- Douglas (8/5): Great value and close to everything you will need. - Great coffee shop right below us with great espresso at a much better price than most coffee shops. We could catch the transit and travel all through the city for very little cost. Super close to lots of small grocery shops and LIDL is about 5 blocks away. Some great bakeries also within a 5 minute walk. Using the metro, we went to the Acropolis (drops you off in the centre of the district), The Mall Athens, and we used the Train to return to the airport (9 Euro's each). The apartment is very clean with two smart TV's so you can login to your Netflix/Youtube accounts. The deck was huge and we would have eaten outside everyday if it wasn't raining. Internet was blazing fast. Great support from the hosts. Also a bonus I didn't see in the comments; you can see the Pantheon from the balcony at night. We rented a car from Happy Car Rental (10 minute walk) and drove to Corinth. Location is a bit sketchy. Doesn't bother us as we've lived in South America and other places, but can see this being an issue for some people who are accustomed to a more touristy neighbourhood. Out taxi dropped us off at night and told us this was a dangerous area. We walked past 10:00 pm and never had any issues and always felt safe.

Cigeratte burns on the couch, broken door handles, skirting coming away from the wall, rust and grime on the shower, location was in a rough side of town. Place is supposed to be sound proof, but could hear the constant sound of cars and the bar downstairs.

La mauvaise isolation, je n'ai pas pu dormir presque à cause du bruit du trafic routier. La douche est très étroite, une personne costaud ne peut pas s'y loger ou presque; le petit espace qu'offre l'appartement

Dans l'ensemble le séjour était ok - le quartier très populaire. Mais le rapport qualité prix ok- AU départ je trouvais le quartier sketchy - mais je n'ai eu aucun problème. Juste une appréhension et le quartier ne semble pas accueillant. J'ai demandé une serviette supplémentaire et j'attends toujours les cousins sur la véranda .

- EmrOkay (6/5): If noise doesn't bother you it's a very good apartment - Spacious room, fully equipped and everything functioning. The constant noise coming from the streets, traffic, music and shouting from neighbouring houses and projects. Impossible to open windows on street side and only a few hours between 2 and 5 in the night at the back of the building. And even with all windows closed you still hear all the noises coming from outside. And I had 2 kill 2 big bugs running around the living room. No cockroach I think (no antenna's) bit about the same size and being able to climb walls.

- stephen (2/5): - I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this property! When we entered the room it wasn’t clean, there is no staff or reception either incase you need anything. No one to clean or change towels or bedding, we stayed for 2 weeks. We asked the host on Saturday if we could have a clean change of towels and bedding and they asked us to wait until Tuesday. Location is horrendous, it is probably the roughest location in Athens, full of druggies and alcoholics and we did not feel safe walking around after dark. And as for the apartment itself, the noise in the room from the traffic outside was awful and woke us up every night. The third night we stayed there we were woken up to drunks knocking on our apartment door at 3am. Pull out sofa bed is filthy, full of stains and looks nothing like the listing when you book the accommodation. Also found a few cockroaches in our apartment. DO NOT BOOK

It was a struggle to open the door it was complicated. Far from the airport but 6 station away from the city center. The neighborhood is dodgy and felt not safe. There was no shampoo, soap, conditioner or any complimentary thing but 2 capsules of coffee. Utensils are dirty.The sheets were not made well and there’s a smell from the room and the pillows like it was never washed.The dryer on the basement was not even working and communicated with them but never got fix. There was a foul smell too coming from one of the dryer.

Location one of the most run down parts of Greece. for some couples this apt may have ticked the right boxes. but did not meet out expectations. we did book last minute and clear check in instructions were given to find and access the apt.

