Todo en general sucio toallas sucias desayuno poco malo,el hombre de la recepción es un ladrón acosador abusador estafador,una mala experiencia en este lugar,no lo recomiendo para nada y más a mujeres si van solas
• Sara (1/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida - Nada, mal trato de los empleados y unas instalaciones y limpeza pesimas. Llegamos y nos dijeron que no tenian nuestras habitaciones disponibles, que nos llevaban a otro “hotel” porque reservaron las nuestras a otra gente. Nos llevaron a una tienda de ropa a dormir la primera noche, y despues al ir al hotel al dia siguiente paso de todo (la puerta de la habitacion no cerraba y les daba igual, del grifo salia agua sucia de color amarillo, habia bichos, las camas sucias con pelos y uñas de otra gente, una acumulacion de polvo descomunal, el baño se inundo y no quisieron ni limpiarlo, etc). No quisieron hacerse responsables de nada y te decian a todo “no problem”, y que te estaban haciendo un favor.

Чистота отеля оставляет желать лучшего. Под унитазом текла вода, не починили когда просили, двери были плохие: плохо открывались и можно сказать на замок не закрывались.

No m'ha agradat que per culpa de la plataforma se m'hagi cobrat 2 vegades l'estància, que el personal de l'hotel no hagi fet res per retornar l'import indegut i que al final estigui tramitant la cancel·lació d'una de les operacions amb el meu banc, perdent el meu temps. La zona dels esmorzars és molt petita i s'acumula la clientela i a vegades no queden taules per esmorzar.

• Reyna Grace (1/5): Worst Hotel stay 😡😤 - None This place is an absolute scam dressed up as a hotel. Honestly, do yourself a favour and stay well away. From the second I walked in, it just felt off. The fella at reception was painfully uncomfortable to deal with. Acting all overly friendly, but in a way that didn’t feel right at all, more creepy than welcoming. At one point he actually kissed my hand and kept going on about getting my phone number. I said no, clearly, and he still kept pushing. That’s not being nice, that’s just inappropriate, especially when you’re a woman travelling alone. Then he tried to sell me his “transport service” at some ridiculous price, only to ring a normal taxi anyway. I checked the apps after and, no surprise, it was way cheaper. So yeah, they’ll try take advantage of you straight away. The room was another level altogether. Filthy. Not just a bit untidy, properly dirty. There was a TV remote with no TV, the shower was broken, parts of the ceiling looked like they were about to fall in, and the windows didn’t even shut properly. You could hear absolutely everything through the walls. No soundproofing at all. And the curtains were useless, didn’t even cover the windows, so you’re wide awake with the light first thing whether you like it or not. I went to the manager more than once about all this. Same story every time, big smile, a load of promises, and absolutely nothing done. No follow-up, no fixing anything. Just talk. Housekeeping is a joke. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. When I asked for them to be changed, they just remade the bed with the same sheets. That’s not cleaning, that’s taking the piss. Breakfast was rotten. Barely edible. And somehow, after all that, they still ask people to leave good reviews. That alone should tell you what kind of place this is. Worst of all, it didn’t feel safe. Not in the slightest, especially not for women or families. Between the staff behaviour and the overall place, I was uncomfortable the whole time.

• ALEJANDRO (3/5): poca seriedad - Las habitaciones son acordes al precio y la ubicación es buena Las dos primeras noches nuestras habitaciones no estuvieron listas y nos trasladaron a otros hoteles, de lo cual avisaban por la tarde cuando llegabas para dormir. Además, cuando les pagamos el taxi de vuelta al aeropuerto (en efectivo) tardaron dos días en darnos el cambio mientras nos daban largas, finalmente tras insistir nos lo dieron, aunque de primeras nos lo querían devolver en liras turcas cuando habíamos pagado en euros. Por otro lado, el que parecía el dueño del hotel estuvo escribiendo por Whatsapp a una de mis amigas diciéndola de quedar ellos dos solos, cuando está la dio largas cambió su actitud con nosotros. En resumen, si buscas buen precio, este es tu hotel, si lo que quieres es un sitio serio, mira otro.

