• maryanne (8/5): Overall, our stay was very good. - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, there was a huge selection of restaurants just steps away, along with shopping markets and a pharmacy, which made everything very convenient. Most of the major attractions were within about a 30–45 minute walk, so we were able to explore the city easily without relying heavily on transportation. The area felt lively and convenient, making it a great home base for our trip. We would definitely stay here again! The hot water pressure was very minimal, which made taking a shower less enjoyable. The apartment also felt a bit cramped for 4 adults. There was only one sofa, so there really wasn’t enough seating for everyone to sit and relax together comfortably after a long day of sightseeing.
• Virginie Charron (8/5): Très bien - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter tous les points d'intérêt de la ville à pied. Le quartier est idéal, très animé avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants. Pour autant l'appartement est calme. La literie est confortable et l'appartement spacieux. L'appartement est au premier étage donc facilement accessible. Nous avons été accueilli par Giulia qui a été très agréable et nous avons dû contacter le propriétaire pendant le séjour et il a répondu tout de suite. La douche manque de pression et de chaleur.
• Kristina (8/5): - The location is amazing on the property the area is a proper busy little place great holiday vibes. The tourist attractions are all with in walking distance. Liked the coffees and washing products that were left. Beds and pillows were vert comfortable would definitely stay again. Needs to leave more than 1 set of keys my group had different interests in Rome and had to keep going out of our way to meet each other for the keys.

• Marta (5/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu była świetna. Wszędzie można było się dostać na nogach. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemu - był bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. W kuchni było wszystko co potrzeba, a dodatkowo ekspres do kawy i kapsułki z bardzo dobrą kawą (urządzenie wymaga jednak odkamienienia), herbata, przyprawy. W mieszkaniu unosił się nieznośny zapach (fetor z kanalizacji). W jednej z łazienek był tak intensywny, że nie dało się z niej korzystać (na szczęście była druga, którą dało się wywietrzyć. Do mieszkania nieustannie dochodził piszczący dźwięk jakichś urządzeń z zewnątrz, który chwilami był nie do wytrzymania. Jedna z sypialni była ciemna, a w salonie nie było okna.

Les matelas sont " fatigués" et vieillissants Il manque des couverts et des ustensiles de cuisines Il y a 2 salles de bains et les 2 douches étaient bouchées, l eau ne s écoulait pas correctement et il emmanait une odeur d'égout. Contrairement aux photos sur le site booking ou on suppose que l appartement est lumineux, les fenêtres donnent sur les cours intérieures ou on ne voit pas le ciel....

• Stephan Horn (9/5): Een must-go-to accomodatie! - Echt een fantastische accomodatie op een geweldige locatie. Heel veel te doen en te zien in de buurt. Het is echt het geld waard. We hebben er erg van genoten. De accomodatie heeft geen uitzicht en het directe daglicht is beperkt. Verder geen opmerkingen.
• Lorrie (7/5): Good - Great location. Walking distance to the Colosseum. Right in the midst of many wonderful restaurants and cafes. The apartment was clean and simple. The beds were comfortable. There was an annoying high pitched whistling noise that occurred every few minutes. It could be heard in all rooms except one bedroom. Ear plugs were necessary for sleeping. No dishcloth or dish soap was provided.

Two good sized bedrooms with two bathrooms, perfect for family of four or two couples travelling together. Plenty of towels for the family. Heaters effective for the winter. Safe and secure building. Nothing.

• Michelle (5/5): A cosy apartment in a great location - The apartment was as per the pictures, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was clean and functional. Whilst we were on the first floor and didn’t have many stairs, there is a small lift in the building which is handy. Air worked well and a great location too. The apartment needed some love and attention, it may have been that it was booked back to back but making sure the light bolds are changed and fixing the drains in the showers (to prevent injury) plus fixing the bathroom door to make sure it closes would make this place a 10/10. Also the host was nice when we heard from them although would have appreciated more timely responses as it was sometimes hard to contact them.
• John (7/5): Good location other than that very average - Location The apartment is very dated, the beds are old and not very confortable. It’s a bit charmless. The shower pressure is pathetic so boiler cuts out and it runs cold.
