- Craig (9/5): Location great - The room was comfortable, good size not small. Location is great for food and shopping. Noise from small business in laneway starting at 5.30am.

- Emma (6/5): Not the worse, but could be better. - It is close to the airport, very convenient to come. The check in process is independent, too. The check-in process was confusing. I was sưng the instructions to go to 2nd floor, but they changed to 3rd floor when I came. I got a bunch of luggages so I was struggling for an hour to move them to my room. Although the room is cleaned every 4 days, it was fairly dusty everywhere. TV did not work properly, and the room has a weird smell. The only good thing about the stay was its location and customer service. They were very quick.
