like it could do with a deep cleaning. We were disappointed in the furniture damage - some peeled laminate and veneer on multiple objects. It gives a bad impression on arrival. I did communicate and send pics to the management company - and I truly hope they repair things. I very much would like to return as it is a great location and a good apt layout.

For older people it’s quite a hike up to the top flat which was the one we had been assigned. The weed smoking neighbours beneath us, yuck smell!

The attic floors aren’t straight so furniture moves at night. The motorised blinds didn’t work so we had to sleep all night with blinds open, there is no manual option. Poor customer service. Sadly I can’t recommend.

• Joanna (9/5): Spacious, airy and comfortable apartment in central city location. - Fantastic central location and easy to work everywhere. Great facilities (shops, cafes , restaurants nearby). Plenty of space so great for a working stay. Comfortable and well-equipped. Lighting options were a bit extreme: either too bright or too dim. The sensor as you entered the apartment switched n but was on a timer that you couldn't control. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. For a long stay a dustpan and brush would have been welcome, otherwise facilities great.

The pictures were a bit confusing, because seems there are many apartments so the pictures are a mix of all of them, so were not quite accurate in my case. Thought the place had 2 bathrooms and only had one.

• Kyunglim (7/5): Good - - The shower door closed properly and didn't leak! - The storage space was generous enough to put our suitcases away. - It's on the relatively quiet street. - It's bright thanks to the ceiling windows. - Asked to install an app on the phone for the key. - It's noisy to keep the window open to the garden side. Some machine was on and off all night. - The mattress was sunken down little too much. - The number of dishes, cutlery and cups could have been more, so you could actually leave dirty dishes for the dish washer.

My flat was very comfortable and nicely furnishes with brand new kitchen tools. No water to drink in the fridge and unfortunately the bathroom amenities were very tiny so not enough for a 5-night-stay Also, the building is pretty noisy.

• Schofield (10/5): An excellent stay in a super well-equipped, clean and nicely furnished apartment. - Excellent property overall. Very spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area with high ceiling. Very well equipped - plenty of coffee pods/tea bags a nice touch. The soundproofing, especially regarding the apartment above - a group of younger women who ended sounding like a heard of elephants overhead, especially when returning from their night out. Putting on the washing machine/dishwasher on overnight (finishing its cycle at about 4am) was also less than sensitive of them.
• Philip (10/5): A memorable summer week in London and the stay st 37 Doughty was fabulous! - This is simply a fabulous property. The apartment is in a quite location yet just a short walk from the Russell Square Tube Station on the Piccadilly line and just a few stops feom Piccadilly Circus. The apartment has all the ameneties, it is beautifully decorated with modern finishes. I cannot fault a single thing.

• Victoria (8/5): A perfectly good stay, value for money could be slightly better - The company was very responsible and quick to response. The flat was really clean and had all the mod-cons expected of a short rental and overall it was a great place to stay in central London with easy access to public transport. We came to visit family so location was chosen specifically for this but as an ex-Londoner, I would not hesitate recommending the flat based on location! For the amount paid, I'd expect better quality sheets + towels and maintenance (eg in one of the room the light was fitted with the wrong size lightbulb so they couldn't put the lightshade back on). We didn't love the security of the basement flat and felt that bars are required on the windows (it would be extremely easy to break in as the locks on the sash windows are not great either). I would only recommend it for older guests with hesitation as while I loved the phone-as-lock concept, my mum did struggle to get it to work.
