- GONZALO (9/5): Buena opción para hospedarse - La atención recibida ha sido en todo momento muy cercana, muy pendientes de agradar, de ayudarte y de mantener el negocio con una buena valoración, y aunque me agrada ver como luchan por su negocio, a veces son excesivamente intensos. La habitación triple tiene un problema en el baño de manera que tienes que pasar por la ducha para acceder al inodoro. La cama es bastante dura.

Personale molto cordiale, super disponibile e efficiente (bella la breve presentazione delle attrattive di Istanbul fatta al check-in) Non posso dire qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto ma per mia moglie che ha intolleranze a glutine e lattosio la colazione dovrebbe avere qualche scelta in più anche se è stato molto apprezzato il lavoro dello staff per metterla a suo agio.

- Yukiko (9/5): 親切なスタッフがいるホテル。大変満足です。 - スタッフの方たちは親切で近辺の見どころやモスクへの女性の入場にはスカーフが必要なことなど教えてくれたり、レセプションを通るたびに挨拶をしてくれてとても居心地の良い滞在でした。部屋は海が見える部屋をリクエストしたため海も見え、広くて清潔感があり満足です。朝食は全体的に良かったですが、特にホットサラダがバラエティに富んでおりおいしかったです。アヤソフィアやグランドバザールなど主だった観光地へは徒歩圏内だったのも良かったです。 私はバックパックでの移動でしたが、ホテルの近辺は石畳で急な坂もあるのでスーツケースだと移動が大変だと思いました。

- Al Cifuentes (10/5): One of the all around best hotels I've stayed in Europe. - Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make sure you get a great stay and a great experience visiting Istanbul. Their breakfast buffet has so many great options and is a window into the Turkish gastronomy. Excellent location, within 10 minutes walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace, and also the metro station. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. The facilities are pretty standard for Europe, but they are clean and conformable.
- DIANA (10/5): “A fantastic stay” - During my stay at the hotel, I was extremely well received. It was one of the best guest experiences I have ever had among all my travels. Selcheek, Nurbek and Agabeh were outstanding — they showed me the main attractions in the city, were incredibly kind, and answered all my questions with great patience. Service like this truly makes all the difference. The hotel is also very well located, close to several attractions, and I felt completely safe — whether traveling alone or with family, it is an excellent choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly return if I come back to the city. The only downside was not having more time to stay longer at the hotel!

The hotel is really nicely situated if you are a first time tourist and want to see all the big higlights like the hagia Sophia and blue mosque. The staf were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to make our stay the best. When I asked if they had any plant based milks for breakfast they didnt which was completely fine since there were many other options to choose from. But the next morning the manager came to us during breakfast with both soy milk and plant based yoghurt. Which were then brought to us each morning after. There are also some nice restaurants close to the hotel. Really recommend staying here!

El desayuno está riquísimo y es comida típica turca lo que te hace meterte aún más si cabe en el ambiente. - Galen (8/5): Exceptional hospitality and breakfast in the heart of the old city - What a lovely staff! We stayed here for five nights and were greatly impressed by the hospitality of the desk staff and owner. Upon arrival, we were asked to sit down so the staff could mark up a map he provided with recommendations of where to visit, and not just the places everyone knows. He also loaned us a transit card to save us the expense of buying one; I love how they essentially pass these rechargeable cards from one guest to the next. Each day upon leaving and returning, we chatted with the staff, as well as the manager when he was there. They are so friendly, genuine, and helpful. Another highlight was the included Turkish breakfast buffet. An amazing array of items each day. It’s the most impressive breakfast buffet we’ve ever had in Europe. The location is good, close to Sultanahmet Square but away from the noise and crowds. The area is full of three-star hotels but doesn’t feel overrun. A smaller restaurant district is also nearby. Just prepare to walk up and down the hills on the cobblestone streets! The room was good, not fancy but serviceable and with no flaws. There’s an in-room kettle and small closet. As is typical for this type of hotel, there’s no in-room sitting area. It’s a great place to stay when visiting the old city of Istanbul. Nothing
