• Carina (9/5): - Schöne Unterkunft mitten in Florenz. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar und 2 Parkgaragen in der Nähe, Parken war dadurch unproblematisch. Die Gastgeberin hat die Infos zur Garage freundlicherweise zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Gute Ausstattung auch in der Küche, wenn man kochen möchte. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass der Check in online über einen Link stattfindet, der über den Booking.com Chat aus technischen Gründen nicht übermittelt werden kann und deshalb über Email oder WhatsApp geschickt wird. Das hat uns erst sehr verunsichert, lief dann aber reibungslos. Die Tür lässt sich über einen Link öffnen, man bekommt keinen Schlüssel, bzw Karte. Da die Internetverbindung in der Gegend sehr schlecht ist, war es jedesmal eine Sorge, ob die Tür sich öffnen lässt. Beim ersten Mal, musste mein Mann einen Block weiter gehen, bis die Internetverbindung besser wurde. Von dort konnte er den Link betätigen, so dass ich die Tür öffnen konnte. Sobald man dann mit dem WLAN verbunden ist, funktioniert es besser, aber nicht reibungslos. Einer von uns hatte zum Glück immer Empfang.
• Sonia (10/5): - La ubicación a un paso del Ponte Vecchio. El Departamento cómodo con muy buenas instalaciones y elementos de cocina que permiten cocinar. De gran importancia el lavarropas, Baño grande y cómodo. Como todo Departamento de 1 dormitorio los posibles terceros y cuartos huéspedes duermen en la sala integrada con la cocina. Supermercado y diferentes tiendas a un paso. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos.Totalmente recomendable! La única observación es que estando en una planta baja sus ventanas dan a un área muy visitado por palomas.
• françoise (9/5): Parfait à l’exception du « problème de porte » - Emplacement parfait à une minute du Ponte Vecchio à pieds. Appartement très bien pour un séjour un peu long :équipement complet,propreté impeccable,literie confortable L’accès à l’immeuble et à l’appartement. Même avec un accès internet ,l’ouverture est très compliquée. Pour accéder,j’ai bénéficié de la bonne volonté d’un résident pour entrer dans l’immeuble puis le code pour l’appartement m’a été envoyé par WhatsApp…
• Wissam (9/5): Perfect location and nice apartment. - Location is just perfect! hosts are super responsive and very helpful. Opening the building door and the apartment door the 1st time need internet connection (very well explained in the checkin instruction) but the cellular coverage in front of the building door is very poor and I had to go to the street to activate the door while my son was pushing the door to open it.
• Stefan (10/5): - Tolles Apartment in Florenz! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – absolut zentral, sodass man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Trotzdem ist das Apartment angenehm ruhig. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden.
• Christine (9/5): Great little find, loved staying at Wine Apartments - Fantastic location with many restaurant, cafes and specialty stores all around. Walking distance to Ponte Vecchio, Ufizzi...actually everywhere was walkable even to the train station. We had a little trouble entering when we got there as you need an internet cinnection and we just couldnt get a signal at all. Kind lady in restaurant next door came and helped us by supplying her own wifi, so very kind. After the first time it was easy and we found that the check in app Vikey was easy for access to the apartment from our reservation menu. Didnt meet the agents as its all done through the app. Restaurant in the arcade, The Galleria, was fabulous and we ate there many times. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom has a large shower. Its on the ground floor so great if you have mobility challenges. Theres a laundromat straight across the road to wash and dry your clothes, irs like 50m from the apartment. This is an older building but with modern conveniences which was all in good order. No complaints.
• Judith (4/5): - The instructions to get into the appartment were shared to us way too late and we could not understand them. The only way we got into the appt was with the help of a young man who could speak English and Italian.
• XINYANG (1/5): 极差 - 首先，房东明知我英语不好的评论下，在电话中直接与同事嘲笑我，在我多次寻求路人帮助后才打开房门，用了接近两小时。其次，房间内有两个门连接外面，均为简易门，毫无安全保障，而且窗帘居然都没有遮光帘，仅有一层纱帘。第三，厕所单位严重，不开窗户臭味极大，打开窗户又不安全。第四，位置极其难找，我寻求多名路人帮助，我们才共同找到，是在一个胡同内，且地图定位并不准确。第五，房东居然要求连垃圾都要带走，房间内还挂有如果使用毛巾擦地将罚款等威胁，要知道根本不会有人用毛巾擦地，这是一个基本素质。总之，这使我在佛罗伦萨的出行非常不愉快！
• Petya (9/5): We had 3 great days in Florence - Location is incredible - in the very heart of Florence. For the price of a room you get an apartment. Hosts were very accommodating and nice. Views from the windows - but that’s not important. Getting in was also a little difficult initially - make sure your phone has coverage if you are coming from another country/continent.
• Maryanne (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our week in amazing Florence. - Good location for food and sightseeing. After travelling 24 hours from Australia we found the property difficult to find. Wine Apartments was not named on the plaque outside the door so we had no way of knowing which apartment it was and no way of contacting the host to help us. We were fortunate someone came out and showed us which one it was. We eventually entered after 10 minutes trying to get the Wifi working which was spasmodic at best. We found ourselves anxious each time we came back to the apartment as to whether we would be able to get back inside.
• Ciamponino (10/5): Benissimo! - Posizione centralissima, a 50 metri da ponte vecchio e pertanto dal centro città. Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità ed i servizi. Host disponibile e prontamente reperibile. Zona più che sicura, con accesso all'ingresso della struttura chiuso con un cancello esterno con codice. Nelle vicinanze (100 metri) un supermercato Peccato che non si possa godere di un affaccio esterno, ma essendo al piano terra val bene la comodità di non fare le scale per chi come me è claustrofobico e non sopporta l'ascensore, che comunque è presente (ma in questo caso inutile!), e di accedere direttamente all'appartamento dall'ingresso condominiale.
• Michael (10/5): A Wonderful Location With Everything We Needed at Our Fingertips! - N/A I will start by saying we are "old." We are technologically challenged, as well. The owners gave good instructions and videos, and worked well with us to get in, but the code length was too much for us, as it was long. Having shaky fingers and poor eyesight made putting the code in each time we returned to the apartment a comedy skit! The owners were very patient and helped us through it, which we appreciated! Taking out the trash was a little difficult as the trash disposal was a distance away for someone who walks very slowly. I can say the owners would have jumped right in to help had we told them. They were very accommodating! Photos posted are very accurate! We would return again!!