- Ilya (4/5): Its a fair place for a short stay if you need just a room to sleep. Metro stations are not far away. - The room was clean, and there were everything I might need - microwave, fridge, TV etc. The area is full of garages, auto services etc, its not a tourist place and not a place to relax. Windows wasn't soundprrof and right in fron of them is a road with bus station, and right below - a local drinking place (not a bar or restaurant, just cheep cafe without signs but with cheep booze)

- Malak (7/5): Good - the staff were very friendly, they answered every question we asked and were available. the location was excellent, 5 min walk to Attiki metro station, which is 10 min ride max to monistaraki square. the apartment sord of new and well taken care off. i wouldn't mind having an extra mirror in the bedroom. the kitchen was fully prepared with all type of pans and pots, there is a washing machine. it all was very good. needed a little bit more extra care regarding the floor's cleaning. other wise it was excellent. could use extra care regarding the floor's cleaning/ sweeping

Easy access especially if arriving out of hours. Great communication from the team via What's App. Second stay and would stay again. Shower head broken.

- Troy (6/5): Your hide-out awaits. - Terrible location in seedy neighborhood. Drug addicts and drunks all around. No on site reception so you need to communicate on-line to setup your access to your room. Not the best hotel to book if you are in a hurry or have no wifi access. Having said that, the receptionist that I did talk to on the phone was very helpful and so got the information to us to get into our room. Close to metro station so you can get the heck out when you have to. Room had all you need for your stay with a great fridge, and coffee maker, stove, etc. AC worked good. Bed was decent. Sewer gas came through the floor drains so you will have to cover with a wet towel. More common in Athens than you would think. Not the cleanest room but not the worst.

- Shalom (8/5): - Clean, well maintained apartment with good amenities and everything you need, however area outside did look rather rough and was quite noisy.
- Thomas (8/5): Modern apartment within easy reach of city centre. - Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the Metro and 2 stops to the city centre. Several shops and cafes nearby. Neighbourhood is a little edgy but I never felt unsafe. Booking was easy with great engagement via WhatsApp. Access via door code and key box was super simple. Apartment was modern, bed comfortable and a nice area to sit and watch TV. Great Air con. I think it just needed a deep clean, especially the fridge and I had a few bugs to squash. Overall great value for money, I would stay again. Just suggest they review their cleaning arrangements.

- Fotini (5/5): Overall modern with decent location but could have been cleaner and more comfortable. - The floor was dirty and the bed had a doona cover but no sheet, which was too hot for the Greek summertime. It was extremely hot when we first walked in and I suspect for your information that the heating was accidentally left on. Also I specified two guests and no sheets were provided for the open up couch, which was extremely uncomfortable. it would have been appreciated to have spare sheets or to be asked if both guests where sharing the bed.

- Razmjou (5/5): I dont recommend this area Liosion street and around it for solo travelers specifically ladies!!! - Room facilities such as iron , coffee mashin and washer was good ! The window didn’t close properly so you so noise was a disaster cause liosion is a Main Street full of nonstop noise !

- Keren (5/5): Top floor apartment close to train/metro - Selected as we wanted to be closes to Athens Train Station and have two beds. We found an entered the apartment without issue. You must put on the hot water 20 minutes before you want to shower (in room instructions). Bathroom and bedroom a good size. Good water pressure. Easy walk to Attiki or Larissa Metro stations. There is also a Lidl supermarket just past Attiki. As we were on top floor it was fairly quiet with some traffic noise. I accidentally shut the door with keys inside - hosts allowed me to pick up another set from another location. Host comms were good. Athens accomm is quite expensive and this was affordable. I would only stay in this area if you have a super early train to catch. There are much nicer areas to stay. The sofa bed was not made up as requested twice previously. They delivered a sheet and a pillow slip for us to make up the bed. I had to contact them for another top sheet. The sofa bed was uneven and there was no protector to put down. The mattress protector on the main bed had stains on it. None of the window sills are dusted. Tap water provided in a glass bottle in fridge - no bottled water. Old/used wash sponge available. No drying rack for kitchen crockery etc. Bottle of bathroom cleaner left in the bathroom. Couldn't use outdoor area as was too hot. Unfortunately would not stay here again or recommend.
- Georgios (7/5): Good - The apaprtment seems new and it is also spacious. We really enjoyed the procedure of trying to figure out how to obtain the keys to get in the appartment. By no means was difficult. One of our bathroom doors was absend and one of the sofa arms was very lose.

