• Miroslava (10/5): Veľmi spokojný - Ubytovanie bolo super . Blízko do hlavného centra cca 15 minút. Z Akropoly na ubytovanie. V okolí ubytovania bolo všetko . Blízko metro cca 7 minút peši . Majitelia veľmi milý, všetko nám vysvetlili , nechali nám mapku mesta a poslali mi odporúčané reštaurácie v meste. Zabezpečili nám odvoz na letisko. Nemám čo vytknúť .

• caroline (8/5): A great apartment in perfect location for Athens - Lovely spacious apartment on first floor of large block, great lift for when we had shopping /luggage. Good security on apartment door. Welcome pack of breakfast , wine and milk which was great as we arrived in torrential rain, thanks. Great location ,10 mins walk to Acropolis etc. Supermarkets nearby as well as bakery, second hand bookshop with English books, health food shop. Comfortable beds, nice linen , great bathroom with large shower. Uncomfortable sofa, couldn't see any smoke alarms or fire instructions which are usually on back of door, balcony disappointing , small and overlooked the backs of multiple flats so didn't want to use it , flat does not get any sunshine as at the back of the block, but this is probably good in the summer. Didn't like the refilled bottles of water in fridge, would prefer a sealed bottle so you know how long it has been there etc. Given some recommendations, tried Lolas.. around the corner, lovely staff but disappointed with quality of the food.

• Mengxian (9/5): Good space for family stay. Highly recommend - Comfortable bed, good location with free street parking (even tho it’s hard to find in the afternoon/evening time), washing machine and drying rack. Toilet seat cover doesn’t fit the top of the toilet, but it can be used just fine.

• Sonya (10/5): Great stay, that we exctented!! - We travel a lot across different countries, and this is one of the most beautiful apartments we’ve ever stayed in. It features two spacious bedrooms with excellent beds, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a great bathroom. The lovely balcony was a perfect spot to watch the locals start their day. The location is incredibly convenient—close to authentic local restaurants and just a short walk from the main tourist attractions. We explored everything on foot, but the metro is also nearby for easy access to the rest of the city.

• Jay (9/5): Discover Athens by Foot, Great Location - This property is situated at a great location that enables you to explore Athens on foot. It boasts of two double bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate you and your friends. The area around the property is really nice and has a few pubs, kiosks, cafes, and markets. We didn't get a chance to meet the owner in person, but we were able to access the keys from the lockbox. Upon leaving, we simply left the keys inside the house. The apartment building entrance key was not working properly; we managed to get to the building after trying for a couple of minutes each time. Just a heads-up.

• Oana (10/5): Very cozy and modern apartment, excellent as a starting point to visit Athens. - Located in a very good neighborhood close to the Acropolis, a good starting point for a short stay to visit Athens. Very cozy apartment and friendly host, who provided an extensive list of tips for good restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was recently upgraded in a modern and tasteful fashion and had all the amenities needed for a group of 5 people. The building is dated and you can hear everything from other apartments in the building, including conversations, especially in the bathroom :) The balcony is small and not very comfortable (however a good addition to the apartment). The rooms get little light, which in fact could prove useful in hot summer days.

• Vishal (9/5): Pleasanr stay in centre of Athens, recommended if you are visit the city for leisure or business. - Property is at very convenient location if you are going to visit Acropolis. Akis from Blue Ark was very good with communication. There was bread, coffee/tea/sugar which was really helpful. Best place to stay if you are family with young kids or just friends. surrounded by some very nice cafes and restaurants. Overall, a pleasant stay. Finding parking is challenging, but that’s not properties fault, the whole of Athens city centre is jam packed with street parking.

• Brian (9/5): Great holiday apartmaent choice with an excellent host! - The apartment was big and had lots of room for our family of four. All the necessities were there if you planned for a longer stay and it was really quiet during the night which was wonderful as Athens is a noisy city. Akis was an excellent host and gave us so many details on where to go for dinner, pastries , drinks etc. Follow his advice as they were excellent choices! The apartment is in a good area with lots of locals too and food choices right out the building door. We arrived at night and weren’t sure of the area at first but then realized what a great spot we were in and felt very safe. We walked to the Acropolis quite easily even pushing a wheelchair as one member of our family needed it. There is an elevator in the building and if you are challenged with stairs walk down the steps to the bottom floor and take it up from there —-clued in to that after, rather than taking the five or six steps up to elevator when you enter the building. The apartment itself is stylish —-great bathroom, full kitchen, and large nicely designed bedrooms. Enjoy yourself and trust Akis advice. He a very funny, friendly and energetic host! View to inner courtyard not the best but I guess it makes the apartment quiet since it’s not facing the street.
• Suzanne (10/5): Super place in quiet residential area - The location in the heart of a residential was superb. The atmosphere and proximity of the pedestrian streets of bars and restaurants (one round the corner, the other on the way to the acropolis) was v enjoyable and it was so nice not to have to walk back into the city to find a decent restaurant or bar. The apartment was clean, spacious and just what we needed for 7 days. It was tastefully decorated and we really would recommend if you wanted to stay out of the usual tourist traps and areas. Everyone speaks really good English and having dietary requirements was no issue. Our favourite place was Lolos (we went twice) and we also had ate in and had takeaway from Kalamaki and also would recommend just at the top of Veikou (road) Opos Palia. We also went to Piraeus for the day. Akis was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful week.

• Bojan (10/5): Best Athens expirience you can imagine - The owner of the property Akis is very kind and professional. Thanks to his advices we arranged perfectly to see most of the historical places and museums just in two days. ln between we made breaks to ear in the restaurants from his list and it was the best you can find in Greece, in term of quality and service at reasonable price. Without him we would certainly miss to see something and visit on time. Akis also organised transfers from and to the airport for us, all the recommendations from our side. Location of the flat is close to Acropolis where most of the “must see places” are located, in very friendly and safe city area for the stay and walk even at night.

• Jade (10/5): - The apartment is gorgeously decorated and very spacious.The staff who greeted us when we arrived was lovely, he arranged our transfer and greeted us with big smiles and showed us everything we needed to know for our stay. The apartment is close to lots of things, such as the acropolis, bars, restaurants, ATMs etc making it really easy to walk around because you definitely do not need a car to explore the city. An awesome stay which we highly recommend.
