Clarita (3/5): Stunnjng apartment, facilities didn’t work and no assistance or compensation - The property itself is actually stunning and perfect in an ideal location. Bed is super comfortable and the TV is a total game changer. The staff. Having read that the hob was broken on a previous review, we assumed it would be fixed as ordering food 3 times a day was 150 pounds between two people. We stayed for 2 weeks, it wasn’t fixed - and we asked for our 100 pounds back for the cleaning and they didn’t return it Communication was poor and we were very upset we couldn’t cook for 2 weeks and no compensation was made/ be warned. stay if you want a beautiful apartment Do not expect things to be fixed or to be compensated
