• Aleksandr Eemptinei (9/5): Отличный отель на несколько ночей - Хороший отель для того, чтоб остановится на короткий срок. Я был 4 ночи. Имеются: терасса с видом на море, завтраки (стандарт), есть мини ресторан при отеле, но обычно это не требуется, локально рядом исторический центр города метров 500, метров 100-200 до выхода к Босфору, рядом хороший ресторан с морепродукторами, мини магазинчики и куча других кафе. Крайне доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, на все вопросы отвечает, максимально стараются во всем помочь. Для человека, который с 9:00 до 23:00 отсутствовал это хороший вариант. Имеется кондиционер, в апреле особенно нужен для обогрева помещения. На верху в столовой есть кофе. Запах канализации в санузле. Нет разовой щетки с пастой (но думаю если спросить будет, не интересовался).

Der Besitzer und das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Vor allem Mohammed hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Leider hat im Badezimmer ein Abfluss Geruch durchgelassen. Das sollte behoben werden.

When you pay this small amount of money, you can expect some issues, but some of them can be fixable by the owner in order to be almost perfect. The room was a little small. We missed a wardrobe to put the clothes in it, but this can be related to room size, because there is almost no space for it. The bathroom sewer was smelling very bad, it seems like the odor trap was missing from it.

• Torsten (1/5): Booking sollte dieses Objekt aus dem Programm nehmen - Lage war noch das Beste, Dachterrasse ist recht schön. Frechheit dieses Hotel als 4,5 Sterne anzubieten, Zustand des "Hotels" mehr als fragwürdig, unverputzte Rigips-Platten im Flur, schmaler Teppenaufgang, kein Fahrstuhl, Matratze durchgelegen, Bad mit Rauhputz und Latexfarbe, einer einfachen Duschabtrennung auf ebenem Fußboden, keine weiteren Badmöbel und dazu noch unsauber. Ein LEERER Frühstücksraum (unsauber) mit Wasserkocher und einer orginal Tüte mit löslichem Kaffee und Tee, dann kam derselbe Mitarbeiter, der uns abends in Empfang nahm (höflich), und hat uns das spärliche Frühstück auf einem Teller aus der Küche serviert. Wir hatten 5 Nächte gebucht, haben aber am ersten Tag ausgecheckt. Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie die vielen positiven Rezessionen über dieses Objekt zustande kommen, unserer Meinung nach kaum mehr als 1 Stern.

• Юлия (8/5): Нам всё понравилось, мы довольны нашим отпуском👍 - Отель находится в отличном месте, в самом туристическом центре. Персонал дружелюбный. У нас задержали рейс, приехали поздно вечером, нам писали несколько раз, уточняли всё ли в порядке, где мы. Также здесь была возможность оплатить наличными при заезде. По поводу завтрака здесь противоречивые отзывы, скажу так, хлеб был всегда свежайший, ароматный и очень вкусный. Всегда были яйца в каком-то виде (вареные или омлет), огурцы, помидоры, сыр, оливки и маслины, а также различные сладкие добавки (джем, мед, шоколадная паста). Мы голодными не были, всегда было достаточно этого завтрака, чтобы потом гулять много километров! Но он конечно не разнообразный и скромный. Ремонт в отеле старенький, но мебель в порядке. Отапливается комната кондиционером. Мы приходили в отель только спать, после завтрака уходили гулять и так до самой ночи. Кровать удобная, подушки и матрас 👍 Возможно стоило бы разнообразить завтраки, мыло налить в дозатор не разведенное и воду питьевую поставить кулер.

Отель старый, без ремонта, номера не соответствуют фото, накуренно, винтовая узкая лестница. Предварительно созвонившись с хозяином и указаном времени, номер готов не был , полотенца выдали мокрые, мыло в номере мне было , шампунь была начата предыдущими туристами. Свет мигал , на просьбу устранить нам посоветовали просто его не включать, отопления нет, кондиционер напротив кровати , . Завтраки это ужас!!! Готовит парень с рецепции в куртке грязными руками, !!! На завтраке вы останетесь Голодными !! Антисанитария!!! Вид с окна и терассу я прикреплю фото!!!
• David (8/5): Acogedor hotel y bien situado - Todo reformado, habitación amplia, todo nuevo y el colchón cómodo. Zona tranquila sin ruidos de la calle. Muhammet se preocupó por lo que necesitábamos y estaba pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. En los baños había que tener la puerta cerrada para que no oliera a tubería. Una de las habitaciones falló el climatizador pero lo arreglaron con dos radiadores. No tiene servicio de habitaciones.

