Guest Reviews
- Alma (10/5): - I was a solo female traveler and was greeted friendly and with respect. All the staff I encountered were very courteous and polite. My room was cleaned daily and always received 2 complimentary water bottles. The location was great as it was next to the metro station. Great food all around.
- jeffrey (2/5): - Dirty bed hairs everywhere smells in the room loud music at 2am
- Kalyana (2/5): - Water leaks from the ceiling, too much noise in the night.
- munaf (2/5): - Property is so bad, whatever describes in booking it totally opposite not even closed.
It’s like red light areas hotels (kind of red light area)
So dirty, noisy, water leaking and mess everywhere)
I checked out in 10mints and waste of my money.
I will not recommend it.
- Pervez (6/5): - It was very hard to talk to them on the phone before travel. They hardly pick up the phone no matter wherever you calling from. I called them many times from London, but no response. Hardly, only one time luckily I managed to talk to the reception staff member. I told him about my late check-in time after midnight, but he was quite blank and had no clue about my advance reservation. However, he said you can check in any time within 24 hours. After check-in hotel, I was offered one room with two single beds (not 1 king bed). In the bathroom, there was no shower curtain in the bathtub. Though there was a telephone in the room, it was only
for intercom services. I could not use the phone to talk to my friends or family members. I am sure, it is not a 3-star hotel.