- Drazen (7/5): Good - I had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment, perfect for couples or small families (with up to two kids). The apartment features a spacious terrace, a washing machine, and an iron, making it ideal for both work and leisure travel. The building is well-maintained, housing only apartments managed by the same rental company, which ensures the convenience and safety. The contactless check-in and check-out process was seamless. Additionally, the staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay! While the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, the neighborhood left much to be desired. It's not a part of Athens I would recommend due to its less than pleasant atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that there are ample free public parking options available, which is a plus. The connection to the airport by train is good, and having a metro station nearby is convenient for getting around. Despite these transportation benefits, the location's overall vibe did not meet my expectations.

- Rebecca (8/5): WYZ Attiki Aparthotel - The apartment was great. I didn't know I could WhatsApp the WYZ Attiki Aparthotel team until the day before I flew to Greece. In emails from Hotels.com I was told I'd receive an email with check in information. This never came. I phoned the team from England the day before my flight out to Athens and as soon as I did this, then the direct messaging through WhatsApp was clear and helpful from the WYZ team. I got all the check in info ahead of time and welcome texts. As said before, if I knew beforehand that I could simply WhatsApp the team, I would have done this rather than having to call. I'd tried to check if the apartment provided an iron & towels (which they do) but couldn't find out & took towels and a travel iron unnecessarily. Again if I'd known to WhatsApp sooner, I would have easily found this info out directly from the team. For a woman travelling alone, the apartment felt very safe & secure. (Even though I was told it was a rough area, I never felt unsafe or threatened in any way). There was an info sheet which explained things clearly regarding turning the water boiler on, washing machine instructions etc. Easy to use aircon in the apartment. There were lovely touches like the coffee machine. The apartment is a close walk to one of the main Metro and train stations (Larissa) & there is a good, regular bus service too (bus stops a close walk too). There are nice restaurants, bars & shops close by too. Overall a great stay. Wouldn't hesitate booking again.

- Orlando (8/5): Quiet and convenient stay - It has everything you might need for a short staying like mine. Well located, close to bus stop, metro and train station. There are cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. The place is well maintained, clean, A/C, kettle, everything works great. Super safe building access system . Internet connection is awesome It was too small for my taste.
- Hakeem (7/5): Decent Place, Excellent Bargain... - The location is quite normal and residential. Meaning it is away from Touristy areas. We kept being warned by every single taxi and Uber driver to be careful there at night. Being out in the neighborhood at night did not seem particularly dangerous and weird looking characters were few and they kept a distance. There was a major grocery store up the street to walk to as well as access to two different train entry points within a few blocks of the place. The apartment was very modern and new looking. The management was easy to access via text or email and they left helpful instructions both via text and their welcome paper. My complaints are as follows: #1 - They did not provide housekeeping (which is okay) but there was no way for you to tidy up the place yourself. They have a kitchenette, so with cooking or food storage a broom is absolutely necessary. #2- The place was mostly clean but the floor was gross. It was clear of any visible debris throughout the apartment but the floor was full of dust and gritty particles. I had a black purse and black socks and upon setting them on the floor (walking across the floor) my socks were filthy. And I was walking likely, not sliding my feet across the floor. Due to old sewage system you are not supposed to put tissue in the toilet, but the provided an ITTY BITTY trash can for the bathroom and that filled up rather quickly with poop tissue and such, and they did not have any additional plastic liners for the bin - which made this whole bathroom situation totally gross if you kept adding tissue to their waste bin. #3 - The bedroom is located facing the main road and the amount of noise experienced was excessive even for a city apartment. The windows really needed some time of rubber seal or double paneling to make a more secure closure. It would not be soundproof but it definitely should have been better.

- Praveen (7/5): Good - Clean, comfortable apartment with lots of amenities such as kitchen, washing machine etc. The check in process was smooth without any human interaction. The communication with Staff on WhatsApp was efficient. Budget friendly rooms. Room size was good and beds were comfortable. The location is bad, although it is close to Central train station. It is far from major tourist attractions and nice restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned even once which is what we didn't like. I think it should be cleaned atleast every alternate day to maintain good hygiene.

The local WYZ Apartment's Property Management contact person barely placed a call with the WiFi provider. I have even contacted the Support in Bookimg.com as I was desperate but the Support didn't bother to contact me at all. Very poor service offered by both.
