• Michael (1/5): Absolutely terrible service don’t book here what ever you do - I couldn’t actually comment on this as we were not aloud to check in at the check in time. As the female staff member was locking up to go home and sort out her boyfriend issues that she was having on the phone while telling us we can’t check in Poor service as we were told that we could not check in till 5pm when it stayed 4:30pm, how can you be classed as a hotel if you can not be open for business for customers to be able to check in
• Nigel (7/5): Good value. Book with confidence - friendly, clean, reliable place to book. - The room was as described in other reviews - minimalist. Having said that, it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, we were provided with a kettle, tea, milk and coffee and fresh towels for our private bathroom (big selling point). The staff (especially Jeff) were very friendly and welcoming. The Elephant & Castle station is a 5 minute walk and London bridge station just over 1 mile away so transport options are very easy. There's a small park 2 minutes walk away with quite a few restaurants and bars plus 2 supermarkets if you want to grab something locally. After that, If you're fit, like walking and exploring on foot, you can walk to London bridge, (1.2miles) and then go along either side of the Thames to access attractions and bars with ease. Nit picking - we had to wait until after 5pm before we could check in having already left our luggage next door earlier on in the day and having been told to come back for 4.30pm. Could do with an extra pillow (like I said, nit picking) The main road is very busy with traffic (although once asleep we weren't disrupted) - not the best preparation the night before London Marathon.

Easy going with the nice good facilities. The top kinda Airbnb/pub style/hotel style stay so standard and good quality. Overly quiet lol, suit love quiet style group of customers

• Daniel (5/5): Great location, food, fun and good price but a bit uncomfortable for sleeping/cleanliness - I liked the staff and the restaurant and karaoke below, location was great too, room was normal, in general everything in the building was a bit rough and quite worn down, but the bedroom was okay. I really enjoyed interacting with the staff Shower/Bathroom was not in a very good condition, i saw some mold and it didnt feel comfortable to shower there. Also it was quite loud at night, the busy street outside was hard for me to sleep with

La cisterna s’enganxava molt, falten baldes al bany per a deixar els utensilis de la dutxa i hagueren estat be més tovalles. El pany de la porta també es una mica incòmode.

And from there all the smell of the kitchen food comes up to the 2nd and 3rd floors, where the rooms are. Disgusting, unless you want to sleep in the kitchen

• Tatiana (9/5): Recomendado - Me gustó todo, el espacio está bien para dos personas el baño es grande y tiene secadora y productos de aseo, la habitación también tenía jarra eléctrica y tenías café e infusiones para prepararte lo que desees, la calefacción iba muy bien también y eso se agradece La única pega es que al estar ubicada en un avenida se escucha por las noches los coches de policía, ambulancias y demás, no tiene que ver tanto en si con el alojamiento sino con la ubicación pero por lo demás bien ubicada, tienes un tesco en frente y otro supermercado al lado

L'unico limite è che si sente odore di cucina dal ristorante sottostante, non è un elemento molto fastidioso, ma va segnalato se qualcuno è sensibile agli odori. Per il resto soggiorno eccellente, camera confortevole e pulita, una volta fatto il check in si è completamente autonomi e, benché le stanze siano sopra al ristorante, l'ingresso è autonomo. A 10 minuti dalla stazione di Waterloo e a mezz'oretta a piedi dal London eye, ma ci sono anche molti pullman che passano proprio di fronte all'albergo. Abbiamo pagato su booking e all'arrivo ci hanno chiesto un'ulteriore caparra di 40£ che ci e stata prontamente restituita meno di una settimana dal termine del nostro soggiorno! Sono molto efficienti, ma la caparra non era segnata su booking, lo faccio presente per completezza, ma di nuovo, non è stato assolutamente un problema o un limite. Il leggero odore di cucina nelle stanze. Nella nostra camera il bagno era in cima a una rampa di scale abbastanza ripida, per noi non è stato un problema, ma per alcuni ospiti potrebbe essere limitante, penso ci siano anche stanze con il bagno allo stesso "livello", vale la pena chiedere se le scale possono essere un problema per voi.

