• Laura (8/5): Sehr gut bis auf laute Heizung - Geräumiges Appartement, bequemes Bett, sehr gute Lage direkt an der U2 und schnell zum Praterstern. Kein Straßenlärm, da Fenster zum Innenhof, gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Durchlauferhitzer (für die Heizung?) im Zimmer war laut (sprang immer wieder mit Brummen an und lief einige Zeit, auch nachts) und konnte/durfte nicht verstellt werden. Dies war leider so laut, dass ich mit Ohropax schlafen musste.

• Arto (9/5): Spacious in a good location - Large room and bathroom, kitchen good gor my needs, clean, extremely good location close to Taborstrasse U-bahn station and Praterstern railway, S-bahn and U-bahn station, Prater amusement park and Donau with Spar Gourmet, Penny Markt and other shops, cafes and restaurants in a couple of minutes walking distance. In the room I had a large sofa with a table, breakfast table with two chairs, comfortable bed, a kitchen with all the dishes and equipments I needed (mainly for breakfast or evening snack but did also eat in the room twice) and a bathroom my wife would have been satisfied also if she could have travelled with me as was originally the idea. The apartement was large enough for two adults also. There was a dishwashing machine and washing machine which I used both and a good rack to dry the clothes. So plenty things I liked and alltogether a pleasant stay for me. Could leave my luggage to Hotel Vienna for some hours when I checked in and checked out. The room opened to the garden. In april there was nobody in the garden, but felt a bit uncomfortable because of the fact that all in the house had an entrance to the garden (because the door to the stairhall was not locked). My room and another room at the basement had own doors to the garden and I had three large windows in the room to the garden, so the idea that a group of people could come next to Your windows to spend a night together was not pleasant. Fortunately I had no problem, so those thoughts are just thinking of what might happen in the summer. Saw once a silverfish in the kitchen, but because I keep my things in a closed trunk or up on the cupboards or chairs, thought no problem. Just took some pesticide I found from the kitchen and sprayed that to the area the silverfish went and later told in the reception of Hotel Vienna what I had seen. They said that the cleaners will get a note about the matter. So would not mind very much of that. The tv was something I did not understand anything. Seen similar in these kind of apartment hotels before and never realised how to see the normal free channels. The room was a bit chilly first, so I had to keep the radiator in the bathroom on to get more warmth to the room because the visitors are not alloved to adjust the heating. Also had to wait some time to get hot water in the shower.

Sembrerà banale ma il materasso è la cosa che mi ha stupito di più, solitamente si trovano materassi veramente basici (e non è qualcosa di fondamentale per me) ma questo era veramente comodo!

Do not hand over any ID as a deposit on a room key as they do not hold them securely - The hosts took my driving licence as a deposit for my room key and subsequently gave it to another guest. They have said they have retrieved it and posted it to me but I have not received it. Its very disappointing that they firstly gave my licence to another guest and have not yet returned it even though it's been more than one week since they supposedly sent it on to me.

A localização é razoável, não fica exatamente no centro de Viena, mas é possível se locomover facilmente de metrô ou a pé. Check in em hotel parceiro, com boa equipe porém difícil o atendimento com o suporte devido a distância.

• Eldar (1/5): Never ever ever ever ever again - Modern and clean enough The receptionist was not only extremely rude but also tried to intimidate and bully me for not having a €50 cash deposit, which was never mentioned anywhere beforehand. When I asked where this requirement was stated, he instantly became aggressive and pointed at a piece of paper he produced on the spot. If you don’t have cash, he suggests leaving your ID as a deposit, which is completely illegal. His behavior was so hostile that I felt genuinely concerned for my physical safety throughout the conversation, as he acted more like a criminal than a professional.

• Daniel (9/5): Sehr nettes Apartment, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! - Wir waren schon zum 2. im gleichen Apartment, weil es uns so gut gefällt. Schöne Einrichtung, gute Lage ( U- Bahn gleich um die Ecke, sehr nahe zum Zentrum). Parkplätze sind - wie überall in Wien-Zentrum - Mangelware, teuer und die Bezahlmöglichkeiten relativ kompliziert. Es gibt ca 600m entfernt das Volkert Parkhaus, das ist für Wiener Verhältnisse mit einigermaßen großen Parkplätzen und relativ günstig.

• Raphael (7/5): Good location, lots of space - Excellent location, spacious with a pretty big garden. Check in process was a bit convoluted. Key pick up is inconvenient and we were asked to leave a government ID as collateral. Of course we declined, which led to some unpleasantness from staff, and 50 euro cash deposit, no cards accepted. The place was also only superficially cleaned, with lamps exhibiting a lot of dust.

• Radovan (8/5): Very good - Stylish, clean WiFi router needed a restart. Ketle was unusable. Split mattress on a bed is not ideal. It was quite cold. Bathroom equipment is very stylish, but not very practical.

Within 2.5km walking range from most sights. Bed was comfortable. Good size bathroom. Heating. Check in was complicated for me. Had to go to Hotel Vienna about 500m from Apartment to get the keys and can park in there parking garagefor 28 euro per night. (We booked a spot when we made the booking) When we arrived there they said we need to find a parking spot on the street closer to our apartment and gave us 2 vouchers to put in car for the 2 nights we will park there. It is in Vienna city parking is a nightmare. Took us so long to find a parking spot. They asked for 50 euro cash until we return apartment key and 20 euro cash for the Hotel Vienna sign in the car or I had to hand in my passport 😳 The parking was 12 euros per night.
