Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει καλύτερη συντήρηση και προσοχή στο πρόβλημα της υγρασίας, η οποία ήταν εμφανής σε σημεία των τοίχων (πάνω και πλαϊνός τοίχος από το κρεβάτι, ντουλάπι κάτω από νεροχύτη κουζίνας, μπάνιο, χώρος ντους). Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του καταλύματος θα μπορούσε να είναι περισσότερο φροντισμένος.

• Artem (8/5): Непоганий варіант для двох-трьох романтичних вечорів-ночей - Розташування поруч з пляжем та місцевими тавернами, також неподалік зупинка громадського транспорту. Гаряча вода є лише коли є сонце (нагрівається зверху від сонячних променів). Відповідно, у похмуру погоди води немає. Також у приміщенні дуже висока вологість, яку неможливо зняти навіть з осушувачем, який доступний у помешканні.

• Pierre (9/5): - Situé à deux pas du bord de mer, grand studio très bien équipé. Hôte vraiment prévenante. Calme. Climatisé.
• Alexander Östblom (10/5): - It was perfect. Sofia was very helpful. And there was no problem with a late check in. The aircondition worked really well and the fridge was cold. A really nice beach is 1 min walk from the apartment. We have stayed in the area before but this is by far the best apartment we have stayed at.
