- Robert (4/5): - The location was fine. Valet parking was convenient. The reception personnel were nice and helpful. The very small reception "lobby" was dark and unattractive. We had reserved a corner room because the photos on the website show glass windows that did cover the entire corner of the room. Unfortunately the heavy curtains and a TV blocked any use of the view from the corner. There was a view along the wall section. The "bathroom" sink area looked something like an RV. The sink was extremely small and located so close to the wall we would bump our head when leaning over to brush our teeth. All and all, not what we expected,

- Kyra (10/5): Amazing pet friendly hotel - The Moxy was amazing! I brought my fur child and the entire staff was super accommodating and friendly to my dog (even though she was barking at times). We also got upgraded for free and were given drink tokens because it was my birthday :) They also let us check out for free because I was a Marriott member. Also there was a food voucher you can use at their restaurants Parking was super expensive but there were more cheaper options. There was a self park at the lot across the hotel for $50 (still quite expensive and a little sketchy) and the circa parking structure next door had a $20 that we wish we took because they end up parking the valet cars in the circa.

I thought the esthetic was pretty other than the room and the bar had good drinks. General staff seemed to be chit chatting to each other and or not friendly. Everything was very closed off. No where convenient to put my belongings in the room. No refrigerator or cabinetry. Pillows were awful. The decor was definitely not thought out in the rooms.
- Odai (7/5): - The location was close to conference we were attending. Good coffee shop and water refilling stations. The staff at the front desk were helpful and nice. I think Sian was great. The water refilling stations were at different floors, and the coffee shop closes early (around the noon). Also, the water stations did not work well. There was no coffee machine in the room so you had to go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee.

It's as if they were not changed from the previous guests. * Note I would imagine it just gets to be overwhelming for house keeping. There was a conference, Lakers game, Dodgers game and a couple of entertainment events going on all this weekend. That's a lot to do*

- anaya (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and accommodating for our every request — they even went above and beyond with helping us to check out near our flight time. The location was also convenient for our travel plans. The room itself had a beautiful view, but there was much dust and lent from the fixtures and sheets that covered the room each day. My partner and I struggled with allergies due to this, and while it did not ruin our stay, it did make the price spent on the room seem a bit off.

- R B (6/5): There is no desk, two large beds which occupy most of the space in the room. - We chose this hotel as this was located at a convenient location. However, the prices are highly dynamic (as we arrived around the same time as there is an event next door) and when we checked in, they told us "The breakfast is 25$ and there is a restaurant credit of 18$". We went to the restaurant and the price indicated was 35$ (+20% service charge + tax + tips), when we asked them about the price then they reduced 10$ but only for the first day which we were not aware of and we assumed it is the same for all nights. However, the rest of the days we were charged full price and the restaurant credit is not related to the restaurant but a rebate on the destination fees.

- Mark (1/5): Terrible, tiny room, no amenities. - We feel that we were misled by the advertisement. The photos shown on Booking.com led us to believe we were reserving the property displayed, which appeared to be the AC Hotel by Marriott. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation was actually for the Moxy Hotel, which was never clearly explained during the booking process. The room was extremely small and lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave. There was very limited space for four people, and the bathroom layout (with the toilet and shower separated) was inconvenient for our group. We paid over $600 for just two days, which we believe was significantly overpriced for the quality and accommodations provided. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this booking. We strongly advise future customers to carefully verify the exact hotel name and amenities before confirming their reservation. We were completely misled by this booking. The photos shown on Booking.com made it seem like we were reserving the AC Hotel by Marriott. Nowhere was it clearly explained that we would actually be staying at the Moxy Hotel. This was very deceptive.

- Nick (3/5): it's fine but not worth it - The structure itself is modern and central, close to the station, and offers various services. Among the services, there was a wide selection of restaurants, but the reception told us they had agreements, but when we went, the restaurants immediately told us they didn't have any convention with them. The pool was outside, but unfortunately it was cold, and it was outside the building. They charged us a deposit, which was refunded after a month!! The room was small for 4 people. In the evenings, there was a lot of noise as the property hosted various events, such as a pub and disco. The included breakfast is very questionable, as there is ONLY one drink and one food of your choice, then everything else you need to pay it, it Looks like a bar
