It’s perfectly situated close to all the main attractions, while still being tucked away enough for a peaceful night’s sleep away from the hustle and bustle. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Le personnel au petit soin avec des échanges le jour de notre arrivée pour faciliter notre venue depuis l'aeroport. Une petite vue sur les canaux sympa. La literie était grande et confortable. Je pense que l'absence d'ascenseur avec des grosses valises serait l'unique point noir

• Mike (10/5): Great boutique room. - Excellent boutique room and a fabulous base to explore Venice. The room was spacious and had a luxurious vibe. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely book again. Some people wouldn't like the stairs to the rooms on the third floor. Not a problem for us.

La vista dalla finestra direttamente sul canale e sulla piazza è semplicemente magica – basta aprire la finestra per sentirsi parte della vera atmosfera veneziana. La stanza è bellissima, elegante, come in un palazzo. Ogni dettaglio è curato e crea un ambiente lussuoso ma accogliente. La colazione è stata la ciliegina sulla torta – servita con cura, fresca e deliziosa. Non è solo un soggiorno, è un’esperienza. Uno dei posti più romantici in cui siamo mai stati ❤️

• lothar (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft in idealer Lage - Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Balkon und venezianischer geht es nicht. Die Ausstattung, der Kanal direkt darunter darunter, der Blick auf den Platz und die Kirche Maria Formosa. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Markusplatz 7 Minuten zu den Wasserbus Haltestellen zum Flughafen 8 (Zaccaria) oder 14 (Osbedale). Außerdem kommt jeden Morgen Kaffee mit einem warmen Croissant und Orangensaft als kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses. Wunderbar! Leider liegen die Räume der Unterkunft im zweiten Stock und die Treppen sind recht steil. Mit Gepäck keine Freude. Außerdem ist Mückenschutz unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die Kanäle haben halt ihren Preis

• ELENA (9/5): Great apartmnent - The decor of the apartment is exceptional amd lives up to the grandeur of Venice. Arrival instructions were spot on, which is very important in a place woth so many alley ways. Staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast in the room was very nice and juust what we needed. Location is spot on. Cllse enough to the major attractions such as St Marks but also away from the crowds. We booked a suite which was perfect. We didnt have any issues!

La déco est fidèle aux photos et au style Vénitien. Le gros plus, le petit déjeuner au lit offert par l’établissement ❤️ Il y a un gros problème d’odeur de canalisation. Le hall sent très bon, et dès qu’on rentre dans la chambre il y a une odeur d’égout insupportable. La poussière sur les meubles, tel que la tête de lit n’a pas été faite depuis longtemps, la télécommande est collante et il y a des toiles d’araignées dans les angles des meubles.

Room was large, clean and like something from a movie set 🤩 Delicious croissants for breakfast!!! Only real complaint was there were no glass tumblers. We were given 2 plastic tumblers at the start of our stay but they were not replaced.

• Liwen (9/5): 很不错，推荐靠广场带阳台的房间，虽然价格贵一点，但是完全值得。 - 地理位置非常好，房间正对广场，坐在窗边喝咖啡非常惬意。早餐很好吃。房东很友好，很及时的解答我们的问题。 正在施工建设电梯，进大门会有点味道，但是居住在三楼，就不会被施工打扰。屋子楼下有一条河，如果你想坐在阳台上享受下阳光，可能会有点臭，当然这不是房子本身的问题。

Al llegar te dan un welcome drink y por la mañana un pequeño desayuno en la habitación. Las escaleras pero ya te avisan desde el perfil del alojamiento. Vale la pena igualmente reservarlo.

• Manon (10/5): Week-end magique - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Veneziana Boutique Rooms. L’établissement est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement tout à pied. La chambre était propre, confortable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, et une attention particulière pour notre occasion avait été préparé! Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et disponible. L’ambiance est calme et agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement, c’était magique !

La chambre était impeccable, le petit déjeuner était offert chaque matin et l'emplacement était idéal pour rayonner dans toute la ville. • Maciej (10/5): Thank you for your hospitality. - Pokój w znakomitej lokalizacji w sercu Wenecji. Bardzo miła obsługa i włoskie śniadanie do pokoju na czas. Bardzo czysto. Piękna łazienka. Szczegółowe instrykcje dotarcia do pokoju. Widok z okna na sąsiednią kamienicę, ale niestety większość pokoi w Wenecji tak ma, bo uliczki są bardzo wąskie, co skutkuje utrudnionym dopływem światła naturalnego. Brak balkonu.

On s’y sentait comme à la maison Netflix. C’est un petit plus le soir après une journée à flâner dans les rues de Venise. Rien, vraiment tout est parfait.

• PIECZARA (8/5): Cadre Style Rococo superbe... mais! - Le cadre interieur et l'accueil étaient excellents. L'hôtel est en plus tres proche des arrêts Vaporetto et de la place Saint Marc. Prévoir juste un GPS piéton Les 2 étages sans ascenseur par un escalier très raide pour accéder a l'hôtel. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons egalement subi une odeur tres forte d'égouts venant du syphon de la douche et nous devions ventiler impérativement fenêtres ouvertes pour palier a ce pb. Dommage!
