• Salomé (10/5): SUPER - Super communication avec l'hôte qui nous a accueilli avec des gâteaux et une bouteille de vin. L'appartement a dépassé nos critères, il était génial. Nous étions 5 et nous nous attendions à ce que la 5ème personne dorme sur le canapé lit mais au final un lit supplémentaire a été installé. Le logement est en plein centre de Rome, tout peut se faire à pied et il y a de très bons restaurants dans la rue. Il a beau être en plein centre, il ne donne pas sur la rue donc il est très calme. Propreté niquel, les lits étaient très confortables.

• Narek (10/5): - An excellent apartment in an ideal location — close to the Colosseum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and many of Rome’s main historical attractions. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away, which is very convenient for traveling. The price is also very affordable, making this place even more attractive. The apartment is spacious and clean: two comfortable bedrooms, a good hallway, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. This is my second time staying here, and I will definitely return again if the apartment is available. The host is very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling — he creates a wonderful first impression at check-in.

• Henry (8/5): - The apt was in a perfect location. There was a Penny supermarket close by; and restaurants around. It also felt safe & quiet. Overall, it served our purposes for easy access to everything in Rome. However, the apt. really lacked charm and I wouldn’t necessarily spend down time there. The beds were comfortable, but that was about it. If they invested a bit more in nicer furniture (ie, lamps; better chairs; kitchen items; etc) it could be a nice apt for an extended stay.

• Ariana (9/5): We had a great stay at this apartment - The key collection process was very smooth. Michele was very understanding about the delays in our flight and kindly waited for us until we arrived. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the location excellent — close to Termini Station and the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby In one of the bedrooms, there were two single beds with separate mattresses pushed together, covered by one large mattress on top. On the first night, I didn’t realize this and slept in the middle, which sagged and was uncomfortable. On the following nights, I slept on one side and it was fine. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. Beware the elevator is very small, also if someone forgets to close its door properly, it won’t work — meaning you’ll have to walk up the stairs yourself.
• Sarah (9/5): Clean, great location but pretty small. - Incredible location, within walking distance of pretty much all major locations and close to the metro station as well ( around 13 minutes walk ). Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very clean, friendly staff. I will say that it’s pretty expensive for what it is. It’s small and only has one bathroom but we only stayed for two nights so that wasn’t a big issue for us.

Many amenities came with the apartment and we had an amazing stay! I also want to add that the property owner was very friendly and would respond within minutes if you sent him a question! He gave us a map of the city and an entire booklet with recommendations of things to do and restaurants! I loved everything!

The apartment is very large with two separate bedrooms and it is very well equipped. The location is pretty good, close to the colosseum and access to public transport. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. A very nice stay in Rome. Recommended!

• Cesar (7/5): Good apartment close to Termini - I loved the location of the apartment. It is really convenient and close to Termini station and other metro stations. When you close the window the soundproofing is really good. It´s not possible to leave the luggage after the check-out. The general cleaning can be improved, specially the area around the kitchen stove and the bathroom tiles. Also, the bed of the bedroom next to the bathroom is very noisy, it makes noise even on a small movement, so it's difficult to sleep on it unless you use earplugs. It would be nice to include an extra mirror somewhere outside the bathroom, because if there are four people, you need to wait the line to use it.

Owner was very responsive and let us drop our bags before check-in. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing
