Es sollten mehrere Gepäckschließfächer zur Verfügung stehen, damit auch größere Koffer sicher verstaut werden können (sind sehr schnell voll)

Slaapbank was doorgezakt, matras ingezakt, slapeloze nachten hierdoor: De airco in de woonkamer werkt niet. Maakte zoveel lawaai dat het leek of er een helikopter opsteeg in je kamer. Om 6.30 ‘‘s ochtends begonnen ze beneden met boren bij werkzaamheden aan de ingang. Dus iedereen was wakker op dat tijdstip.

• Kristyna (8/5): - Прекрасное месторасположение, в 5 мин от Миланского собора. В номере не было потолочного света, только возле кровати прикроватная лампа. Свет только в кухне, ванной, коридоре и гардеробной.Так же очень неудобный диван, на котором невозможно спать вдвоем, слишком сильно прогибается. Аппартаменты предполагают проживание до 4 чел., но одеала только для двоих. Заранее никто не прислал инструкцию как открыть ворота, возле входа , на стене находилось несколько кодовых панелей и непонятно было какая относится к вашим аппартаментам( гостинице), потому что в доме их несколько. Также западала одна цифра, постоянно был стресс попадёшь ты внутрь или нет.
• Orsolya (10/5): - Kiváló elhelyezkedés, sétatávra a belvárostól és a legfőbb látványosságoktól, M1, M3 metróvonalaktól, konkrétan a dómtól két utcára. Kontaktmentes szállás, de az applikáción keresztül minden szükséges információt időben megkaptunk, és nagyon készségesek és kedvesek voltak ezen keresztül is, minden kérdésünkre vagy felmerülő kérésünkre azonnal reagáltak, és segítettek. Elképesztően szívélyes volt a fogadtatás és a szoba bekészìtése, minden hozzávalóval forró italokhoz (tea, kávé), és frissítőkkel, és az összes szükséges kiegészítővel. A szoba mérete 4 embernek kissé szűkös lehet hosszútávra, de rövidebb időtartamra tökéletesen megfelelt. Az éjszakai élet miatt - különösen hétvégén - esténként elég zajos lehet. A széf a szobánkban sajnos nem működött, és a biztonság miatt volt némi kétségünk, de végül ezzel sem volt semni probléma.

Alles is wel aanwezig, maar duidelijk verouderd en zo goedkoop als mogelijk opgezet om zo veel als mogelijk inkomsten te genereren en dat voel je. Het is erg centraal gelegen maar daardoor erg veel geluid van de straat en veel licht (gigantisch billboard vlak voor het raam).

• Alexa (7/5): Da der Lärm fast nicht isoliert wird, werden wir das Hotel wahrscheinlich nicht nochmal buchen. - Die Organisation mit der eigenen App des Hotels etc. hat uns sehr gefallen. Es lief alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Auch die Lage und Ausstattung ist perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Das Zimmer mit der großen Fensterfront und französischem Balkon ist wirklich schön. Da die Fenster Einfachverglast sind, ist es in der Nacht durch Straßenreinigung und Müllentsorgung (die leider auch die ganze Nacht hier in der Straße arbeiten) extrem laut. Die Matratze ist etwas härter. Das muss man mögen. Die Lüftung im Bad muss repariert werden.

La ubicación es muy buena pero como no esta en una avenida principal hay que caminar mucho para tomar un uber/taxi, fuera de eso todo excelente

Obiekt znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji — bardzo blisko katedry Duomo di Milano oraz stacji metra, dzięki czemu zwiedzanie miasta jest bardzo wygodne. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry i bezproblemowy. Dużym plusem była możliwość pozostawienia bagaży w zamykanej szafce przed godziną zameldowania, co pozwoliło nam od razu rozpocząć zwiedzanie bez noszenia walizek. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na city break w Mediolanie.

• Darja (7/5): Best location and view, but very cold room - The location is amazing, you are literally in the very center, surrounded by all the shops. The balcony have a view of the Duomo. The room is spacious and luxurious, with a large beautiful bathroom, and the metro is very close. Location 10/10 The room was extremely cold. The air conditioner did not provide any heating at all and did not warm up the room. We had to sleep fully dressed and in warm socks, feeling like we were in a freezer. We even had to buy tea just to keep ourselves warm.

