The hotel is truly spacious with elegant decor in both rooms & public area. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a truly nice & a bit far away from the city centre.

Pool is beautiful with kid sections separated from the main pool. Bernadette checked me in and was very warm and kind. Everything was great! One suggestion: make sure the room service menu is very clear about what is included. I ordered the paneer tikka masala and a side of rice— not realizing that it already came with Indian basmati rice. There are probably other dishes on the menu that already come with starches, so I would just make sure the menu is clear for guests.

- Stay54742539561 (10/5): A Serene Escape with Stunning Ocean Views - Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and stylishly designed, with a spectacular ocean view that brought me a real sense of inner peace. The quality of the in-room dining was also excellent. Regarding the amenities, I personally preferred the previous Balmain products over the current ESPA line. It’s a bit of a shame that the Balmain body lotion is no longer available, though the ESPA products are still good. In terms of location, while the hotel isn't in the city center, it wasn't an issue for me at all. They provide a shuttle bus and parking facilities, and the shuttle ride to the train station is very quick. This was my second stay here, and I am sure it won’t be my last!

Есть трансфер до метро ocean park. Уборка в номере была одной из худших. Конечно был "Новый год", но все таки эти 5звезд отель. Полотенец мало в комнате. Из номера постоянно, что то забирали: полотенца, столовые принадлежности, штопор и т.д.

- hbhbhb20 (10/5): An amazing place to spend the weekend! - Our 3rd visit here and Fullerton Hong Kong’s Team have our hearts. Their West Wing corner room with the balcony is fantastic, giving a panoramic view of the sea as well as the hotel. We were lucky to have amazing weather during the weekend that allowed the sun to shine straight into our rooms in the morning. We recommend trying to come early and enjoying their lunch buffet before checking in, sometimes they will have a 50% off for in-house guests. We spent the rest of the day relaxing in the spacious room, utilising the gym for some activity, and ordered room service for dinner. The breakfast buffet in the morning is also delicious with extensive options. The chefs at the egg station & the team are all very friendly and hospitable. Thank You to the following: Roy on the reservation hotline (for arranging a surprise dessert and special greeting card upon our check-in to make the welcome special), Jimmy/Bernadette/Gordon/Andrew at the check-in counter, and the entire team at the Lighthouse Café, including The two welcoming ladies at reception, the FOH team as well as the Chefs. I enjoyed the curry brisket and Typhoon Shelter squid—both were delicious and full of flavour. The service was warm and attentive throughout. Anakin and Man made sure i had everything i needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in without being intrusive. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Fantastic! The room is spacious and is equipped with a bathtub with sea view scenery. Marvellous! Also, it is interesting to have a hidden minibar with kitchen basin and microwave inside.

- Mike Botha (9/5): Excellent views with modern rooms and facilities - We stayed at the hotel with our family for our wedding. The staff were excellent and organised everything. The buffet breakfast was good. The views of the hotel are great, and the overall experience was wonderful! The pool was closed for renovation, and the gym is a little inadequate. The reception can get very busy. Other guests were shouting in the passages, but the hotel staff quickly arrived and sorted it out.

They have shuttle bus running every 30min. to and from the nearby subway station. I don't think there's any bad view of their rooms since they all facing the ocean! You can stay in your room to enjoy watching the Sunset! The staff are really friendly and helpful. The concierge service attend to your needs! Would I come back and stay here again! It's absolutely yes!
- joachim (4/5): Wir gehen das nächste Mal für eine Woche in ein anderes Hotel. - Die Lage vom Hotel ist einfach toll Wir waren nun das vierte Mal in diesem Hotel und mussten feststellen, dass es immer schlechter wird. Die richtige Bezeichnung ist: das ist ein Kinderhotel und kein fünf Sterne Haus. Im Zimmer wurde zwei mal nach dem reinigen die Temperatur auf 17° eingestellt. So ein Schwachsinn. Wenn man zurückkommt, friert man im Zimmer. So waren wir danach im Fullerton in Singapore und müssen sagen, dass Frühstück ist in Singapur zehnmal besser, man bekommt unter anderem in Singapore frisches Brot muss nicht betteln wenn zwei Scheiben Käse haben möchte. Auch ist das Frühstück in Singapore viel günstiger.

We can easily reach the destination. The sofa is a little bit aged. The food of Chinese restaurant can be improved also. Though we enjoy the vebe and the ocean view. It is nicely decorated.

