Anthony (10/5): Très bon séjour, logement propre et bien équipé. - L’emplacement était un vrai point positif. Malgré un quartier qui ne donne pas forcément une excellente première impression, le logement se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied du métro, ce qui est très pratique. À notre arrivée, tout était propre et impeccable. Un message est envoyé vers 15h avant l’entrée dans le logement avec le code d’accès à la chambre, et ce même numéro sert également de contact en cas de problème, ce qui est rassurant. Le ménage est effectué tous les deux jours : les lits sont refaits, la vaisselle est faite et des serviettes propres sont remises. Le logement est aussi très bien équipé : sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes, couverts, verres, etc. L’appartement est très beau et possède deux terrasses de chaque côté, ce qui permet d’avoir le soleil le matin comme l’après-midi. Les télévisions sont connectées à Internet, ce qui permet d’utiliser YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video et d’autres applications. La douche semblait légèrement endommagée, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant : nous avons tout de même pu nous doucher normalement. Il y a également un vis-à-vis assez important sur les terrasses, ce qui limite un peu l’intimité. Enfin, un coffre-fort dans le logement aurait été appréciable.

Antoni (6/5): ok - Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Sam apartament już mocno wyeksploatowany, jeden balkon był cały czas zalany przez cieknącą klimatyzację i pełen nieczystości od gołębi. Dodatkowo drzwi od łazienki nie zamykały się. Lokalizacja blisko metra, ale wieczorem nie czułem się bezpiecznie.

dinospao (10/5): Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα - Ένα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό του μετρό Κάτω Πατήσια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό, μοντέρνο και άνετο. Υπήρχε ησυχία και ωραίος φωτισμός. Κάθε υπνοδωμάτιο είχε και το δικό του μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Τα κρεβάτια μεγάλα και με άνετα στρώματα. Επίσης, δύο πόρτες με κωδικό ασφαλείας πριν την είσοδο στο διαμέρισμα με κωδικό πάλι, έδιναν αίσθηση ασφάλειας.
Angelina (10/5): A lovely apartment, great value for money! - The apartment felt luxurious and was larger than expected, with great kitchen facilities It's a 5 min walk from the metro and took around 15 mins to get into the city centre, making it very convenient. The staff were very attentive and easily reachable by phone. A lot of talk online had complained about the local area, but I quite liked it - there's a supermarket round the corner, a nice bakery and the locals were friendly.

It felt welcoming and made the stay very enjoyable The only issue was with the parking. Another car blocked the entrance, and I had to call the police to resolve it and report the vehicle details. The property owners were contacted but were unable to assist in this situation. Thankfully, I wasn’t already inside the parking, otherwise it would have been more difficult.

Viktoria (8/5): Empfehlenswert. Wer extrem pingelig bezüglich Sauberkeit ist- überlegen - Lage gut - 4 min zu Fuß zur Metro! Moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Eingang mit Code, 3 Balkone!! Dazwischen (waren nur 3 Nächte) wurden sogar die Handtücher getauscht! Top!! Einmal Boden aufwaschen davor hätte nicht geschadet. War nicht schlimm, hätte aber bei der Sauberkeit 1 Stern mehr gegeben. Bei den Stiegen und im Bad ist es aufgefallen

