- Anita (7/5): - It was near to down town LA. Reasonably good hotel and well located. It definitely felt safe too. The staff at the lobby were helpful . Good facilities and restaurants. House keeping can improve. Each day we stayed we had to ask for things we needed and had to be reminded again. At one point the bathroom mat wasn’t replaced. The tv conked out. And it would be great to provide cheap bathroom slippers . Used glasses were not taken away nor replaced . The toilets don’t have a towel hanging wrack within the bath space and that’s not easy

The AC & Moxy properties are in the same building and are close to everything! I have been here for conferences & this visit is for my graduation from USC. The staff celebrated with me and my family - they gave us 6 free drinks and gummy bears (thank you Deanna!). Dalia was fantastic for breakfast at the 34th floor restaurant & Chris was amazing for our commencement night celebration at the rooftop. And Whitney is always friendly and helpful every visit.

- ankellma (10/5): Great - Stayed here for 3 nights. I have previously been to this hotel whenever I'm in L.A. It's a nice spot but it's a bit confusing for the first timers. You have to take the elevator to the 36 floor (the lobby) then depending on your room you either go down or up. Nevertheless I am making this review for our server Dallia. She was excellent and very attentive. The other guy that was working with her was nice as well (I forgot his name) but we stayed this past weekend from 05/08-05/11.

The variety of restaurants in the building is great but keep in mind they are closed from Sunday to Wednesday. The service overall is amazing. Dalia’s service was exceptional during breakfast. - W8656YPnatasham (10/5): A stay in the clouds - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The staff were SO friendly and attentive and really exemplified service excellence. I specifically want to shoutout Dalia, Ariana, and Jackie who made our breakfast experience one of the highlights of our stay. The location of the hotel is unique, right in downtown and connected to Level 8. It feels luxe and high end without breaking the bank. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

The views of the city were beautiful, the breakfast was great and the service was even better. I was lucky to have Ariana as my server each morning. She was incredibly friendly and kind. I also noticed how polite and helpful she was with other guests who had questions. I would definitely recommend breakfast at the Sky Lounge if you’re staying at either the Moxy or the AC.

Região central, fãcil saida de carro, e muito movimento a nopite próximo, pois tem vida notruna ali nas proximidades da Crypto Arena (lakers fica em frente) As areás piscina e bares são terceirizados e me pareceu não muioto bom o atendimento, também achei pouco acessível e difocultoso também as logística de ter quew subrior para torcar elevadores para quem quer recepção, roll e quartos. PErde-se muito tempo. Tambem a região para ssair a pé não recomendo a noite, passamos alguns apuros, principalmente se for no sentido contrário ao do estadio, muito escuro e cehio de mendigos e drogados. O café da manhã é muito bom porem UMA FORTUNA pagamos 92 dolares achei abusivo pelo que entrega (a vistas ok linda).

As soon as we got to this place we were lost for a little, and went to a wrong parking spot, that was the first time we met Jackeline Merino, we did not even know at that time she works at the hotel, she was off the clock and we happened to ask her about the whole parking situation, let me tell you the hospitality that she have in her bc even if she was off the clock, she took time to guide and direct us on where to go and what to do, so fast forward to the next morning when we’re gonna have breakfast at the 34th floor AC bar and bistro, and guess who we saw? It was her!, Jackeline Merino, she is the best! She answered every question we have, serve us some good michelada, coffee and alot more!l her and the rest of the team made sure we are having the best breakfast possible! Also the rest of the team of AC bar and bistro are very accommodating and warm people. Ppl in the front desk are also very kind and helpful. The room is so nice and clean, the room has it’s own character and we love it, it’s unique. It’s also quiet and the atmosphere is lovely. This bldg literally have everything, restaurants, bar, coffee shop and you really have no reason to be hassle going elsewhere! We also tried Que barbaro, and that restaurant serves the best food ever! We have more to try and ill update this review once done. Do I recommend this place? 1000000%!!

The atmosphere was beautiful, with great views and a relaxing vibe that made it perfect for a date night. What really made our visit stand out, though, was the service. Jacqueline McKinnis and Oscar was absolutely outstanding. They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about giving guests a great experience. They checked in at just the right times, had great energy, and made the whole night feel special. It’s rare to come across service that leaves such a lasting impression, but they definitely did. Overall, excellent food, great ambiance, and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be back!

The elevator—especially the one leading to the pool—smelled strongly of cannabis, and the smell was noticeable even at the entrance of the hotel. During our stay, the pool had very limited opening hours. It was only open until 4:00 PM on most days, and on one day it closed as early as 2:00 PM due to a private event. This is quite unacceptable when you are paying for a hotel expecting access to facilities like the pool. There was also no service at the pool bar or on the terrace until 5:00 PM. Imagine lying by the pool in the sun and not even being able to get a drink—this was very disappointing and inconvenient. In addition, the staff member working by the pool was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful.

The hotel took two lots of payments from me for my stay and refused to give me the money back, meaning I’ve had to spend a lot of time with booking to get the money back. The location is terrible.

The Crypto.com Arena is located just across the street, perfect if you want to see a Lakers game! The pool closes too early, especially on weekends. Would have been nice to take a dip after a busy day, but unfortunately we were told it already closed for the day

Curtains were great as they blocked out almost all city lights and they auto closed or opened once I started them. Breakfast buffet had a great frittata, good fruit, perfect croissant, and attentive staff. Elevator situation is a bit confusing as well as checking in ABOVE rooms instead of below and then selecting the wrong direction when you call the elevator. There was a hair on my made bed as well as in the bathtub. The controls for the shower are confusing. Not being able to pick up my vehicle from the same drop off location was a pain. Location is sketchy but luckily there are plenty of food options inside the hotel or 33 Taps just downstairs that has good food, great service, and online ordering for pickup.

Konaklamam süresince herhangi bir ek harcama yapmadığımı ve minibarı hiç kullanmadığımı bildirmek isterim. Ancak, 5 Ocak'ta (çıkış tarihi) kredi kartımdan konaklama ücreti olarak 3.417,85 TL tutarında bir ücret tahsil edildi. Bu ücretin yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum ve bu tutarın tamamının iadesini rica ediyorum. Ayrıca, giriş sırasında alınan 500 USD tutarındaki güvenlik depozitosu henüz kredi kartıma iade edilmedi. Bu depozitonun en kısa sürede iade edilmesini rica ediyorum. Lütfen bu konuyu inceleyin ve hem yanlış tahsil edilen ücretin hem de depozitonun iadesini en kısa sürede gerçekleştirin. - Michele (7/5): Great for a short non-working stay! - Breakfast was great, so was the ambiance. The bar had amazing top shelf tequila & whiskey. The lighting in the room is so dark. I couldn't tell how much makeup I was putting on. I tried to work in the room after daylight and it was nearly impossible due to the lack of light.

- Solene (6/5): La qualité se niche dans les détails ; absents ici. - Sa localisation. La qualité du service n’est pas au rdv pour ce type d’hôtel. A deux reprises, le gel douche et le shampoing n’ont pas été rempli. Chambre pour 4 adultes, 1 seule tasse à café qui ne sera jamais remplacé sur le séjour. Poubelles de la chambre non vidée. 1 lit sur 2 de fait sans aucune raison.