The staff were very polite and always ready to help. The room was spacious, quite large, and very well organized. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again. Nothing.

Номер просторий, чистий і є все необхідне. Чудовий персонал (особлива подяка Мухамеду), дуже якісне обслуговування. У ванній кімнаті не вистачає вішаків для полотенець і одягу.

There was also several small grocery stores nearby. We were also able to park our car for free at the property. There was also a great view from the roof where we were served breakfast. The room was also quite large with a bedroom and bathroom, but also a separate living room space for the couch. The staff was also very good at communicating and helpful The breakfast is a bit basic compared to other places we stayed but it was ok.

Нам сказали, что завтрак готовят только тогда когда в отеле люди а сейчас кроме нас там никого нет, не сезон. При бронировании об этом нигде не было указано. После споров нам дали немного еды, назвав это завтраком. Но на след утро опять в нем отказали.

Eine schöne Terrasse mit einem tollen Blick auf Bosporus und die blaue Moschee. Generell schlechte oder fehlende Beleuchtung im Zimmer - Lampen ohne Glühbirnen, sichtbare Verkabelung. Alles da, aber zum Teil unpraktisch und umfunktionell eingerichtet - spiegeln hängen so tief, dass man sich bücken muss um sich zu sehen, Duschkabine ist im Badezimmer integriert - ein kleines Glaswändchen, das den Rest des Badezimmers kaum von den Wasserspritzern schütz. Innerhalb der 5 Tage wie wir dort waren wurde nie aufgeräumt, obwohl wir darum gebeten haben und es hiess, „kalt - morgen“.
• zenel (1/5): This is the first bad review I’ve ever written, but the experience was unacceptable. - We arrived late at night and were told we could pay the next day. As soon as we turned off the lights, bed bugs started crawling out from the bed and furniture. We left the room immediately and tried calling the hotel’s emergency numbers for 15 minutes with no answer. Only after a neighbour contacted the owner did someone come to help. We were moved to an emergency room for the night, which was in poor condition, but we accepted it because it was late. The owner promised we would receive a proper room the next morning. Instead, the following day he repeatedly changed the story, the timing, and the rooms available. Every “solution” involved moving between different hotels or cancelling our booking so he could avoid negative feedback. When we refused unsafe and unreasonable conditions, the owner became verbally aggressive. We had no choice but to leave the hotel in the evening with no reservation and bed-bug bites on our bodies. We ended up booking an emergency hotel and later needed hospital treatment due to infected bites. I’m sharing this so others don’t experience the same stress, health issues, and lack of support. The hotel needs to address both its hygiene standards and the way it treats guests in difficult situations.

• Benmerzoug (6/5): الغرفة والخدمات كانت جيدة ومريحة، لكن الفندق ضيق، الفطور غير متنوع، و الفندق غالي مقارنة بالخدمات ، لذلك لن أكرر الإقامة - “إقامتنا في هذا الفندق كانت جيدة. كنا في جناح يحتوي على غرفة نوم وصالة مجهزة بتلفاز، كما يوجد ثلاجة صغيرة وسخان للماء وحمام خاص. الغرفة مريحة ومجهزة بكل ما نحتاجه لإقامة مريحة. كما انه الإطلالة من السطحً جميلة أعجبني جداً تعامل عاملة النظافة، كانت بشوشة وتبتسم دائماً. في أحد الأيام، قامت ابنتها بإعطائي شالها عندما شعرت بالبرد أثناء الفطور على السطح، وهذا الموقف لن أنساه أبداً 🥹💜. خاصة وأنني منقبة، لم أتعرض لأي تمييز أو عنصرية" • صاحب الفندق نادراً ما يكون موجوداً. • الفندق ضيق جداً والدرج مخيف بدون مصعد. • إضاءة الحمام مكسورة جهة المرآة. • الفطور غير متنوع وسيئ مقارنة بسعر الفندق ويُقدّم الفطور فقط على السطح مما يجعلك تأكل في البرد. • تجربة الإقامة لن أكررها مرة أخرى.

