• Ana (6/5): - A localização é perfeita e o anfitrião muito atencioso. Após uma reclamação em relação à roupa de cama, não exitou em resolver o nosso problema. Muito prestável. O prédio estava em obras e acordamos de manha com homens do lado de fora da nossa janela. As roupas de cama tinham algumas manchas e furos.

• Iryna (8/5): все було чудово - 10-15 хвилин від центрального вокзалу потягів та експрес автобуса до аеропорта. 10 хвилин до центральної площі міста. поруч зупинки трамваїв, ресторани, магазини. зручне двухспальне велике ліжко також є додаткове ліжко. мені все сподобалося.

Finestra senza tenda ....x andare in bagno ci passavamo davanti e incrociavamo gli sguardi degli operai che lavoravano all'esterno Mancavano le coperte...letto fatto con una specie di coprimaterasso e trapuntino non di aspetto decente. Niente nella dispensa....almeno il caffè x il primo giorno.... Glielo abbiamo lasciato noi un barattolo pieno. Mai visto nessun gestore del locale. Siamo arrivate qualche ora prima del check in e abbiamo chiesto di lasciare solo le nostre valigie x poter andare in giro liberamente, ma non è stato possibile! Gente non ospitale ...poco simpatica. Il paesaggio ripaga in parte le cose negative

• Jiří (7/5): - Blízko centra, lokalita v pohidě Kvůli rekonstrukci fasády se nedá otevřít balkon, takže ani v ložnici vyvětrat. Dá se otevřít okno ve vedlejším pokoji. Dělníci chodí po lešení, takže je narušeno soukromí. Závěsy jsou jen v ložnici. Na televizi nefungují televizní programy, jen HBO, ale to jesem nezkoušel

• Ria (10/5): - Excellent location, close to Prague Main Train Station and within walking distance to Powder Tower. Apartment was clean and very spacious. We were able to reach the host with our question and he was very helpful. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!

• Garazi (8/5): Muy bien - Amplio y espacioso. No muy lejos del centro y al lado de la estación de tren. Zona tranquila y bien equipado. Contacto fácil y amable con el personal vía mensaje. La falta de cortinas, el menaje estaba sucio y el baño perdía agua. No dejan más que una toalla por persona para una semana, lo cual es escaso y debes poner una lavadora.

• Sebastian (7/5): - La ubicación y la restauración del interior. Muy espacioso. El edificio estaba siendo restaurado. Bolsas del cemento en el hall de entrada. Andamios y obreros en las ventanas del dormitorio (tapada con una tela) y cocina (sin cortinas). Uno quedaba muy expuesto.

Il fatto che non si poteva usare il balcone per lavori dello stabile e presenza di operai sulle impalcature esterne, cosa che ci è stata comunicata solo il giorno prima dell'arrivo. Scarsità di utensili per la cucina e presenza di una caffettiera non adatta al piano induzione, quindi non utilizzabile.
• MAR (5/5): - Apartamento confortable y ubicación Hay bolsas de recogida de basuras en la entrada del hall común a dos apartamentos y al no recogerlas en los dos dias que estuvimos habia mucho olor a basura al entrar al hall, uno de los edredones estaba sucio y al haber obras en fachada no puedes acceder al balcon y difícil abrir ventanas. Falta atención personalizada por parte del propietario.

• katia (8/5): Spazioso e vicino al centro - Appartamento ristrutturato, molto spazioso e pulito, a pochi passi alla Porta delle polveri. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi tranquillamente. Aree comuni del palazzo un pò fatiscenti ma in ristrutturazione.

• Matvii (10/5): - Чудове помешкання, просторе, з усім необхідним для перебування, безпосередньо біля центру міста. Легко дістатися будь-якоі локаціі, 5 хвилин пішки від залізничного вокзалу. Поряд багато ресторанів та BILLA. Рекомендую для проживання в прекрасній Празі!