O milonas (10/5): Simplement parfait - Une très belle expérience de cet appartement situé à kato patissia. 2 belles chambres avec tv et salle d'eau distinctes. 1 salon avec tv. A 5 station de métro de monastiraki, on peut se rendre en centre ville en 20mn. La station de métro est à 200m de l'appart. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes se fait tout les 2 jours, très très bien !. Le quartier kato patissia est safe et il y a beaucoup de commerces. boulangerie à 10m de l'appartement, épicerie à 40m, lidl à 800m. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour se sustenter. WIFI parfait !! . Il y a une climréversible dans chaque chambre et une dans le salon. toutes fonctionnelles. Le prix de la location était plus que raisonnable pour un 75m2 au mois de mars. Comparé aux tarifs des apparts en plein centre ville c'est une aubaine. Appartement très très calme pour les 2 chambres. A noter un très grand blacon pour les deux chambres. Vraiment top. A noter l'excellente communication avec les gestionnaires de l'appart, tout ce fait sur WHATs App. Le code de la chambre est également communiqué sur WHATs app, surveillez votre mobile !! Ils sont très réactifs et répondent du tac au tac sur la moindre sollicitation. A noter le lidl pour son excellent tarama, tzatziki, melidzanosalata, raki d'excellente qualité et au tarif imbattable. 3 fois moins cher que ce qui est vendu dans les autres supermachés et bien meilleurs. Un super appartement et une superbe équipe. Je répéte kato patissia est safe quoique que l'on dise. C'est un quartier certes populaire mais vraiment très grec. Encore merci au staff, nous marquons cet appartement sur nos tablettes et y reviendront surement ! Efraristo para poly !! la climatisation mode chauffage réglée sur 21 dans les chambres et 22 dans le salon. La consigne n'est pas modifiable (économie d'energie), il faut juste envoyer un message WHAT's app pour demander de monter la consigne de 1 ou 2 °C. Casserole de 3 litres bien insuffisante pour cuire des pates pour 4 personne .... une casserole de 4 ou litres serait bien !! Quelques traces de vécu dans l'appart à considérer pour les psychorigides (peinture, fixation prises ...) mais rien de catastrophique. La tv hertzienne qui ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre, heureusement il y a netflix et youtube. bon quelques couacs ici et la mais qui au vu de la prestatio générale (surface, prix, prestations) cela reste un 10/10.

Belinda (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber, funktionell. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert - Dusche, Heizung, wir hatten 3 Fernseher, Küche sauber und praktisch ausgestattet . Die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon war sehr laut und schlafraubend. Der Fitnessraum ist eigentlich ganz gut, allerdings bräuchte es eine Gerätewartung

ΓΙΑΝΝΗΣ (7/5): - Τα κλιματιστικά έκαναν φασαρία όλη νύχτα και όλη μέρα. Σαν να είχαν πρόβλημα με τη παροχή νερού. Χρειάζονταν ή συντήρηση ή αλλαγή σίγουρα. Επιπλέον οι πετσέτες ναι μεν ήταν καθαρές αλλά δεν μύριζαν καθόλου ωραία. Μύριζαν σαν καμένες και όχι καθαριότητα και επίσης είχαν τρίχες από προηγούμενους σαν να μη καθαρίστηκαν καλά.

Τζένη (10/5): - Και εγώ και το αγόρι μου μείναμε παρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι από το διαμέρισμα. Σίγουρα όταν θα ξανά κατέβουμε Αθήνα είτε για δουλειά είτε για διασκέδαση θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε αν είναι διαθεσιμο τις ημερομηνίες που θα θέλουμε.

Galyna (10/5): A true review. - A true review: the hotel is new, the apartments have stylish designs. Very clean, the beds are comfortable and soft. The rooms are large and spacious, everything is thought out to the smallest detail and very comfortable. Robes and slippers are provided – needless to say. The rooms are very quiet. We took a two-story room on the 5th floor. The bedroom windows overlook a quiet courtyard with a garden. The first-floor bedroom has its own bathroom; the second-floor bedroom also has a bathroom. The second-floor bedroom is accessed from the stairs through a glass door, which can be curtained off (if needed) from the first floor. Each room has air conditioners, and the living room has two. Each room had its own terrace with a table and chairs. As a result, the two-story apartment had a convenient, straight staircase, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three terraces, and four air conditioners. There was no washing machine, but there was a hair dryer. Special thanks to manager Mardi Miliara for her superb service. She's always available and fulfills any client's wishes. The entire hotel staff is very responsive. The reviews about the bad area are untrue. The area is good. It's not downtown, but it's quiet and peaceful. We didn't encounter any criminals or drug addicts. The reviews about the graffiti were written by people who hadn't been to central Athens. There are a few small graffiti on nearby buildings. But that's it. Downtown, there's a lot more graffiti on the walls of buildings and a lot more beggars. The hotel is located on an alley lined with orange trees, and right downstairs is a bakery with fresh pastries. I liked everything about this hotel: the design, the cleanliness, the quiet, the proximity to the metro, the friendly staff, and the price. I definitely recommend this hotel.
