• Ali (1/5): Worst Nightmare - I do want to acknowledge the reception and ground staff, who were very humble, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. They handled concerns professionally and tried their best to assist, which was appreciated. The staff deserve praise for their customer service, even though the overall hotel maintenance and housekeeping standards were far below expectations. My recent stay at Crown Towers Sydney was unfortunately very disappointing, especially considering the reputation and pricing of the hotel. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the room. The bedsheets had an unpleasant smell, which immediately made the room feel uncomfortable. After requesting a replacement, the new bedsheets arrived with hair all over them, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a luxury hotel. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room, which completely ruined the experience. For a property that markets itself as premium accommodation, this level of cleanliness is simply not acceptable.

We were given a beautiful room on level 18 with an amazing view, which made the celebration even more special. A big thank you to the team for the thoughtful complimentary champagne and chocolates waiting for us in the room after I mentioned the birthday when booking — such a classy and appreciated gesture. The service, atmosphere and attention to detail throughout our stay were outstanding. Truly made my son’s milestone birthday memorable for our family. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

The hotel room was seriously overpriced. Our "harbour bridge view" was actually the harbour bridge in the distance and a demolition zone in the foreground. $1500 a night? way overrated.

I did booked for water view which should be on the other side, however I ended up with empty yard on the view and level 8 was not what I would pay this price for. This price I could get in a higher lever with better view hotel like Sofitel etc.

• Sara (9/5): Fantastic hotel with great staff and facilities. - Perfect location with wonderfully appointed rooms and facilities. Very comfortable bed and the room finishes were stunning. Staff very friendly. Overall a great experience. My only small issue is our Bridge View room overlooked an abandoned lot which occupied 70% of the view. The Bridge itself wasn’t the main attraction at all. This was further compounded by the orientation of the beds. It really felt like more of a partial view.

• Mats943 (2/5): What a poor hotel - I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel in Sydney. Forst the good - it has two redeeming features: very good rooms with views and a great location on the water. But there the good ends. The service is so poor, I won’t stay there again. I had to call FOUR times over two days to have my room cleaned. And i was made to feel like I was imposing. The mini bar was never refilled, clothes were not tidied away etc. It was just so disappointing and frustrating.
