• Timo (10/5): A lovely peaceful place to stay. - We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and perfectly located next to a lovely park. All the facilities were in great condition, and we especially enjoyed having breakfast on the peaceful terrace in the backyard. The location was ideal, close enough to the city center and the Old Town, but still quiet and relaxing. A bus stop was right next to the apartment, and the ride to the Old Town took only about 10 minutes. The beach, restaurants, and shops were also nearby. The host was friendly, kind, and very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which we really appreciated –thank you again for that! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we truly had a 10/10 experience. If we ever return to Dubrovnik, we will definitely stay here again! There was nothing to dislike! Some people said that the AC was not working properly but we didn’t notice anything, you just need to know how to use it.

Would happily stay here again - Nice little apartment, short stroll from Tommy supermarket and Sunset / Lido beach. There was a Cave bar along the promenade. The apartment was close to no.4 bus stop to Old Town (bottom of the hill from property). Was provided with plenty of towels, toilette rolls, shampoo and shower gel miniatures.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - That is the lovely place to stay in Dubrovnik. The owner is kind and professional, responsive to our needs. The apartment is very cozy, clean and really well equipped. We felt like at home. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

• Chasen (6/5): Apartment looks nice, amenities lacking - The apartment is spacious, and has a nice outdoor space as well as beach towels to use. About 5 minute drive to nearest beach and 10 minute drive to old town. Has a parking spot in front of building. We were provided cooking oil when asked. Checking in and communicating our arrival time was difficult through the third party used to manage the booking. The WiFi is nonexistent in the bedroom. The water pressure was very wonky, especially in the shower. There was no shampoo/conditioner provided. The kitchen’s gas stoves weren’t working, so we were supplied with a hot plate. When we went to use the sugar, there was an odd grey residue in the jar. The apartment looked nice, but the amenities were lacking. The kitchen could also use a basic set of oil and spices and a frying pan. There’s also a set of stairs to the apartment which may hinder those with limited mobility. We were unable to get any Ubers to the house as they kept cancelling, and parking near the old town can vary from 10-40 euros an hour. If you plan on spending most of your time there, it would be best to find a place within the old town. However, if you also want to spend time at the beach, this location (Lapad) is a good middle ground.

• Bence (10/5): Excellent apartman if you wish a calm stay in this beautiful city. - Nice and cozy interior. Good neighborhood and has private parking. Commute is easy, however we took the trip to old town each day by foot to see more of the beautiful city. It has a nice smallstoned beach near aswell. Host is super friendly!! :) Nothing.
• Shaun (10/5): Perfect holiday apartment away from the hustle of old town. Close to beaches and restaurants and very accommodating. - Perfect apartment for our stay. Was very well equiped and very friendly host. Located very near a bus stop. Nice to have outdoor area as well. Coffee sachets were provided but could have benefitted with some oil for cooking (as it’s tricky to only get a small amount).