• Diana (8/5): Great stay 🤩 - The view from the room was amazing 😍 and the design of it is very stylish👍🏽 We visited Milan at the end of January and the room was a cold. It was also somewhat noisy, but we were aware of this when we booked, considering the apartment is located in a very central area. Overall, the apartment is good, well located, and definitely worth booking.

• Roberto (10/5): Excelente custo-benefício e localização - Localização excelente, limpeza e organização. Fica a poucos metros da Catedral de Duomo, que dá pra ver da sacada. Não é nada que seja negativo, apenas uma sugestão: uma cortina blackout deixaria o quarto muito melhor. A princípio sugiro que disponibilize tapa olho, pois entra muita luminosidade à noite e de manhã. Pessoas sensíveis a luz podem sentir desconforto. Ideal colocar uma cortina blackout bem instalada.

Breakfast was in a close, local coffeehouse with amazing food and very nice staff. No staff at all was not a problem in general, except for I would have needed more information/assitance how the entry code can be used at the building entrance (e.g. no # on the door bell).

• Virginie (8/5): - L’emplacement est magnifique. Balcon sur la corso Vittorio Emmanuel et vue sur le Duomo. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très très spacieuses. Petit frigo avec qq boissons et machine à café. TOP Pas de personnel sur place. Tout se fait en ligne via smartphone. Un manque d’explication clair pour le check in. Obligation de télécharger l’application Numa pour entrer et sortir du bâtiment. Tout via le GSM : plus moyen d’entrer si GSM déchargé. Il y a une consigne pour les bagages mais rien n’est expliqué quand on arrive. Dommage ce manque d’informations

• Laura (1/5): UNE CATASTROPHE - Seul l’emplacement est acceptable UNE CATASTROPHE Ce n'est pas un hôtel Numa comme dans les autres villes. C'est un airbnb déguisé. Il n'y a aucun lobby, personne pour vous accueillir ou vous aider. J'ai demandé un early check in à 14h au lieu de 15h. J'ai finalement eu ma chambre à 15h30 ! J'ai dû travailler assise par terre dans un couloir, mon ordinateur portable sur mes genoux. On m'a proposé une réduction pour une prochaine réservation en dédommagement MAIS JE NE L'AI JAMAIS REÇU. La chambre était vieillotte. La chasse d'eau coulait en permanence. Le robinet de la cuisine était cassé. Le bâtiment est tellement mal isolé qu'ils fournissent des boules Quies !! J'avais réservé un petit déjeuner que je n'ai jamais eu !!! FUYEZ CET ENDROIT

• Maya (10/5): Отлична локация и комфорт на приемлива цена. - Мястото е на отлична локация. Близо до абсолютно всички забележителности, да метро, до таксита. На 2 минути от катедралата. Беше една идея шумно, но домакините се бяха погрижили и за това. Бяха оставени тапи за уши.
• Facione (8/5): - Awesome location Amazing bed (although it dipped in the middle a bit it was still comfy) Great to have kettle and tea/coffee making facilities + glasses for water! Street noise can be quite full on!! Thanks for the earbuds and noise machine though! Heating was hard to manage and the AC didn’t always work properly

• Anna (10/5): - Great location & excellent room/studio. Really nice little touches - water and drinks available and ear plugs I struggled to get in once the front gate was locked later at night. Fortunately someone came out.
• Guest (6/5): Happy with it but wouldn’t stay again due to the noise through the night. - Enjoyed my stay there. Room was nice clean and had what I needed. Only one thing but it’s a big thing. The noise of a night was crazy. Obviously it’s on a busy area so I expect the noise but early hours of the morning there was machinery out cleaning the streets right throughout the night.
• Guest (9/5): Posizione invidiabile, si esce dall’appartamento e si é al Duomo, alla Galleria e tutte le boutique del centro - Posizione eccezionale, propio a ridosso del Duomo Nessuno con cui comunicare, tutto automatizzato, finché va tutto bene , tutto ok, ma per qualsiasi problema si è soli