From the moment I arrived, the owner made me feel very welcome — truly kind, attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made a difference. The location is perfect, close to everything you might want to visit, yet quiet enough to relax after a busy day. Breakfasts were delicious, fresh and varied every morning. I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant — such a great place to eat, relax and enjoy the view. The atmosphere there was amazing, both in the morning and in the evening. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I loved how thoughtfully everything was arranged — simple, stylish and relaxing. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, good service and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return! 🥰✨

• Dicea (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful stay at Sahar Sultan Hotel! Our family and friends had an amazing time at Sahar Sultan Hotel — everything was perfect from start to finish! The staff and especially the owner were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They arranged airport transfers at a great price, helped us with transport around the city, and even organized a beautiful Bosphorus dinner cruise, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better — it’s right in the heart of Istanbul’s old city (Fatih), just a short walk from Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and many other landmarks. The Grand Bazaar is also less than 15 minutes away. We also loved the rooftop restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared every day, and the prices were very reasonable. Enjoying breakfast or dinner there while overlooking the city was truly special. We felt completely at home thanks to the warm hospitality and great atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay so much that on our next trip to Istanbul, we’ll definitely choose Sahar Sultan Hotel again!
• Alina (9/5): - Locația excelenta, terasa minunata, primire călduroasă. Micul dejun acelasi in fiecare dimineata, cafeaua si ceaiul nu le puteam pregăti noi iar personalul ajungea dupa ora la care începea programul. Fara gel de duș.
• Svetlana (4/5): Никогда не вернемся в этот отель - Гостиница находится в 5 минутах от исторического центра. Нам достались 301 и 302 номера на третьем этаже. Сами номера двухкомнатные, в одной диван столик, кресло, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, во втором кровать. Матрас и подушки комфортные. При заселении как оказалось должны были поставить приветственную бутылку воды, ее не было. В одном из номеров не было мыла для рук, мы сказали, но его так и не принесли. В нашем номере при заселении было пол рулона всего туалетной бумаги и слегка подмоченного. Два больших полотенца и полотенце для ног, полотенец для рук не было. Сушить полотенца негде совершенно. Каждый вечер приходилось писать чтобы заменили их. Даже когда нажали копку клининг, пришли убрали мусор и просто швырнули чистые полотенца на постель. Никакого румсервиса больше мы не увидели. Чашек в номерах тоже не было, все пришлось просить. К чайнику прилагалось два бедных пакетика кофе, ни сахара , ни пакетиков с чаем не было. Выбирали отель по отзывам . Были отзывы про прекрасный завтрак, может он и был, но точно не в наше проживание. Заходишь и даже может не быть тарелок, лежать всего два вареных яйца и чаще всего никого нет чтобы попросить. Завтрак это вообще самое большое разочарование. В ванной комнате нет ни одного крючка для одежды, стакана для зубных щеток , держалка для душа сломана, слив работает плохо, вода разливается по всему санузлу. В 301 номере ужасно почти все время воняло канализацией. Отдых был подпорчен.

Proprietarul, domnul Kiyas, a fost extrem de amabil și primitor — mi-a oferit o cameră mult mai mare și mai frumoasă fără niciun cost suplimentar. O atenție rară și foarte apreciată! Băiatul de la recepție a fost, de asemenea, foarte amabil — ne-a servit cu ceai la sosire și ne-a ajutat cu bagajele până în cameră. Gesturi mici, dar care fac o mare diferență. La restaurantul localului am fost serviți ireproșabil de Ismail, un chelner politicos și atent la detalii. Mâncarea a fost absolut delicioasă, una dintre cele mai bune mese din călătoria noastră. Pentru cine este cazat la acest hotel, nu este nevoie sa mearga in alta parte sa ia cina. Recomand cu toată încrederea acest loc — ospitalitate de nota 10, servicii excelente și o atmosferă foarte plăcută. Totul a fost bine! Ca sfat ar fi sa puna o ventilatie in baie pentru o aerisire mai buna!