I would go back. - The location is really very good; it might seem a little dangerous at night, but I don't think it is. The main street is served by several bus lines that go to the city center, and there's also a metro station nearby (about a 10-minute walk). I found the bed very comfortable and the room very warm (I traveled at New Year's). It exceeded my expectations, as there was no information about the hotel on Google Maps. I didn't particularly like the fact that there wasn't a reception area. They offer a free place to leave luggage before check-in, but it's in a small Turkish restaurant next door. I was told I could leave my luggage around 10 am, but in reality, the restaurant only opened at 11:30 am. I have no complaints about the restaurant; the gentleman who served me was very polite. He had no obligation to keep my luggage, and yet he did this courtesy (I don't know if the hotel pays him anything). The place where I left my luggage wasn't specifically for that purpose; it was in a storage area of ​​the restaurant, and there wasn't much space, but it served me well. If you have large suitcases or a large quantity, there might not be enough space in the restaurant. Even so, I would stay at the hotel again and leave my luggage there again.

Only one pillow, no staff around to ask for more. No where to put anything at the bedside so drinks ect had to be put on the floor

• Marc (6/5): Bette than I expected and I would stay again! - OK - so this was a clean, easy place to stay for the night. A little noisy from from the traffic, and personally …. A few extra pillows would have been great. But for the price and how it’s advertised … I was actually pleasantly surprised. It’s basic. It has a very private entrance, the place was insanely clean. Would I stay there again? Actually - I would. Very limited facilities - so no TV in the room … but thst was a tiny point

Very clean and the landlord was brilliant. He sorted out parking nearby which was £10. Would definitely stay again. Shower a bit odd 😂
• Atika (9/5): Amazing stay, I would stay again! - I had a great stay at Horangee Pocha. The linens were provided regularly and Ryan was so helpful to us when we were checking in and requesting help. We didn’t get to try the Karaoke at night, but the restaurant downstairs was cozy and had great food and ambiance. Thanks Horangee Pocha! If you are not used to city noise, you may have an issue with the rooms facing the street as it gets a bit noisier on weekend nights since it is a main road. (Also sorry my photos aren’t the best, forgot to take more photos)

• Catalina (8/5): - The host was very friendly. Our room was very clean and surprisingly large for London :) and the bed was comfortable. Great location, close to the Elephant & Castle train station and underground station (5 min walk), and a bus stop in front of the building (the bus to the city center). And the Korean food at the accommodation's restaurant was authentic and very good. Probably will check in again in the future.

• Angela (7/5): Angenehmer, kurzer Aufenthalt, bequemes Bett. - Lage war gut und einfach zu erreichen, das Bett war bequem und es war relativ ruhig. Das Personal war freundlich, ich war schon spaet dran beim Check-In aber sie waren total nett. Die Milch beim Kaffee war abgelaufen seit August. Es war ok, ich habe einen Kaffee mit Milch getrunken, aber bitte so etwas verbessern. Alles in Ordnung sonst. Ich finde es teuer, aber vielleicht ist es bei den Londoner Preisen normal.

Non c’è modo di poter chiedere o avvisare nessuno. Per un soggiorno di due persone ti danno una sola chiave, e non esistendo una reception puoi solo entrare e uscire insieme. • Miška (10/5): - Pokoj s koupelnou byl čistý a nachystaný. Pokoj byl skvěle vybaven a bylo možné si zapůjčit redukce do zásuvky, rychlovarná konvice, fén, sprchový gel, ručníky a mýdlo na ruce. Na stolečku byl tác kde bylo kafe a čaj + sušenky. Ubytování je na skvělém místě, je to kousek od centra, vedle ubytování je autobusová zastávka a spoustu obchůdků s jídlem (třeba i Tesco expres). Pán byl opravdu moc milý a ochotný a počkal na nás a ubytovali jsme se i když náš let měl přes 2 hodiny zpoždění. Za což jsme byli opravdu vděční. Takže tomuto ubytování - poměr, cena, lokalita a ochota =10/10

• Christian (3/5): Not great, but certainly cheap. - It is well located, and the room is cheap. There was no hot water during our first night. This is a no-go, but I appreciate that they fixed it quickly. The room uncomfortable, with a bathroom located up a steep staircase. No hooks or horizontal surfaces to place anything in the bathroom. The little closet in the bedroom was disgusting. The fire alarm went off one early morning, with no noticeable cause. The sound insulation is terrible, and we were woken up many times by people slamming the door to the building.
• Laura (10/5): Perfecto - Estuvimos 5 noches y la estancia fue súper cómoda. La habitación era grande, a diferencia de otros alojamientos en Londres. Algo que me pareció un detalle es que cuenta con hervidor eléctrico, y te dejan sobres de café y leche para que tomes. Muchas gracias!
