• Jianmiao (10/5): - This hotel has an incredibly convenient location — you can easily walk to almost anywhere, and it’s right next to Namba Subway Station. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were extremely helpful and attentive. The breakfast was quite good, and the room was spotless. I also really appreciated the bathtub — after a long day of travel, it was wonderful to enjoy a relaxing soak. The price was very reasonable as well. Overall, this hotel left a great impression on me, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

• HELENE (8/5): - C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j'ai l'impression que cela s'est un peu dégradé au niveau des chambres. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé avec toutes les commodités aux alentours. Le staff est professionnel sans plus.
• Charles (8/5): - This hotel was in a very convenient location, just across the street from Sennichimae Street, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. I also appreciated that a wide variety of shampoos and conditioners were available to borrow at the entrance. Having a convenience store right nearby was another big plus. The room was clean and had a fresh, tidy atmosphere. The only downside was that the shower curtain had a musty, damp smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

• Lies (10/5): - Great location with a lot of places to eat around . The hotel is very easy to find as it is big. The check in and check out process was fast and easy and they can keep your luggage after check out if needed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and quiet. The room is a good size and there’s a good amount and variety of plugs. There is a free buffet breakfast from 7 to 9 am and they provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. If using the laundry, I would recommend to use the dryer at the laundromat near by as the dryer is very weak. We put our clothes to dry for 2 hours and it was not fully dry. We really enjoyed our stay and thought it was a good price for what we got. We will definitely stay there again.

• Wa Kuen (6/5): 櫃檯員工不禮貌 - 整體環境都10分滿意，但工作人員服務態度參差，有些員工很好，有個別服務員態度10分差。原本計劃check out後將行李在酒店寄存兩天，隨後回來再在酒店住多兩天。原來，寄存行李必須在退房當天取回。就這方面，沒有問題。但在check out時，我禮貌地諮詢櫃檯唯一的工作人員可否寄存行李兩天，有關同事回覆的態度10分差，沒有禮貌，黑口黑面。而全程我亦都沒有同佢爭拗。但他說話很倔，黑口黑面。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 價錢相宜 清潔欠佳 - 離難波近, 步行去metro難波站入閘機約10分鐘. 入住時發現房間未清潔好, 酒店給予換房, 第二日發現未有執房, 不知是否因為臨時換房所以清潔員不知道, 告訴前檯卻不斷質疑我是否掛了DND牌在門口. 體驗欠佳. 整體清潔程度一般, 特別是浴室. 唯價錢相宜. 酒店大堂每日3至9點有免費飲品, 有各種洗髮, 沐浴露可以借用(浴室已經有普通洗髮沐浴露提供), 遊客可以試用不同牌子, 覺得此安排很不錯!
• Michael (10/5): - Great hotel for the price, and free breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Free drinks (non alcohol) available every day till 9:00pm. Close to Namba station, and great food and shopping options nearby the hotel, and there open late. Vending machine in lobby. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel, that was a challenge trying to catch it not being used! Room are on the smaller side but as expected for Japan. But the AC in the rooms were exceptional!!!! Especially when you get back to your room after dealing with the heat and humidity outside. If was so nice to come back to your room at the end of the day to a nice chilly room, awesome sleeping environment. Will definitely stay here again on my future Japan trips!

• Kam Sing (8/5): - 大致上沒甚麼問題，但要注意清洗衣物只有1台洗衣機跟乾衣機，很容易遇到使用中情況，不過附近也有洗衣店，可以前往利用。另外酒店清潔員會偶爾關掉某些電器例如雪櫃和浴室抽氣扇等開關，要跟職員說明狀況以便改善～

• BUGIL (10/5): 깨끗하고 편안한 비즈니스호텔 - 1인 여행객이나 출장자들에게 특히 좋아요. 비즈니스 호텔 급이지만 어매니티가 매우 만족스럽고 객실 및 호텔 내부 편의시설 등이 훌륭해요. 난바역까지 직선으로 길이통하고 도보 5분거리인 점, 주변에 편의점이나 식당, 상점가가 가까이 있는 점도 이점이 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 중국어, 한국어 등의 제2외국어 대응도 가능했어요.

• Kevin (10/5): Small but clean - Overall I’d say I was quite satisfied with our stay here. What I will say is that the rooms are very small. This was the smallest we had during our 15 days in Japan. You have to put your luggage on the bed to open them. We only had carry-on size luggage. Aside from this, the rooms were clean and we managed. The free breakfast had many choices and would highly recommend. The front desk staff was helpful despite not being very fluent in English. The location is solid being 7-9 minutes from Nippombashi and Namba station on a quieter street. Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are both still within walking distance. I would recommend staying here for anyone who would be okay with the room layout. That would be the one reason we would not return but I can’t fault them for anything else.

The only thing was that even when you turned the heat off, the room was very warm to the point where we were sweating in our sleep. Other then that would recommend hotel.
• Zita In Chong (10/5): - Overall it was a great stay. Staff were helpful with phoning for restaurant reservation, luggage forwarding service, domestic shipping, and getting a taxi for us. Room is small but expected, bed and pillow are comfortable. The breakfast buffet variety is acceptable for the price. The biggest down side is that there's only one washer and dryer in the whole hotel, and they are pretty weak (clothing still wet after 2 hours in the dryer), but fortunately that's a proper laundromat within a few minutes walk, so we did our laundry there instead. Will consider staying here again.
• May Ling (8/5): Value for money - The hotel provided breakfast (from 7am to 9am) throughout our stay. Though the spread is quite standard, it does provide better value and had free extra shampoo choices for guests to use at the lobby area. Noticed that this hotel mostly had locals as their guests. Room is small like any hotel in Japan. The nearest subway Namba is a 10 mins walk. Overall, we had a good time during our stay.
• Jay (8/5): Great hotel location at very reasonable price - Great location (300m from Namba Station) with lots of eateries within minutes of walking. Awesome price with breakfast included. Also, short 10 minute walk to the canal to see the “Pokey Man” sign board. Only downside we experienced was seeing the chamber maid leaving clean towels on the store room floor 😾 . Very polite and helpful front desk staff . Highly recommend.
