Jack (9/5): “This place is really, really worth the money! There’s no need to stay in Ortaköy or other touristy - What I liked most about this hotel was the incredibly helpful and enthusiastic staff! The front desk staff member, named Miraç Mert Hasanbaş was very pleasant and gave me great recommendations for places to visit and eat in Istanbul, as well as helpful advice on choosing other cities to travel to in Turkey. The second thing I really loved was the breakfast — it was absolutely delicious and high quality. Although the hotel stated that breakfast was served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, we often came down late and even stayed until around 10:15, and it was never a problem. The lady working at the breakfast area was also extremely kind and attentive; every time we came down, she would bring us even more food! Overall, there was really nothing much to complain about.

За время проживания два раза ломался сливной бачок в туалете. После второго раза номер заменили, поскольку не смогли починить. Очень тонкие стены. Звукоизоляции практически нет. Было слышно как в соседнем номере люди говорили по телефону. Уборка в номерах неудовлетворительная. Полотенца и постельное бельё не меняли за 5 дней ни разу. Вся уборка состояла в том, что заменили пакет в мусорном ведре на чистый.

Other than this it is good location with many cafes and shops around. It was my 10th time in this hotel, the old manager always gave an upgrade to higher category which i never receive any more. А говорят, что Турция - гостеприимная страна:( Не принимают банковские карты. Нам не дали сдачу 3 €, не было размена, сказали что отдадут утром, но на следующий день была другая смена и они были не в курсе уже, поэтому никто ничего не отдал.

The staff was so pleasant and beyond helpful from pointing us in the right direction to providing late night snacks. The location was impeccable, Starbucks, restaurants and more. There were a few selection of foods to eat and when asked to restock the food items as they would run out by 8:30, even though the breakfast official end time was 10:00 AM, the staff would refuse to do so. It’s a shame to run out of simit and refusing to provide more when asked. Simits in Turkey are everywhere.

They don’t clean the toilet as well. They need to learn about professional housekeeping service. Plus a lot of times I ask the receptionist to send the cleaners for our room because they don’t clean for 3 days .I am not suppose to ask that .they should be responsible for their job !this is very very bad experience for us . I think this hotel need a manager or supervisor to check the rooms and all the services how is going. 2 the room size when we booked is shown large double rooms but after we arrived it’s to small even there is no space for our luggage .we put next to the bed which is is not comfortable for daily use .plus the bathroom is very very small you can’t even set in the toilet properly because is close to hand wash sink and the shower also to small you can’t move any side 3 breakfast This is my first experience in the hotel the breakfast service is very bad, almost empty table . we are so confused what we have to eat because there is nothing to eat . there is no option just only small slices of bread with jam. Is better to do not include in the price. we stay more than 20 day but we use breakfast only few days the other days I prefer to go outside to find a breakfast. This is extra money but no option. Even if you want hot drink you should have to ask someone to give you hot water because they don’t have any accessories to make hot drink the most easy thing. what kind of hotel is this am surprised and disappointed. Maybe they are trying to save the money but they have to know about the hotel standard service and how to care for clients.

Ansel (10/5): - I was in Istanbul for a work trip but added a few days on to be a tourist. This hotel was ideal for the congress centre (Taksim - 20ish min walk). The hotel is 5 min walk from Osmanbey Metro which is really cheap and easy to travel on and is 1 stop to Taksim, 2 stops to Sishane (for Galata tower) and 4 stops to Vezniclier (for grand bazaar, blue mosque, Hagia Sophia). The staff here were superb. Always helpful with information we needed and gave us a free upgrade on arrival.

nazae (10/5): - Comfortable and friendly layout, spacious and with the ability to store luggage without getting in the way. The location of the hotel is very central, in 1 minute you are on the main pedestrian street.