• Marius (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Trotz einer bestätigten Buchung für ein großes Doppelzimmer (25 m²) mit Balkon und Meerblick wurde uns lediglich ein winziges Zimmer mit etwa 13,5 m² zugewiesen. Auf unsere berechtigte Reklamation reagierte die Rezeption völlig unkooperativ; man erklärte lapidar, es stünde kein entsprechendes Zimmer zur Verfügung. Dieses Verhalten ist inakzeptabel. Das Zimmer selbst hinterließ einen äußerst schlechten Eindruck: beengt, ungepflegt und insgesamt wenig einladend. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu heizen – die Nächte waren entsprechend unangenehm kalt. Während unseres viertägigen Aufenthalts fand kein einziges Mal eine Zimmerreinigung statt. Der Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert, und die Handtücher wurden kein einziges Mal gewechselt. Besonders erschreckend war der Zustand unter dem Bett: Offensichtlich wurde dort seit sehr langer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt, der Schmutz hatte sich regelrecht angesammelt. Insgesamt entspricht dieses Haus keinesfalls dem Standard eines Hotels, sondern eher dem einer schlecht geführten Pension. Eine klare Nicht-Empfehlung.
• Regina Waszkiewicz (1/5): Pobyt w hotelu beznadziejny, gdybym tam została - cały pobyt w Stambule byłby beznadziejny. - Nic mi się nie podobało. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlały zupełnie tego, co zastaliśmy na miejscu. Zgadzał się tylko kolor nakryć na łóżkach. Pokój był mały, zagrzybiony, zimny i brudny. W łazience, w prysznicu były włosy, kosmetyki w połowie zużyte - czegoś takiego jeszcze nie widziałam. To co zastaliśmy, nie miało żadnego związku z tym, co było pokazane na zdjęciach. Poprosiliśmy o zmianę pokoju, nie było możliwości. Po jednej nocy musieliśmy zmienić hotel. Dostaliśmy 40 Euro zwrotu od Booking - jestem zawiedziona ich pośrednictwem i rzetelnością. Dodatkowo jego lokalizacja nie budzi zaufania. Rzekomy taras, po stromych schodach na górę i zagracony materiałami niewiadomego pochodzenia wołał o pomstę do nieba. Nie polecam!!!!!!!!!!!! Nie było tam nic, co może się podobać. Przeczytałam o tym hotelu wiele pozytywnych opinii, żadna nie była prawdziwa. Musiała je pisać obsługa hotelu - nie ma innej możliwości. Zagrzybiona nora, w szemranej okolicy.

Вони постійно запитують чи вам все подобається, пропонують підключити інтернет, екскурсії, викликати таксі. З будь яким питанням вони з задоволенням допоможуть 24/7 і завжди дуже привітні. Помешкання не відповідає фотографіям. На фото- фантастичний люксовий готель. В реальності- старі холодні номери. Без кондиціонера ми дуже замерзли в першу ніч, номер дуже холодний. Душ весь в грибку, стара ванна кабінка, вся в грибкові. Ремонт старий, ліжко так - гарне, все інше старе. Було справді некомфортно в номері. Вид з балкону гарний. Було недалеко від центру, але готель знаходиться в темному провулку, тому в ночі дівчатам може бути страшно гуляти самим. Сніданки звичайні. Нічого особливого. Якщо хочте затишок, комфорт і чудові умови - пошукайте щось інше. Але якщо просто щоб переночувати і гуляти днями приходячи тільки поспати на ніч - нормальний готель. Кондиціонер є, гаряча вода, інтернет, привітний персонал і просто перекусити можна.

• Sebatinov (1/5): We got tricked! - Location-fair The owner lie to us about the booked rooms that they have an AC issue(which doesn’t make sense,because this time of the year we don’t need AC). So he moved us to a different place and different rooms which we didn’t expect! We accepted because we didn’t have time to find different hotel, we had booked activities and trips so we couldn’t miss! He tricked us, he lie with the pictures. The breakfast was almost nothing, not enough for no one from the place, the second day we couldn’t even eat anything at 9:30!

• khalil (1/5): Sehr schlecht , diese Hotel muss kontrolliert werden . - Das Hostel ist furchtbar und sieht ganz anders aus als auf den Bildern. Es liegt in einer engen Straße gegenüber einer Schuhfabrik, die extrem laut ist. Die Angestellten waren zwar freundlich und haben mir zum Beispiel beim Tragen meines Gepäcks geholfen, aber der Service ist insgesamt mangelhaft. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt nicht automatisch, sondern muss manuell angefordert werden. Als wir um eine Reinigung baten, wurden weder die Handtücher noch die Tagesdecke gewechselt; lediglich der Boden wurde gewischt. Man muss extra nach Toilettenpapier fragen, um überhaupt eines zu bekommen. Das Bett ist schrecklich und sehr alt; ich hatte Rückenschmerzen. Die Badezimmertür und das Fenster sind aus Plastik; die Tür schließt nicht richtig und das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, sodass es zieht. Das Zimmer ist extrem eng; es gibt nicht einen einzigen Stuhl oder Tisch. Der Aufzug ist sehr schmal und für zwei Personen mit Kinderwagen viel zu klein. Der Flur ist so eng, dass ein Kinderwagen kaum hindurchpasst. Im Hostel riecht es stark nach Schimmel. Ich hätte beinahe die Polizei gerufen, als ich das Fenster meines Zimmers im achten Stock öffnete und der Balkon kein Geländer hatte. Ich wäre beinahe vom Balkon gestürzt. Ich habe dem Hostelmanager nichts davon gesagt und wollte die Polizei rufen, aber als wir gerade zu einem Spaziergang aufbrechen wollten, kamen die Beamten und installierten einen Eisenzaun auf dem Balkon. Leider habe ich kein Foto von diesem eklatanten Fehler gemacht. Das Essen war furchtbar, eintönig und manchmal gab es nicht einmal Obst. Die Rezeptionistin versuchte uns gleich bei unserer Ankunft abzuzocken und wollte uns eine SIM-Karte mit Internetzugang für nur fünf Tage für 40 Euro verkaufen! Ich habe noch nie in einem so schrecklichen Hostel übernachtet.