• Tanja (8/5): Very good - Clean appartment, very nice eith all the necessary facilities (which we didn't use). A net for mosquitos would be nice. Otherwise nothing in particular.
• Edward (9/5): Excellent location and very quiet. - Great location. Very close to Uffizi art gallery, Pitti Palace, restaurants, grocery stores, and gelaterias. Security is excellent. Bottle of wine on the table when you check in. Clothes washer was much appreciated. Host provides more than one way to access the building and the apartment. The apartment is not easy to find. It's in a galleria, so the address is not visible from the street. Had to ask shopkeepers where to go. The link to unlock the building door and the apartment door was sometimes unreliable. Not the host's fault - an internet issue.
• Christopher (9/5): Fantastic apartment in the heart of Florence - The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the Ponte Vecchio in the heart of Florence but still quiet at night. The apartment is modern, a good size and well-provisioned. The host was friendly and responsive, and provided videos in advance which made it easy to find the apartment. I would definitely recommend! Access to the apartment relied on a phone and Internet access each time. I would recommend that the WiFi password is given before arrival, so that there is no need to rely on 3G/4G
• Brewcation (10/5): Fantastic - Location! This apartment is in the middle of everything. Directly across the river from the museum and a short walk to the palace. Highly recommended. Many amenities, such as laundry and a dishwasher. This is ideal for a long stay. Almost nothing! The apartment is on the bottom floor so it is a bit noisy with the heavy door. Also, I kept hearing someone trying to get into the apartment. Turns out, the mailboxes are on the other side of the bedroom wall, so it was just that :)!
• Neville (9/5): Great location and property provide all we required for our 3 night stay. - Great Location. Well equipped. Washing machine was a bonus as we have been travelling for a while. We left early on the day of our checkout and found the gates in the gallery locked. We had been given codes to get into the gallery if the gates were closed but we weren’t sure what to do to exit when the gates were locked. Fortunately one of the businesses in the gallery took a delivery and one of the gates opened to let us out to meet our train.
• Michael (5/5): Passable - The beds were comfortable, place was clean and plenty of room. The apartment stank of stale air. It was overwhelming especially when the cleaners use all sorts of air fresheners. There is no ventilation - there are french doors to provide fresh air but people don't know how to use them properley. The hosts are clearly not in Florence otherwise they would be able to assess the situation.

• Kerem (10/5): Amazing apartment in florance. - Its a company thats highly professional as well as understanding. Location of the house is exceptionally amazing. Even though the house does not share a good view from its windows the sunlight gets in. There are both ventilation and air conditions in all of the rooms which after a long hot day welcomes you in with a refreshing air. The bathroom is big. In order to enter the apartment you can either use your keys or your phone. Perfect for a family nor friends looking for a place to stay in florance. The only downside was that there were no safe in the room.
• Nikola (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well located and has absolutely everything you need! Easy to access, with restaurants and a supermarket close by. The Aircon in the bedroom is super noisy, we were not able to use it at all. The second Aircon in the living area works great though! We just ended up sleeping there.