• Giulia (1/5): Soluzione assolutamente sconsigliata a chi cerca tranquillità. - La vicinanza al centro Abbiamo soggiornato a Praga le notti del 30, 31 agosto e 1 settembre. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato l’edificio in piena ristrutturazione: finestre bloccate, nessun ricambio d’aria e un balconcino pericolante. In camera e in cucina non si potevano aprire le finestre; al loro posto, plastica da cantiere e ponteggi. La mattina, intorno alle 8, iniziavano i lavori con rumori fastidiosi, quindi impossibile riposare. Inoltre, gli operai passavano davanti alle finestre (facilmente apribili dall’esterno), compromettendo completamente la privacy e dando una sensazione di insicurezza. L’annuncio mostrava un appartamento con balconcino e vista sull’interno, ma la realtà è stata ben diversa. Cantiere rumoroso e invasivo che durerà ancora a lungo.
• Luis Manuel (9/5): - Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Praga, con lavadora y cocina. A unos 10-15 minutos del centro histórico y con una parada de tranvía al lado. En la cama había dos cojines grandes en vez de almohadas, y por decir algo, por la noche se escuchaba el transporte público de la calle, pero no impedía dormir en absoluto.

• Asuman (9/5): Superb - Location, restaurants around apartment, easy and quick communication with apartment owner. Very clean towels, bathroom. For 4 ppl, 1 bathroom is not enough, would be better to have an additional toilet. No mirror except bathroom, so need to go out common area to use it.

• Karen (8/5): Excellent, loved Prague - Great location and just a few minutes walk into the old town. Apartment was clean and a decent size. Beds very comfy. Bars close by, loved the wine bar a couple of doors down. Lovely being woken to the sound of peacocks each morning. Just a couple of minor things. Another mirror in the bedroom would be useful, plus somewhere to hang dresses etc.
• Zerlotto (9/5): Cozy winter experience in Prague - The host met us in person and he was really kind to give us a tour of the whole apartment and explain the purpose for each of the keys. He was available for more explanations and was always available online for more information if needed. He picked up my call promptly when I reached out for him and was very informative when we asked questions. The self check-out was super easy and made it comfortable for us to leave to catch our plane earlier in the morning. We personally really appreciated the face to face check-in, so that we could familiarise more comfortably with the environment. The city is very cozy during winter time, we even had the luck to witness snow in town which we almost never see where we live in Italy. The building is considerably near all transportations stops, the underground stop is reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot, same goes for the tram stop, depending on how you want to travel and where to. It is easy to get to and get from the airport as well, which is a plus considering you travelled from abroad.

• Martine (9/5): Excellent apartment in a great location. - The apartment is extremely spacious and well maintained. Very clean and with everything you need for cooking and a comfortable stay. The bed is extremely comfortable and has the addition of a washing machine in the bathroom (didn't use it, but handy if needed). Lovely lighting and super large TV! The location is superb with restaurants just around the corner and a short walk away from the city centre. The main station, metro and tram stops are also in easy walking distance. There is an Airport Express Bus (AE bus from the airport to Hlavni Nadrazi main station) that is only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. This is beyond the control of the accommodation and can not take away how beautiful it is, but I am not a heavy sleeper and found the 24 hour traffic noise disturbed my sleep. I would suggest taking ear plugs.
• Karzan (10/5): Perfect apartment and closed to everything in town - The whole apartment was great, especially the bathroom unbelievable, great location to town no need any public transport, we were allowed overstayed for check out duty flight late and check in earlier! Very highly recommended and nice communication with landlady. Appreciate it for all supports

• Donna (5/5): I would not stay here again - It was close to the train station, supermarkets and the old town 1. When I was looking for accommodation I filtered for elevator. We are in our sixties and our preference is not to drag heavy suitcases up stairs. The accommodation said there was an elevator. What they failed to mention was the 21 steps to get to the elevator and then because it’s a half floor, once you get off the elevator it’s another flight of stairs down from the 3rd floor or up from the 2nd floor. Be honest so people can make an informed decision about where they stay. 2. It was stated there was a coffee machine, there was not. 3. Lacking basics like a tea towel for drying dishes or cooking essentials. 4. The curtains are too small for the windows in the bedroom so didn’t prevent light from coming in. The curtains in the lounge were falling off the curtain rod. 5. Before leaving, I stripped the sheets off the bed as is custom in most places. The mattress was disgusting, blood and bodily fluid stains. It made my skin crawl thinking we’d been sleeping on it. I understand this can happen but it should be professionally cleaned regularly if renting as holiday accommodation. 6. The apartment is on a major tram line and is very noisy all night. 7. While the apartment is spacious it’s very bare and echos.
• Velia (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and we will return here next time - The apartment is very nice and the location is great, few minutes walking from the centre and several tram/metro stations. The host is kind and replies promptly to every message. There is a number of (slightly pricier) supermarkets in close proximity, a good option for emergencies.