Las sábanas sucias, con edredones pequeños para el tamaño de la cama, los pasillos estaban en obras. Lo peor fue el baño con un agujero por donde podría entrar cualquier cosa. Fue tan desagradable que tras pasar una noche, buscamos otro hotel.

• Kalinova (1/5): - El desayuno estaba muy bien, y había algún personal que nos trataba muy bien ( el padre y su hijo eran muy amables) Lo siento mucho pero no puedo valorar bien el sitio ya que sentí que el dueño del hostal estaba teniendo comportamientos y mensajes inadecuados con los que me hizo sentirme realmente incómoda. Cada vez que entraba en el sitio no quería ni mirarle porque me sentía bastante mal con la situación de tener que ir a dormir en un sitio sabiendo que me estaba escribiendo comentarios así. Además la habitación no estaba limpia y tampoco nos cambiaban las toallas ni nada.

The environment there is simply ужасful. If you’re traveling as a group of girls, please stay far away from this hotel — the manager is just a perverted person. It’s absolutely disgusting, filthy!!!
• Anastasia (5/5): Огромный плюс - это цена. Мы на 5х забронировали за 25,5к на 4 дня + завтраки. Завтраки были очень вкусные, но если вы п - Цена и завтраки - то, что было на высоте Грязные комнаты, фото не соответствуют действительности, комнаты очень маленькие, нет вентиляции, все влажные вещи оставались влажными. Нет отопления - только кондер на 30, который через раз дул теплым. Плесень по углам в комнате и в ванне. В ванне отсутствует кусок плитки на стене и видно трубы, паутину и тд. Сама душевая хоть и новая, но резинки отошли, плесень везде.

• Volha (3/5): Друзья, не останавливайтесь в этом отеле, поберегите свои деньги и нервы!!! Они обманывают с фото, они не реальные, таки - Ничего. Не понравилось всё. Фото не совпадают с реальностью. Номера старые, без ремонта. Все отваливается, торчат провода, где должен быть телевизор, его нет, фена тоже нет. Торчит проводка. Полотенца грязные, изношенные. Постельное белье все в катышках, не отстиранное. Ужас, а не отель.

• Sonia (10/5): - Armer hotel is a nice place to be, especially for low budget individuals. They are friendly and respectful. I desire to stay with them again on my next visit to Turkey. Mr Ergun and Mr Ahmed are very interesting individuals. They made me comfortable, being my first time in Turkey.
• Florin Alexandru (10/5): Sejurul a decurs foarte bine! - Personalul foarte amabil , mai ales ERGUN , de cum am ajuns ne-a servit cu ceai , cafea și imediat după aceia ne-a cazat , chiar înainte de ora de cazare , mii de mulțumiri pentru Ergun!!! Foarte aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice , la 5 minute de Grand Bazar. Mâncare bună , cafea bună , camere cu vedere frumoasă la mare și oraș! Parcare foarte aproape de hotel , dar din păcate cu plata aproximativ 10-15€ pe zi!

Даже после просьбы убрать комнату, в тумбочках было много пыли. В холодильнике нашли шприц от инсулина. Гели которые предлагают в отеле были на половину пустые. К сожалению фото не соответствует реальности

The heating system is terrible in the room, I was freezing with my wife when I went in January and Istanbul was cold. You have to wait 5 mins and run a lot of water from the sink before the hot water is coming from the shower and sink. I have been 4 days and no one clean our room. The lift in this hotel is weird.

• Eve-Lynn (8/5): - I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent if you want to explore some of the famous historical sites on foot. Many attractions are within walking distance, which made it very convenient for us. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s nothing too fancy, but for us it was perfect since we only needed a place to sleep for the night. The service was great. They offer shuttle transfers to and from both airports in Istanbul, which is very helpful since the airports are quite far from the city. I also noticed some reviews mentioning there was no hot water. That wasn’t our experience at all. There is hot water—it just takes a little longer for the shower to warm up. If you turn it on a bit in advance, it works perfectly fine. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in Istanbul.