• Smitha (8/5): Very good - Very close to Ponte Vecchio. Apartment was very clean. Walking distance to every where. It was very hard to find the apartment for us, we came on a Sunday and the shop which was supposed to be the “marker “ was closed so it was hard find initially. Then you need very good internet connection(which we had) but it won’t work inside the building near main entrance. It was very confusing for the check in. Wish the host personally came down to do the check in. Other than that everything was great.
• Stanisław (7/5): Not so bad - Location was perfect, near to heart of the city. A lot of restaurants nearby. Ac in every room, comfy bed. A lack of sunlight, If someone look to make a laundry it is almost impossible to make it dry. Floor when we arrived was not so clean. View from windows is terrible, a lot of pigeons.
• Cathy (8/5): We loved this location. Very clean and we enjoyed having a washing machine. Bathroom was modern and host leaving a bottl - Excellent location, can walk to everything. Ponte Vecchio bridge right down the street. Check in was a bit troublesome and instructions were confusing to get into the building. Once in the building it was fine. While you can open the windows for ventilation, it’s inadviseable as it opens to a dirty alley and pigeons could get in.

• Leanne (9/5): We really enjoyed our time in Florence staying in this apartment. - Very clean and comfortable with separate bedroom to lunge and kitchen area. Washing machine with laundry sachets provided. Great location with restaurants close by and easy walks to points of interest. We walked from station and google maps took us to outside number 2 so was confusing. Luckily a street hawker was standing there and without even telling him which number we wanted, he asked if we were wanting number 10 and was able to give directions. Owner had sent video of walking down arcade to accommodation but when you're tired and google maps takes you to number 2 instead of 10 it is a bit stressful. Front entry area of building looks old, tired, dilapidated and slightly dodgy but behind closed door is a very clean comfortable and quiet apartment.
• Arthur (6/5): Pleasant - Good location.. quiet. The door system is ridiculous. Finally got in and determined we would use the keys however the inside door key did not work. I messaged the office who replied "well you got in anyway just use the code". Not a helpful service at all. Ventilation was not good, damp air. One roll of toilet paper for two people and 5 days.

• Vicki (9/5): Fabulous location and comfortable home away from home - Loved the location. Only 140 metres to Ponte Vecchio and close to Pitti Palace. Very close to the c4 bus line making it easy to get to Firenze SMN although it was within walking distance. Close to supermarkets & restaurants. Loved this place as it was well equipped and the hosts responded quickly to the two queries we had. Getting into the building initially as our Italian internet provider did not work in the building. Soon rectified and was not a problem once we used the wifi supplied.

• Jianhua (10/5): Location Of the apartment is so so convenient. - Love the washer machine but can’t figure out the instructions. Our laundries had been washed for more than two hours and the washer still kept going. It would be nice to have an operational instruction manual in English. Thanks.
• Gianluca (7/5): Migliorabile - Location, recently renovated Not super clean (there was a pigeon nest in the balcony), AC did not work properly and they did not bring extra toilet paper rolls when asked (there was only one roll at the beginning for a 3 nights stay in 4 people)

• Marina (10/5): Phenomenal contemporary apartment with prime location and comfortable, clean accommodations! - Proximity to main attractions, shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Clean accommodations with generous surprise welcome gift was much appreciated! Washing machine and dishwasher were huge advantages in this property. Not that Florence is unsafe, but the triple security behind a gate and two doors made us feel safe at night. Nothing, all was up to expectations and beyond!
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - perfect location, right in the center, a few meters from the Ponte Vecchio, I definitely recommend parking at Garage Lungarno, in the next street, and Sapori & Dintorni Conad food, in Via de' Bardi, 45/47 if it might bother someone, the apartment doesn't have a lot of daylight and no balcony and view, we didn't mind :)
• Catarina (9/5): incredible - The location is incredible, just 1 min to ponte vecchio. it is a comfortable and clean space, with everything we needed. the automatic check in is also a nice touch. we really enjoyed our stay! the lack of sunshine in the apartment
• Angela (4/5): if it wasn't for the beeping and the attitude of the management, maybe would have been comfortable - There was an unbearable beep sound during the whole stay, coming from any unidentified electronic device. They said they sent someone to check. Impossible not to hear the sound. I was blamed for my attitude (complaining for the 2nd time). The problem was not solved. There was mildew in the shower but it was cleaned the day after. Internet is needed to use the key. There is a phone number in case help is required to enter, but the person responding will insist on using the electronic key.
• Aurora (7/5): Good - The room was comfortable. There was a lot of lighting. The location was excellent. The view outside the property was terrible, messy and the property had poor natural light. We were not told ahead of time on how to turn on the hot water and the shower drain was clogged. We had instructions take out the garbage when we left the property.