• Joe (9/5): Great Apartment Loved it - The location of the property is perfect.. There was a strong internet in the apartment.. the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.. Really great was the Netflix one could enjoy an evening in with some beers and great movies. Emil the host is very helpful Nothing really, but maybe a few pictures on the wall to take away the bare look of the apartment..Also would suggest that Emil explains how to enter the property from the outside.. as I did not realise the stone like feature on the key ring was the entry key

Water pressure The owner (Emil) arranged for us to leave the luggage before check in Excellent communication and very responsive owner Beds were comfortable Although the flat was cleaned before we got in, the crew didn't do a very good job at some places like underneath the beds, glasses, plates etc. were dirty. Drains in the wc should be cleaned, there is a bad smell when u get close Pillows

• Zornitsa (10/5): Cool apartment - The location of the apartment is very convenient, because there is a metro and tram station nearby and the old town is on walking distance. It is a bit noisy at night because of the passing trams. Except for that, everything else is perfect.

• Miranda (10/5): Perfect place to stay, even when you find yourself ill - This was so easy to find and get the key, whatsapped to ensure we were on time. Beautifully clean, there are things that need a bit of fixing, but are really minor (like a crack in a door that makes no difference to the place really.) It was such a clean place, lovely location and the balcony view over the next door hotel garden (with peacock and live piano music) was magical. Unfortunately one of us was ill for the whole trip, but couldn't have wished for a better location to be recovering, i was able to make soup and they could have a hot bath. It was also such a good neighbourhood to nip out and visit or get stuff. wonderful Really minor, but it would have been good to have some sort of blind (even the stick on ones for car windows) in the balcony for when the sun is really high.

• Elvanlioglu (10/5): Exceptional - Very large room. We stayed 3rd floor and number A. Everything fine and clean. Children like TV too much especially disney channel but the problem is they did not want to walk and want to come back early. Bathroom clean and kitchen is well equipped. If you need smt. They are helping immediately. It was so much center and close to main station. Flat location is great. Ladders were annoying. Especially if you have a kid car. You need to climb when you enter in order to reach elevator and elevator is stoping in between the flats and you need to down from ladders half floor. Tramway voices are always coming from outside. May be because we stayed in A flat. The other flats are not looking main road.

• Sanfl (10/5): Great stay at Spacious Modern Apartment - We were in Apartment on the 4th floor (A side). It was very spacious, beautifully (very modern) decorated. I was happily surprised that it had two rooms (kitchen, dining, living) and bedroom with bathroom. It had fans (we didn't need it) and it also had a washer and a big drying rack. In the bathroom, there was heated rack also, which I loved. The living room had lights that can change colors, so my son loved it. The apartment had heating and it took us some time to figure our how to lower the heating. I like firm beds, so I actually loved sleeping on the couch as the bed seemed soft to me. The location was very close to Powder tower. The one thing to keep in mind is that there is elevator but it is weird - you have to carry your luggage for at least 20 stairs (some before taking the elevator and some after taking the elevator). I also loved that the owner allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment since we had arrived before the check in time. The communication response time was superb too. All in all, I will definitely recommend this place. The place had towels, kitchen utensils (though we didn't use it as I had my own stuff), microwave and fridge. I liked everything. The place was fabulous. Two suggestions for the owner - there is enough room in bedroom and the bathroom to add extra hooks to hang stuff on hangers, since the walk in closet had fans, and other stuff. Also for the lights and heating, provide some instructions as coming from USA, it was not very apparent to us - how to turn off the heating. Perhaps create couple of pages with instructions for various things and recommendations for the travelers and leave that file in the apartment. And as I mentioned, let the travelers know that they have to take their luggage on the stairs (some steps). It was not a problem for me as my son was there to carry things up and down.
• Christopher (10/5): Expectations exceeded - great apartment in the center of Prague! - Absolutely great apartment - more than enough space, sufficiently equipped, great location in the center of prague whilst not having a high noise level. The beds could be moved and adjusted via a remote - great feature! The handover of the keys was easy and the host (Emil) was very friendly! Overall a wonderful stay and can absolutely recommend!! /
