• Isaac (9/5): Excellent value for your money - We loved the studio. It was beautiful, comfortable and large. Noise was not nearly as bad as some people said. Location is excellent, one block from Stradun, the main street. . We paid extra for the breakfast option and it was well worth it. It was close by at a café on Stradun, with good options. We definitely recommend the Studio. There was a small problem with the bathroom sink being clogged. As soon as we told the hosts, they sent someone to fix it.
• Petter André (7/5): Meget bra - Beliggenheten var perfekt, liten men koselig leilighet midt i gamle byen Endel støy utefra. litt på kvelden men mest tidlig om morgenen. Skjønte etter hvert at det er fordi de henter søppla som vi egenlig synes er kjempe bra at de gjør hver dag

• Katja (8/5): - Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa hyvä. Asunto oli hyvin siisti ja riittävästi varusteltu. Hieman päänvaivaa tuotti se, että roskat piti itse viedä - johonkin. Roskiksia oli aika työlästä löytää Dubrovnikista ja tuntui erikoiselta vaellella kaupungilla roskapussien kera niitä etsimässä.

• Maria (7/5): Tutto sommato un buon compromesso - Appartamento in pieno centro con tutto l’essenziale anche per cucinare. Ristrutturato da poco. Comunicazione con staff sempre precisa e efficiente. Colazione in un bar vicino à la carte con opzioni dolci o salate buona. Essendo in una via centrale la stanza è rumorosa di notte. Il materasso e i cuscini non sono molto comodi. Credo che per l’offerta il prezzo sia elevato, ma in tutta la città i prezzi sono inspiegabilmente elevati.

• Kerstin (7/5): - Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt war klasse. Das wir keine Handtücher vor Ort hatten. Einmalig, und dann musste man neu " bestellen". Das ist eher unüblich und es wurde vorher nicht darauf hingewiesen.

• Gerard (8/5): Fabulous - Located in the center of the old town amidst the restaurants. Can stroll through the Promenade. Since it’s on top of the restaurants there’s a lot of activity & noises till late night & the crew preparing for the opening of the restaurant in the mornings from around five thirty. So if you can handle this it’s great. Kinda of confusing to locate the apartment & carrying the suitcases down the stairs is precarious & exhausting. They have a service for departing guests to get somebody to assist with the luggage on a payment.they should have it for arrival’s aswell.
• Michael (6/5): Good location, but bring ear plugs and a blindfold - The unit is as pictured, a small, clean studio with a refrigerator and stovetop one block from the Main Street. It is accessed by one flight is stairs on the street and an additional flight inside the building. The apartment is comfortable enough, however, the bathroom lights are operated by a motion sensor without any manual override which was very annoying at night. The studio is directly above a restaurant, the daily 6am deliveries and setup is extremely loud. I was uncomfortable being required to provide full credit card details directly to the host for any potential damages, especially when the host can make a claim through Hotels.com. I use this site to specifically avoid such sensitive information being released to strangers.
• Johnson (9/5): Efficient studio, excellent location, very responsive - the bed, shower, location I requested a coffee maker, which was provided the day we arrived. We used it every day morning and afternoon. no oven or microwave ugly painting on window sill

• Joseph (9/5): Good but expensive stay in centre of Dubrovnik - In centre of city. Modern, comfortable apartment. Professional renting agency, responds fast to queries. Price is (too) high, everything you want extra costs a lot, such as late check out. There is no personal touch unfortunately, for example when telling that we were celebrating my wife's birthday it was not possible to do anything because they told us we had to tell them with 2 weeks of anticipation.

• Sani (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect. We did not have to use any transports. The apartment was clean. The breakfast was at a near by cofe, and it was good and sufficient. The host was nice and answered quickly. I would recommend this apartment. We did not have proper blankets for sleeping. We slept with the bed covering. It was comfortable but we just got surprised.

• Georgia (9/5): Amazing stay just bring Ear Plugs - Amazing room, clean and right in the centre It can get very noisy when restaurants are closing at 2am and reopening at 7am, I'd just recommend bringing some ear plugs.
• Ana (8/5): I recommend Studio Nikol as it is well located, clean. I hope they improve the check in and check out process. And be aw - The unit is exactly what is in the picture. The location is great as it is right in the middle of old town. The unit has a good noise cancellation window The unit was clean and the kitchen has basic equipment that seemed more than enough for me A/C was working fine You can also find a small grocery close. Right at your door many restaurants You have to be aware that to access the unit you have to go up a few flights of stairs. Though the windows cancel the outdoor noise, a restaurant uses the main floor. When they are closing the workers are loud and noise with moving the furniture indoors. Croatia is a safe country so it’s not a big issue but it’s worth mentioning that the door downstairs is often unlocked or even wide opened. You have to pass along tables to get to the unit and people use the door to hang backs and clothes. The reception is at a different location. You have to go there for check in and check out. The lady answering through booking was a fast responder and helpful while the receptionist lady was quite the opposite. I would recommend customer service training for her so the check in and check is smoother.
• Sarath (8/5): Over all enjoyed the stay. Good for a short stay - Breakfast was reasonable. Location being in the old town. Moutain cable car was close. Plenty of restaurants around and one near the door step No second set of keys. Being in the old town no views except for the other close bybuildings. There was noise around 22:30 when the adjoining restaurant closing for the night

• Jose (10/5): great studio in a great location. will always use this! - great studio right off the Stradum. spacious enough for two people with all the suitcases we brought. Staff (Mattheu) was fantastic, responsive, and attentive to our needs. their office is very close as well
• Glenn (10/5): - Lovely apartment bang smack in the middle of Debrovnik. Exit the main door and you pass restaurants on both sides. Cooling air conditioning which was a blessing and a must! Little kitchen to make a cup of tea, nice comfortable bed with en-suite bathroom. Excellent Wi-Fi Great communication with owner Highly recommended