- Shaun (10/5): Stay here! - A really amazing hotel! It's a little away from the chaos of Hong Kong central. Staff are amazingly friendly and attentive.
- P.E. (8/5): Great! - Pool is amazing, great views, very relaxing! The hotel is very nice and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. AC in the hotel is freezing! We had to wear jumpers to the restaurant, and walking back to your room from the pool wet was even worse. The food was very expensive. They need to have other options other than buffet for breakfast. Location is beautiful but a little out of the way if you want to sightsee.
- Nunan (2/5): 5* building 1* service - The hotel itself is a lovely facility with beautiful views over the sea It is a 5* hotel with 2* service. The pool is open from 9am to 6pm with a 1 hour break at 11am for "deep cleaning". This is not true, they break so the lifeguards can take a rest (I asked them) and they don't want to pay for an extra shift of lifeguards. So they kick you out at 11 and you have to go and do something else for an hour in the middle of the day The explorer area for kids is closed but this is not mentioned on booking.com or elsewhere The staff just aren't properly trained, they have just been thrown in to a 5* hospitality environment but they behave like it's a Holiday Inn - they don't problem solve they just stare at you. The sauna and steam room are only open during the pool opening times, so forget an early wake up and sauna or a relaxing sauna in the evening. There is an additional sauna and steam room which is open earlier and later but it has an extra charge (in a 5* hotel) The gym doesn't open until 0730 which is far too late - compare to Conrad in Hong Kong which has pool and gym open from 6am to 10pm daily.

The hospitality and service were truly excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Berni for her warm hospitality, Dominic for being so accommodating, and Marco, who kindly assisted us with our luggage and taxi arrangements to the airport. Their attentiveness made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Appreciate the 100 days decor, snacks and cake for our newborn and books and toys for our elder son to keep him entertained :) The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning ocean views, spacious suite, and a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for both families and couples. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Hong Kong!

- edh08 (10/5): Catch the summer tail - Arriving hotel by their shuttle around 6pm but unexpected still busy on checking in. Lining up for awhile and warm greeted by Geoffrey to assist with smoothly check in. Lazy for going down for dinner so ordering in room dining, good taste and very efficient. Go for the pool and speechless again of the beautiful infinity view; start early from 8am onwards is highly suggested, morning period 9 to 11am is too short… See off by George with his sincere attitude on departure. Look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future.

- 249annabelh (10/5): Amazing experience at the Fullerton, highly recommend ! - We had an outstanding experience at the Fullerton hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, my husband and I realised we had left our baby pram in the back of the taxi we arrived in. Unfortunately the taxi had already left and we had no idea how to contact the taxi driver again. Thanks to the great team at Fullerton, especially Gordon and Jeff, I was able to get my pram back! Gordon and Jeff were amazing, keeping me updated with actions taken to help try and find my pram and contacted me as soon as it was found. They definitely went above and beyond for me knowing that I had two young babies travelling with me and understood how difficult the situation would be having lost a pram. My experience at the Fullerton was great and the staff there made a significant difference to my visit! I will definitely be going back there again and will be recommending it to my friends and family.
- Eykch (10/5): Enjoyable dinner buffet with amazing service and good food - Excellent guest service + yummy food + cozy environment = enjoyable dinner experience in Lighthouse Cafe. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 p.m., and the helpful concierge escorted us to the restaurant. There were not many people, as it was a Monday. Baby highchairs were set up before our arrival so we could enjoy the food immediately. There is a great variety of food from the buffet, including fresh seafood, yummy sashimi & sushi, delicious soups, and various desserts. The staff collected the empty plates quickly and offered help with the baby's food before we asked for it (This is very impressive!) Loud shout out to Gordon and Jeff, they are very attentive and friendly, we left something in the hotel, and they coordinated with different parties to deliver them to us. Will definitely visit again for the great food and fabulous service.

The service was top-notch—every staff member was friendly and went the extra mile. Our room was spotless and the ocean view was absolutely incredible, worth every penny. The food, from the extensive breakfast buffet to our dinner, was delicious and had something for everyone. Highly recommended for a luxurious and relaxing family trip!

Shuttle service is confusing at one of the MTR Stations. We're being told that shuttle bus will only stop in there at certain time. Actually, the shuttle bus always stopping in there.
- splendidc2018 (8/5): Nice Chinese restaurant at the Fullerton. - Dinner at the Jade restaurant. Beautiful view and very spacious surroundings. The decor is comfortable and elegant. Service is excellent. The peking duck was delicious and beautifully presented. The skin was crispy, the meat moist and the pancakes were paper thin. The second course of lettuce wrap and stirfried duck was generous and tasty. The bbq pork was amazing (lean but ultra soft). Other dishes were tasty and well presented as well. During the day the view is phenomenal.

I think the reception staff gave me a room upgrade with a birthday cake (whole cake) after seeing my identity card - non-requested and unmentioned. Dinner buffet was offered at a 40% off discount. The stay was very enjoyable.
- Konica (10/5): - I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. We even extended our stay here a few days longer because we enjoyed our room and view so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the ocean view rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby islands, and the service at the hotel is top notch. What made a standout different was that we were always greeted with a smile and helpful staff when we came to the hotel in a taxi or uber; they opened the door for us, helped us hold any baggages as we got in and out of the car, and were friendly and kind with our little toddler. The pool here has a stunning infinity view as well. Thank you to the Fullerton hotel staff for making our weeklong stay in Hong Kong so enjoyable.

