Asem (10/5): Nothing. Everything was excellent. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Istanbul - Excellent location in Şişli, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Great value for money. Everything was excellent. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. I felt at home throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

Guest (1/5): لم اذق طعم الراحة ولا النظافة وكان جداً ازعاج في صوت وتخبيط في الفندق - لا شي عجبني فقط الموقع قريب من المترو سيئة لأبعد الحدود اول ماجينا حطونا في غرفة. كأنها مقبرة مافيها مكيف ولا شباك مكتومه اوكسجين مافيها و جداً قذره الغرفة الارضية تتلصق من الوسخ و القرف و السرير جداً قذر غير نضيف رحنا اشترينا شرشف و بطانيه و ماقدرنا ننام في الغرفة اصرينا يغيرونها و رفض الموظف يقول ادفعوا زيادة فلوس و انا اغيرها لكم و بعدين لما جا موظف ثاني وانتهى عمل الموظف الأول اصرينا معه و غير لنا الغرفة و نمنا فيها وكانت برضه سيئة الدوش خربان و الارضية قذره وفي الصباح جانا الموظف الي كان رافض يغير لنا الغرفة و يخبط ع الباب ازعجنا و صحانا من النوم خرجنا لغرفة كمان جداً سيئة الكرسي حق الحمام معدوم و يتهزهز و الدوش خربان و البزبوز حق الكرسي كمان خربان و المغسلة مسدوده و فيها بق الغرفة و الجدار مخرم و معدوم و ريحة جداً سيئة واللحاف ايضاً قذر و الحمام مو مغسل له سنين مو مغسل نظافة صفر ( الموظف العجوز ماعنده اخلاق ولا رحمه و صفر في التعامل )
ümit (1/5): Hayatımın en kötü oteliydi. - Hiçbirşeyini Ücretsiz spa olan ekonomik oda almamıza rağmen spa olanağının başka bir firma tarafından yapıldığını ve ücretli olduğunu söylediler. Odamızın penceresi olmadığını pencereli oda vereceklerini ama 500 tl vermemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Mecburen verdik. Satın aldığımda penceresiz olduğu yazmıyordu. Booking.com üzerinden aldığım en berbat oteldi. 1 gece kaldık ama bir daha asla kalmam.

Расположен в хорошем районе, десять минут до метро Шишли, рядом кафе, маркеты и большой ТЦ. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Без трудностей поменяли комнату по нашему запросу. Когда заехали не было горячей воды, но потом включили. Иногда заедала ключ-карта. Холодные полы.

Aysun (1/5): - Only the location is ok and they let us park in front of the hotel on the street but I don't think there are available free parking places often. DON'T RECCOMEND! We stayed there a couple of years ago, and they marked us "no show" after taking the payment in cash and didn't. At the time, I sent a complaint. This time, I booked with prepayment just to make sure, but I regret it! The level has dramatically gone down since then, and I would never go back. It is dirty, the bedsheets and towels weren't even changed with hair and stains on them, strong cigarette smell everywhere. I went to buy myself towels to take a shower as I couldn't use the dirty ones. No soundproof at all. We were hearing clearly other guest's in their rooms as well as the street noise. The air conditioner was very noisy and was set on very cold temperature. Its remote control was missing, but they didn't even bother to find it, and we had to turn the whole room's electricity off to be able to sleep. We used the phone's torch to go to the bathroom! It's not good value for the money at all. Unacceptably low level of cleaning and service. It's the worst hotel experience ever.

Mohamed (3/5): Poor - The room is spacious enough and has a minibar, and a coffee & tea set (including a kattle). It's close to public transportation and the area is acceptable. Although I arrived late night and specified to the staff that I will arrive late, the room was not clean and prepared as expected in standard. The curtain and bed were super smelly in cigarette smell, the bedset was dusty, and the toilet (embedded in the wall) was broken to the point that it was about to fell off the wall. The smell of smoke was too intense to point that it remained on my clothes and prevented me from sleeping properly although I was super tired. The bed was not comfortable enough and of bad quality. In addition to all that, any outside noise is audible in the room. It was absolutely the worst hotel night I've ever had (and I had a lot of them).

Iqbalur (1/5): Location is nice and convenient but the rooms completely unhealthy. Never be again. Had a worst holiday stay experience - Absolutely worst experience in this Orange Hotel & Spa. We booked a family suite room. This room was sixth floor where the extended floor to entrance and climbed the stairs (no lift for sixth ). Main entrance is mainly fire exit door which needs to press the bar when you exit from the suite. Even another fire exit from bedroom was small and big whole at the side. The lift noise when lift is running whichever is not explained. All time smoking inside the building and bad smell entering the building even in the room. As a family suite have two toilets with one shower room. Both of them no ventilation system which is really unhealthy and disgusting smell all the time. We tried to remove with air fresher and told them to clean again. But never removed the smell ever. They gave us one time cleaning service in 7 nights after three times request. As a family suite size is good but there maintenance is totally worst and making a douse business with visitors. Smoking in the building. Another business which is Spa and massage services. There are all employees smoking by stairs and never listening any request to stop it. Fully uncomfortable for family stays. Noisy lift and dirty everywhere.

Raouf (7/5): We enjoyed our stay and the hotel is not far from Șișli metro station - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, always going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their warm hospitality made a huge difference, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly and pleasant experience! I noticed a small safety concern during my stay. The gas water heater was installed inside the room, which I believe is not safe. I recommend considering a change in its installation to ensure better safety for guests.

Despite the fact that we booked a double room, we were given a room with two separate beds that were connected before our arrival and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep on it. But it will do for one night.

Madina (3/5): It was bad, I moved out! - The room itself could be nice, if it was kept up. Unfortunately it was neglected. The cigarette smell, coming literally from everywhere- people smoke in neighbouring rooms, people smoke in hallway. You can’t get rid of it. Funny thing is that they tell you that they encourage people to not smoke, but in the room you will see an ash tray waiting for you. The shower leaking and nasty looking. It looks new on pictures, but when you are there, you see it all immediately. AC was glitching and leaked the very first night. Finally, the staff is not helpful at all. They try to be nice but they don’t do anything with your problems. I moved out and was not refunded, although I paid for 2 more nights.

My room was nothing like the pictures. - Refrigerator was working sometimes, not always. - Bed was terrible. All sunked in and you could feel the wooden boards underneath . I ask for a new room but there was no available. (Very hard to take a photo and show, easier with a film). - Electricy sockets needs to be fixed - Lamps was not working
Elton (6/5): Pleasant - Staff are friendly. Close location. Price is ok. No windows. Whilst I was made aware of this, they shouldnt offer such rooms. Air con is not good, as it brings out heat amd temperature cant be clntrolled - very difficult to sleep. Ok for one night - but wouldnt recommend any longer.

Not sure if this is intentional, but once the electricity goes off then you need to put the card again in the slot and restart the AC. and it went off at night and unfortunately the AC goes off and it gets hot till we realize that while sleeping. I talked with them several times and they fixed it last night

Hussein (7/5): Budget hotel that’s rather practical. - Location is close to the bus station & to the mall. The value for money is good, comfortable bed and nice AC, the bathroom is clean and the shower is nice. You can’t expect more from a budget hotel The room did not have a safe box, the bathroom needs hangers, there was a day that our room didn’t get cleaned and the housekeeping can improve in general. However, it is a budget hotel that achieved its purpose for us as we only wanted a place to sleep.