• Marina Onilde (5/5): - Struttura in posizione ottimale, vicina alla Moschea Blu, Santa Sofia e Basilica Cisterna. Bel rooftop dove poter fare colazione. Personale disponibile ed accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, non ci hanno mai pulito la stanza durante il soggiorno, non hanno rifatto il letto e non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani. Glielo abbiamo dovuto chiedere esplicitamente. La colazione un po’ scadente, prettamente salata. Non e’ stato possibile nemmeno tostare il pane perché il tostapane non era funzionante.

• Tomescu (3/5): Nu recomand decât fără mic dejun! - Locația este foarte bună și liniștită. Am rezervat o anumită cameră și am primit o altă cameră mult mai mică fără canapeaua care era în detaliile camerei rezervate. Am cerut să primim camera rezervată dacă nu plecăm, ne-au dat o altă cameră dar tot nu am fost mulțumiți… nu era ceea ce am rezervat și plătit. La ei apare ca au saună, jacuzzi, masaj, etc dar nu au, colaborează cu un spa la care plătești extra atât transport cat toate facilitățile spa-ului. Mâncarea foarte proasta și micul dejun între 8:30 și 10 dar uneori nici la ora 9:30 nu mai aveai ce să mănânci. Mizeria la ea acasă… din păcate!

• Ana Carolina La Rocca (8/5): Super localização. Muito limpo. - Pontos positivos: 1. Localização perfeita, perto de tudo (2-3 ruas ao lado da Mesquita Azul). Mini-mercados, restaurantes, metro e ônibus - tupo à um passo! 2. Limpeza: o nosso quarto estava bem limpo :-) . 3. O hotel é gerenciado por uma família. Todos eles são muito simpáticos e muito prestativos. Pontos que poderiam deixar o hotel ainda melhor: 1. Não há ganchos e nem prateleiras ou armários no banheiro. Não há possibilidade de pendurar nem toalhas e nem roupas. 2. DuschaWalk-in: molha quase o banheiro todo. 3. Não havia nem shampoo e nem condicionador (depois que nós perguntamos aí é que nos foi dado um fraquinho de cada). 4. Papel higiênico: somente 1 rolo. Poderiam haver 2 ou 3 já de inicio ali. Também tivemos que pedir 2 vezes. 5. Café da manhã. Foi a única coisa, a qual, na minha opinião, eu não dei nota máxima aqui. O café da manhã é servido à partir de das 8:30 (o que para mim já é muito tarde). Não havia muitas opções. Tínhamos que ficar sempre perguntando por uma coisa ou outra (quando tinha cereal, faltava o leite ou o iogurte. Quando tinha o iogurte faltava o cereal). É claro que eles tentavam providenciar, mas isso mostra que ainda eles estão em fase de aprimoramento. 5. Barulho depois das 22:00 horas (teve um dia que foi até à meia noite) devido ao restaurante no terrasso. Cadeiras arrastando, coisas caindo no chão... O som se propagava exageradamente bem pelo prédio todo.

• Ioan (10/5): A doua vacanță în Istanbul, a doua oară la această proprietate. - Locația este amplasată într-o zonă a Istanbulului cu multe obiective turistice. Dispune de o terasă pe acoperiș pe care am luat micul dejun și ne-am bucurat de priveliștea mării și a orașului. Recomand să apelați la Antonio pentru orice aveți nevoie, e un băiat de nota 10 care ne-a sărit în ajutor de fiecare dată. Nu au existat neplăceri.

• Hedy Miguelina (8/5): Hotel con encanto - El personal super atentos, respetuosos y amables, las instalaciones estan muy bien, la terraza espectacular con un desayuno abundante y sano Muy cerca de los principales monumentos de Sultanhmet Metros y buses cerca El bus que va al aeropuerto a solo 7 minutos Solo tengo una crítica aunque los Turnos prefieren efectivo, de erisn avisarlos antes para que vayamos preparados, sobretodo hoteles ya q das por hecho que se puede pagar con tarjeta, tuvimos q abonar con lo que llevábamos para gastos , sacar dinero, del cajero, con lo cual se puede evitar si enviasen un correo o un mensaje de WhatsApp, pidiendo a los clientes Que vayan con el efectivo, Nos dijeron que estaba roto el Datáfono Luego comprobamos q Turquía funciona así