- Marion (10/5): Amazing hotel - Very new and clean, amazing ocean view. Nice staff. They let us check out late as my kid was still napping. Most amazing and kind gesture was that they brought us a complementary anniversary gift. The pool is a true beauty and the kids pool is big and so much fun! Right next to Ocean Water world. Breakfast was great but a bit pricey. We paid less for our dinner. Dinner buffet was fully booked, need to reserve early! Playroom too expensive, could give better discounts for in-house guests.

- joewV5614LJ (4/5): Do not recommend unless you visit water park - Stayed for birthday celebration but was seriously disappointed - Couldn't get on the shuttle bus from ocean park to hotel (the one departing at 2;30pm) because it is full, which should be an expected situation for the hotel every day, but hotel didn't make effort to arrange extra shuttle bus around that time - Some smoking and sewage smell noticed in the room, housekeeping said room change is arranged later in the day, waited for whole night but didn't get room change until next day after having asked at front desk again - The other room on the next day had some oily and cooking smell (similar smell at 3/F pool), but didn't bother to request for room change anymore, also ventilation not good both room (toilet smell in the whole room after using it), both rooms we had are on low floor - Room not clean, first room bed sheet had some yellow stain (housekeeping changed the sheet, but was disgusting for us already), and second room pillow had hair on it - Water pressure of the shower is not strong enough, but speed of water filling up in the bath up is ok - Housing keeping ladies (7/F) asked many times (every time she saw us) whether we want to make up room, and called us into the room to ask even the DND night is on (and after we told several times we don't want it) - Food is extremely pricy (and one night our pizza came 1 hours after ordering). there is limited other options nearby (about 15 mins walk from the hotel), pls consider the food cost when booking this hotel, if you stayed at HK disneyland hotel, pls consider this hotel at a similar food cost - There are some ship sounds early in the morning or even around mid-night (6am for a day, and sometime within middle of the night which woke me up but too tired to check the time) Pros: - Can wear swimming suit to water park and walk to and from there which is convenient - Most staff are responsive and professional, including reservation email (helped arrange free cake in the room for celebration) and front desk (but front desk is extremely busy around check-in time), and they have positive attitude to serve - Restaurants environment are nice (both lighthouse cafe and lounge), and the staff are nice and great (and made us comfortable, offering to help taking photo) - Good view from the room, which can view the pool which is good and fun I won't be staying again. Didn't leave a good memory for the family for an important celebration occasion after spending so much money (over HKD12000 for 3D2N room + food cost).

Our oceanfront room was incredibly comfortable and had stunning ocean and mountain view. The staff were exceptionally welcoming specially to Ms. Bernie from check-in to check-out, and we appreciated how helpful they were with our requests. 🙏😇

The FOP staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel makes the whole party process smoothly , from the food, the playgroud, the ballon twist to the reptile animal workshop, all makes kids happy and enjoy the birthday party.

- Travel62162926548 (10/5): Exceptional Service and Wonderful Stay at Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel - We live in HK and we like to go to hotels for special occassions. This time, we chose Fullerton as it is one of the newest hotels in HK. The checking-in and checking out was the easiest I have ever done in a hotel. They sent a link for pre-check in and out. In the reception, Ms Bernie was so accommodating and exceeded our expectation. I mentioned that we are celebrating my daughter's 3rd birthday and she has sent us a mini birthday cake. She also sent the correct size of slippers for my daughter and have provided another robe for my child after our afternoon swim. She was very thoughtful as she remembered our activity for the day. She also recommended us to swim in the afternoon for the beautiful sunset. We will definitely come back and hopefully we would still see Ms. Bernie! Btw, if you are staying with kids, the themed rooms are a must! Then pool and the view is breathtaking! 💕

- Nicole (2/5): - 暑假入住，㩦老扶幼，訂了兩間房間。2:30pm排隊登記，3pm辦理手續，當下職員表示房間需要再等候30分鐘。 3:45pm主動聯絡職員，表示要到泳池，希望能盡快取得房間，職員回應房間已完成清潔，惟需進行最後檢查，應該4pm可以安排入房。 4:10pm再次聯絡職員，職員仍未能回覆何時才能準備房間。我們表示小朋友年幼，怕太晚到泳池會涼，而且無了期等候亦不恰當，所以我們不會再等，會先到泳池，請職員盡快安排。 5:30pm 我們聯絡職員查詢，並表示有幼兒及老人急需沐浴，希望職員能從速提供房卡。意想不到的是職員的態度仍是敷衍散漫，甚至當我們站在走廊等候時，送房卡的職員非常輕挑，晃動着掛繩，哼着歌慢慢地走過來。 我們理解暑假人流較多，但由原定入住的3pm到最後5:30pm才能取得門卡，這個時間的延誤不能接受。最令人失望的是，職員一而再，再而三地拖延，過程中我們多次表達有幼兒及長者，需要房間沐浴，職員亦沒有積極跟進，一次主動回覆都沒有，這個服務質素完全不能接受。
