• Joanne (4/5): Disappointed, will not return. - The bed was very comfortable. Close proximity to the train station. The carpet in both the room and the hallways were filthy and the shower had mould. There was no kettle or tea and coffee in the room , not even a glass to get a drink of water. The area designated for your clothing , I say this because it wasn't a wardrobe just a nook had 4 coat hangers and about 30cm of rail. Upon arrival as we approached the desk a computer screen was spun around towards us and the girl just said fill this out. After a 19 hour flight it would have been nice to have some assistance and even a greeting. I understand in todays world we are heading towards self service but there is still a need for communication especially as the screen was written in English and I did notice an Asian gentleman trying to screen shot everything to try and understand what he was reading. If your hotel is trying to achieve a minimalist standard then the price should reflect that.
• Heidi (10/5): Kostengünstig in Top-Lage - Sehr gute Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Sehr gut an den ÖV in Wien angebunden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Kaveh (4/5): - well located. Really close to Hauptbahnhof. The staff were really nice and friendly, and let us leave our luggage for a couple of hours for free. Firstly, 2 people need a larger bed than a queen, but I had no choice except to upgrade it to a king-size bed, and I believe it was still smaller than a king-size bed. We had only 2 small pillows and a low-quality mattress. Secondly, the corners of the bathroom were completely dirty and covered in fungus. I was scared to take a shower there.

• Michael (4/5): Bijzonder teleurstellend - Het enige dat me beviel was de wandelafstand naar de Hauptbahnhof. De kamer is erg steriel en het overmatig gebruik van de "pink" kleur werkt storend. Iets voor Barbie-fans? De tabletjes naast het bed stonden nog vol met aftekeningen van flesjes, glazen en gemorste drank. In de badkamer, ook verscheide aftekeningen van vorige gebruiker(s) Wanneer ik "Radisson" boek verwacht ik een mooie en schone kamer. Geen waterkoker, geen instant coffee of thee, geen water op de kamer... Bij navraag aan de receptie kon ik kokend water krijgen, al wat ik dan verder nodig had, kon ik kopen. Als 'Radisson premium member' vond ik dit verblijf bijzonder teleurstellend Van hoge prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding is hier absoluut geen sprake.

• ReoutS (9/5): Nice hotel for a short stay in Vienna - good value for money - The hotel is conveniently located next to the Hauptbahnhof station, where you have easy access to trains, trams, etc. (The station also has coffee, shops, supermarket, and so on) - Very easy to get around the city from it. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. I liked that the reception was 24/7 and I could always buy a coffee or tea there when I wanted to. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to book it on the same day or arrival and it was no issue, we just came in and checked in via their automated machines. Easy check out as well. We stayed there for 2 nights, very good value for money hotel. The room doesn't have a wardrobe or a safe. It's very spacious , but you are expected to just put your luggage on the floor, so can't take the clothes out of it.

• Peter (7/5): Alles okay für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Preislich okay, sonst eher nichtssagend und anonym. Passt für eine Nacht/Wochenende. Die Ruhe der Dame an der Rezeption beim Einchecken der vielen Menschen Das die Bahnhofsgegend nicht schön ist, dafür kann das Hotel nix Ineffizienter Check-In. Self-Check-In Geräte haben kaum funktioniert. Leider ist mir nur das Negative in Erinnerung geblieben, sonst, wie gesagt, total anonym.

• chang (10/5): 地理位置好，员工好 - 离火车站很近，走路几分钟 员工很热情，是自助入住，员工还是会帮忙看一下预定编号，毕竟我们房客查预定编号还得去翻订单才能找到，方便了我们办理入住 寄存行李很放心，有专门需要刷卡的房间，取行李时候我们的行李在最里面，店员帮忙挪腾其他房客的行李以便我们取出来 房间里没有杯子，不方便喝水

Great location next to the train station and only 15 minutes from the airport and super close to the city centre Shower gel was very strong alcohol based which left the skin very dry. No moisturiser available as some hotels with the same level have.

• Merlind (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip (1-2 Nächte) auf jedenfall zu Empfehlen. - Lage ist top. In nur 5min am Hauptbahnhof Wien. Das Bett war gemütlich und das Zimmer äusserst ruhig. Tv hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt. Es heisst, dass es erst ab der dritten Nacht geputzt wird. Jedoch können frische Tücher an der Rezeption jederzeit angefragt werden.
