- Anuj (10/5): Wonderful stay at a spacious apartment - The apartment is very spacious. It is in a good location with walking distances to the bus stops and metro station. The apartment came with a King size bed, Top Floor with Balcony. There is also a daily clean. The staff especially Osman were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

- Ali (5/5): I am not gonna stay again - The rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff at the reception are wonderful. I was given an apartment on uphill and it has many stairs. I informed the receptionist that I have heart problems and knee. He told me that the day of checking all was rooms were full and he would change the second day. I did not stay as I just stayed one night because I had a female guest and I was told it was not allowed and they forcedly took her out. A bit embarrassing. The deposit they take each room is $200. Change your policy of not allowing the residence to invite their guests. If you claim that you are doing this because of the guests safety I disagree. Once if I sign the contract with you the room belongs to me and I free for it to bring whoever I want and it is my responsibility.

- Aygun (10/5): - Все супер. Локация, чистота и оснащение комнаты просто супер. Наша комната была во внутренней стороне, было тихо и спокойно. В 5 минут от Истекляля, близко к Галате и к порту с паромами (Kadikoy, Eminonu, трамвайная линия T1, две автобусные остановки рядом, метро мы не пользовались, но оно тоже было неподалеку). Шума ремонта уже не было. Район спокойный, безопасный, ночами мы не гуляли, за 7 дней ничего экстремального. Персонал отличный, встретили, проводили, помогли с чемоданами. Уборка наведывалась каждый день (Гюлер, Мухаммед🙏🏻спасибо за чистоту). Каждый день новые полотенца, мыло было, фен для сушки волос (достаточно мощный, но мои длинные волосы все равно не уложил😅). Пару раз меняли постельное белье, каждый день 2 бутылочки с водой, новый тапочки. Халаты, посудомойка, стиралка, плита, холодильник, очень хороший утюг и досточка👍🏻 , сейф. В нашей комнате были два маленьких балкончика. Достаточно место для хранения одежды (Вешалок 4шт). Средства для стирки одежды в комнате не было, но рядом в мини маркете есть мини пакеты с порошком, посудомойку запускали сотрудники сами❤️. В ванной есть электрическая сушилка 👍🏻. Спасибо Garlon, приезжали из Баку, очень переживали, что будет не так как обещалось, но очень рады что сделали верный выбор👍🏻 Всем советуем Такого не было, все именно так как на фото👍🏻

Me negué y me fui al pera palace El joven que estaba en recepción fue muy desagradable al exigirme el pago del depósito. Después vino otro joven rubio mucho más amable , que explicó todo de una manera educada y correcta y me mostró el apartamento,añadiendo que si pagaba en cash el depósito me lo devolvería a mi salida ( y bajándolo a 250€ . Decidí no quedarme y perder lo pagado .

- MohammadErfan (8/5): - It was clean and almost brand new flat. Breakfast was okay; but I don’t suggest you pay in advance for your whole stay. You can pay there directly at the same rate for a day and see how it is. Breakfast staff are amazing specially Unor. The breakfast is in another building so you need to walk early in the morning on the alley and street for 1-2 minutes. Breakfast is quite limited. You can’t ask for any eggs (except scrambled) like sunny side up free of charge. Only filtered coffee and there is charge for other coffees like late. There is a bit of delay for the service as the buildings and flats are in different alleys.

The location is excellent, and the residence consists of several buildings with security guards throughout and private access roads, making it feel very safe and secure.
- yasmin (3/5): Don’t be misled by reviews, A very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend staying here. - Receptionist (Osman) The only positive aspect of our stay was Osman, who was kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help us throughout. If it weren’t for him, our experience would have been even worse. He truly deserves recognition. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews. Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially during checkout. I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review, but what happened on our last day changed that. The receptionist, Marwan (tall, light-skinned, Arabic speaker), handled our checkout in a very unprofessional way. He damaged my sister’s brand-new Guess luggage and then claimed it was already broken, which is completely untrue, as it was purchased just one day before our departure. We were then assisted by Rasha from Guest Relations. Although she understood the situation and promised to resolve it with compensation, we followed up two days after leaving and received no response or resolution. Beyond that incident, the overall stay had multiple issues. The apartment was extremely noisy, with constant traffic and disturbances throughout the night, including people arguing outside, as it is on a very noisy, busy street. Additionally, the housekeeping staff were rude and often failed to provide basics like toilet paper and water. Additionally, the room we booked was inaccurately described. It was advertised (and confirmed via chat) as having two foldable sofa beds, but upon arrival, we were told otherwise. The sofas did not convert into beds, leaving us without proper sleeping arrangements. Honestly, the reviews are a scam, as I believe staff asks guests to write good reviews for them.
- Elizabeth Bridgette (10/5): Magnificent! Our new home away from home. - Firstly, the place is close to most attractions and malls. If you think it is beautiful on the pictures or website, wait until you get there. It exceeded my expectations. It is a home away from home. My family loved it. We didnt have to stress about the dirty laundry because there are washing machines in the units. Wifi is very fast and no buffering. The place is very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by Mr Orhan with a big smile. What a gentleman. He goes an extra mile to make your check in and your stay worth it. Very patient and proffessional. Then there is Osman ans Rasha who goes out of their way to make sure you are settled. Osman carries our big bags to our apartments with love. Rasha will even call you to make sure you are happy and comfortable. If you need any help, the trio makes your life so easy you forget you are a visitor because they make you feel at home. Lastly, but not least, Mrs Ruhiyye of the cleaning team was marvelous. She keeps those apartments so squicky clean you will swear they were just built yesterday.. every single day when we returned from our sight seeing, we returned to a clean home that smelled clean and fresh. She does her work with pride and love. The security guys, sorry I forgot their names, we're also wonderful and so helpful at all times. The whole team was brilliant and it felt like we had been there for months. Thank you, thank you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.💕 The only thing I would like to see is addition of cooking utensils like egg lifter, dish cloth to wipe when yiu are busy in the kitchen, cooking spoons, tiin and/or bottle opener for when you want to open tinn or your bottles.

- SEVCE (1/5): NOT RECOMMEND. - I did not use the breakfast because it is in a different building than where I was staying. The hotel consists of several buildings, some of which are undergoing construction work, which can be disruptive during your stay. During my stay, there was no hot water one day from the afternoon until the next day. The Wi-Fi was very slow and the signal was very weak, almost none in some parts of the room. At night, I also had a security guard move around the hotel area under the windows, talking on the phone very loudly and for a long time, which disturbed my sleep. The staff did not speak Spanish. I would also like to point out the deposit of approximately €200. In my case, I was not refunded the full amount, allegedly due to damage to the plastic handle of the kettle, which I do not agree with. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations. The hotel is rather average. The biggest problem was when I was leaving, when I was waiting for a transfer to the airport and I was delayed by about 30 minutes due to a dispute at the reception. I was not refunded my entire deposit. The hotel withheld €50 for allegedly damaging the plastic handle of the kettle, see photo. According to the hotel, the kettle is no longer usable because of this, which I do not agree with. The most humiliating thing for me was that I did not damage this plastic part, according to my belief, but in the given situation I had no way of proving it. I do not consider the behavior of the staff during departure and during the resolution of this dispute to be professional. The manager, who was called to the reception, directly told me that it was not her problem that I did not speak English, even though I tried to explain everything through a translator. The same woman had already asked me inappropriate questions upon arrival, in my opinion, such as how it was possible that I was staying alone and where the other person was. I had the feeling that they suspected me of having someone else traveling with me. Average hotel, the staff's behavior significantly worsened my overall impression.

Слабый интернет для ТВ при подключении (долго думает, потом работает хорошо).
