Marine (10/5): The Right Place. - Bustling district but quiet street, we only hear the seagulls. Deco as we like it. Irreproachable cleanliness. The manager is very welcoming. Thank you to the staff who showed an infallible and delicate kindness. Thank you again Mohammed who watches over all of us during the night. The facilities were clean and the rooftop terrace was a nice place to spend some time looking out over the city. While my room (ground floor) could be a little noisy at times, in comparison to other areas, it was relatively quiet. Being so close to galata tower also meant the surrounding suburb was a great place to explore and I was also easily able to make my way over to old town. My room was a little noisy at times but really not the biggest deal.

The view that we had from the window was a grey wall and a hall full of trash (even boxers). The room was so cold that we had to keep the ac at 30c the whole night. If we turned it off, it was freezing cold after 5 min.

EKATERINA (10/5): - Изначально забронировали номер эконом, но в нем было не комформтно, подошли к персоналу попросили поменять номер на этаж повыше (но эти номера были выше классом) , как только номер освободился нас переселили без доплаты. Очень приятный персонал, есть рускоговорящие, с одной из женщин вообще поговорили по душам перед отьездом! Останаливаемся в этом отеле 4 раз, удобное расположение рядом с метро и улицей Истикляль, при этом не так шумно Лучше брать номера с балконами на улицу (не внутренний двор) , они светлее и комфортнее , в последний раз был номер с мини кухней , простоный и удобный. Еще и терасса есть с красивым видом, ночью вид завораживающий !

Yernar (10/5): Советую данный отель для тех кто собирается активно путешествовать по Стамбулу, отель берет своей локацией и хорошим сер - Удобное расположение отеля, практически все было в шаговой доступности, куча ресторанов вокруг, очень хороший сервис, уборка своевременная и качественная уборка. Для тех кто параллельно планирует работать тоже понравится, так как много розеток и удобное рабочее пространство.
Eric (7/5): Bon établissement et personnel parfaitement à l'écoute, à recommander - Le personnel a essayé de résoudre le problème du tapage nocturne causés par les occupants voisins, avec patience il a réussis à ramener le calme. La situation de l'hotel est parfaite, à proximité du coeur de Taksim mais dans une ruelle tranquille, petits commerces artisanaux intérressants et proche des metro. Les occupants de la chambre voisine ont été bruyants en soirée mais ce problème a été bien géré par le personnel de l'hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooftop seating area had great views of the Bosphorus. We had a double room with terrace. The only problem was there was no view only the stone wall of bldg next door.

Sonja (10/5): Thankful for human attention! - It was perfectly positioned to experience the Galata area on foot and has an impressive view from the rooftop.. We were upgraded spontaneously by the friendly staff. Istanbul has a tolerance for travelers. Not to mention cats. The construction in the area make it difficult to navigate walking on the narrow sidewalks. Rather take a taxi when you have luggage. Once you arrive, very helpful staff takes your luggage off your hands.

Mokhtari (1/5): Awful - I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had at this property. We had to change rooms three times due to serious issues. The shower faucet was broken, the AC did not work properly, and overall, the service was extremely poor. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned to acceptable standards. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. In addition to that, the location is on a steep hill, which makes access difficult and exhausting, especially with luggage. This hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or well-managed place to stay.

Olumide (8/5): Our stay was absolutely thrilling! There was zero noise or disturbance from the neighborhood, making it a perfect retrea - It's like an ancient building brimming with vibrant memories. The rooftop view is simply breathtaking, offering a perspective that inspires endless appreciation. The property has a lot of potential, but it could benefit from some updates. A few areas, particularly where the walls have cracks, would really enhance the overall experience. Additionally, we noticed the TV remote was missing batteries, which prevented us from enjoying TV during our stay. It would be helpful to have a system in place for guests to request items like batteries more easily. Overall, with some minor improvements, this place could be even more enjoyable!
