- Erica (8/5): Lovely hotel, great location, spotlessly clean but some staff need retraining. - Location is fantastic. Spotlessly clean. Great air com and rooms bright. Staff. Claude in breakfast was a gentleman, chatty and knowledgeable otherwise staff were disastrous. Front desk always on their phones or chatting to each other, oblivious to guests at desk. People can come and go into bedroom area with no security or checks- even in middle of the night.

- Corrigan (9/5): Lovely staff, really close to the centre of Tirana. - Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I took my Mother who is a bit elderly and infirm. The staff were really helpful any time we needed anything. Also the breakfasts were absolutely class.

- Deshnee (9/5): - The absolute centralised location was wonderful. It was walking distance to mist sights. The hotel rooms, we were on the 8th floor, we beautifully designed and furnished. I was very impressed with the water pressure and temperature. No complaints, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The only thing that perhaps requires consideration is the layout of the breakfast room. The buffet,coffee machines, juicer etc are located along one wall, with very little space to access the coffee machine, which is in a tiny corner along that wall,so if people are queuing along the buffet, it's very hard to access.

Her şeyin tam ortasında olduğu için yürüyerek bir yerlere gitmek, gelmek hem çok kolay hem çok keyifliydi. Personelin tamamı hep güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Bebeğimiz için ayrıca yatak (beşik)temin edildi. Banyodaki her şey hijyenik açıdan gayet iyiydi. Diş fırçası, macunu, lastik tokası, kulak pamuğu bunların hepsi mevcuttu. Uzun zamandır otellerde görmediğim ayrıntılardı. Kahvaltısı da gayet zengin ve lezzetliydi. Odamızdan genel olarak memnunduk sadece oda keşke daha büyük olsaydı. neredeyse oda büyüklüğünde terasımız vardı. :) bir de kahvaltı salonu biraz daha büyük olsa iyi olabilirmiş. Ama bunlar kesinlikle çok küçük detaylar. Temelinde otel de hizmette çok iyiydi.

- Jesús (9/5): Buen hotel situado en la zona de moda de Tirana - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son correctas, con terraza y el desayuno tipo buffet es bastante buenos. En general tiene muy buena relación calidad precio. El hotel está en una de las zonas de más ambiente de la ciudad, y en nuestro caso el fin de semana que nos alojamos en el hotel había conciertos de música al aire libre en la plaza de al lado a unos escasos 250 metros del hotel, y acababan cerca de la 01:00 de la madrugada, en concreto el primer día fue de música electrónica y acabó a las 2:00 de la madrugada. Entiendo que son actividades que organiza el Ayuntamiento de Tirana, y son inevitables, pero quizás el hotel debiera avisar de tales eventos u ofrecer alternativas para aquellos viajeros que busquen tranquilidad y descanso por las noches.

They then parked the car on the street which was very quiet and safe. Made leaving in the car so easy. Breakfast staff were attentive and polite. Buffet was pretty good overall. Reception staff were not as polished or friendly as the others. They were on the phone to their friends a lot and were quite casual when we were looking for information or advice. Our room was on floor 14 of 15 and yet the noise of the bars and clubs from the local area was still a little intrusive. Fortunately we had been busy all day and went out for a bit so it wasn't an issue but could be for some.

We were greeted by some lovely staff who were very helpful. The room was modern and stylish and all the facilities were great. Great selection for breakfast which was very appreciated. We were so close to all attractions and good bars and restaurants. We came back a second time to this hotel after a trip to Ohrid and we appreciated that the staff remembered us and treated us to an upgrade. We left early on the last day for the airport and we were happy to have a little packed breakfast to take with us. Thank you to the staff for arranging the taxi to and from the airport. Well recommend. Nothing!

- Mairalin (8/5): Very good location, very helpful staff - Hotel is in a very central location, albeit on a small street. We got a room with balcony which gave us direct view of Skanderberg square. For someone who is visiting Tirana for the first time, I think this was such an excellent introduction to the city via the view. The room was kinda smallish, but it had everything we needed including a coffee machine. We only stayed for a night so it wasn't much of an issue, the balcony kinda made up for the size. Breakfast was also good, there were a lot of choices, and I particularly loved that I can make my own fresh orange juice. Staff was very helpful, we arranged for transportation to Berat and I think the cost was just right. We also requested for an hour extension for check-out and they gladly accommodated us even if they were fully booked and expected check-ins thereafter. The restaurant attached to the restaurant was good, we had lunch before our trip to Berat, the wait staff was very friendly and very professional. Food was tasty although he got our order wrong, we ordered for stuffed pepper and what came was stuffed eggplant (which I don't eat), we didn't argue anymore as it was not a big thing for us, the other dishes were good. I can't think of anything, perhaps maybe some of the breakfast dishes came in late but maybe coz we were right there on opening time. But maybe everything should be ready on the declared opening time for breakfast.

Bagno ben rifornito e pulitissimo. Il letto eccezionalmente comodo. Stanza moderna e accogliente con frigo bar ,cassaforte,smart TV. Niente. Ho trovato tutti i servizi che cercavo.
- ANNIA (9/5): Definitely will go again! - Location, size of the room, the staff was amazing (especially the morning shift receptionist) and the view,oh the view! Additionally, the parking service was a huge plus! Queen bed that half was comfortable,but the other half of it was "broken", or something wasn't right, because we looked the baseboards and they were drilled. But the mattress was sinking in, and the noise was annoying. Also,the balcony is really small,as well as the door leading to it. I must admit it was very quiet though, and you could fit 2 chairs so we had a great late night dinner!
