- Renata (9/5): Jestem zadowolona z pobytu - Świetna lokalizacja. Czyściutko, bardzo dużo udogodnień. Niestety w japońskich hotelach są bardzo małe pokoje i tutaj też tak było 11m2 z bardzo małą łazienką. Na 2 -3 dni ok, ale przy dłuższych pobytach katastrofa

- Keiko (5/5): 残念 - とても綺麗でアクセスは言うことなし。 部屋に入って直ぐにエアコンをつけたら、生乾き臭がしてとても不快だった。 浴室も同じように生乾き臭がした。 内装が綺麗だっただけに、とても残念に思った。
- Mila Pony (7/5): Schöne Aussicht, aber das war es auch schon. - Ich bin ca 13 Uhr in das Hotel gekommen. 15 Uhr ist ja Check in. Eine Dame vorne bei der Absperrung fragte ich, ob ich mein Schweren Rucksack abgeben könnte, so wie ich es bisher immer ohne Probleme gemacht habe. Diese sagte nein und ich sollte Draußen warten. Ohne Sitzgelegenheiten, mit hin und her Geschleppe von meinen Sachen. Naja. Vielleicht ein Missverständnis oder so. Dann halt auf dem Boden Sitzen 2 Stunden gewartet, weil ich echt Kaputt war. - Fahrstühle: Zwar viele vorhanden, aber zu wenige für diese Massen. Habe bis in die 31 Etage immer gut 8-15 Minuten Gebraucht. Runter genau das selbe. Egal welche Uhrzeit.

La chambre où du moins la non vue de la chambre, nous avons été malheureusement dans le noir avec vue littéralement sur un mur intérieur... Ce n'est pas un endroit pour les clostrphobes ! Surtout avec des chambres déjà petites (mais cela nous convenait pour la chambre, c'est notre 4 ème APA hôtel en 10 jours nous savions à quoi nous attendre). Et le temps d'attente pour disposer d'un ascenseur (il y en a quand même 6) qui fait qu'on passe son temps a descendre et monter et on met 10min pour arriver a l'étage désiré, cela pourrait être bien mieux organisé.

- Tomoyuki (5/5): 衝撃の夜 - 清潔、部屋も満足。ただ。。 男性大浴場に入っていたら湯船で鼻を噛んでいる人物に遭遇。 同じ人物に脱衣場でお尻とか体を2回触られたので思わず 「触るな！気持ち悪いな」と大声で言ったら「すいません」と謝ってそそくさと衣服を着て急いで出て行きました。エレベーターを見たら1階に下がって行ったので大浴場だけ利用の客かと。 同性愛の男性かと。ホテルスタッフに申告しました。 太ってはいない筋肉質のガッチリした165センチくらいのメガネをかけた５０代〜６０代くらいの日本人男性です。 ホテルスタッフの定期的な巡回をして欲しいです。 その気が無い私には非常に不愉快な夜でした。

- SULA (10/5): Completo! - De tudo. Hotel de grande estruturo, muito limpo e arrumado. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro menor. Hotel completo com banhos quentes inclusos no preço, massagem (a parte), lojinha dentro do Hotel e super organizado check in e guarda de malas. Que a piscina não estava aberta em Maio. O site dizia que era seasonal, mas entenderia que não abriria no inverno. Estava 30graus. Reservei com a expectativa de uso da piscina externa.

- Alejandro (6/5): Aceptable pero mejor sin vistas - La habitación contaba con todas las comodidades, muy limpio, cambian toallas cada día, muy cerca de la estación central de Osaka. No merece la pena el gasto añadido para contratar la habitación con vistas. Modifiqué mi reserva para añadir un día más en Osaka y aproveché para solicitar una habitación superior con vistas, ya que el hotel es un edificio de 20 plantas. Cuál fue mi sorpresa cuando mi habitación estaba en la quinta planta, y las únicas vistas eran al descampado de detrás del hotel.

Also why isn't there a microwave on each floor? There a pants press on every level but i has to go down 6 floors to access a microwave? What does a microwave cost? Like 100 bucks? - JEAN-GIL (9/5): Hôtel bien situé, accueillant avec un très bon rapport qualité prix selon moi. - La situation géographique pour la proximité des transports publics, les services comme la supérette, le petit déjeuner, la décoration, le onsen et l’accueil du personnel. Nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre avec une magnifique vue sur la ville. Bien que petite, la chambre est très bien agencée pour optimiser l’espace.

- 島田 (8/5): 女性1人でも安心して快適に過ごせるので良かったです - 新しい設備だけではなく清潔感があり、とても良かった。コンビニが入っているのはとても便利でありがたかった。薬局もあると良いなと思った。 エレベーターに乗る時にカードをタッチしないと動かない事に気付かず、セキュリティ的には良いかもしれないが、複数乗るとあまり関係ないような気もするし、面倒に感じる。カバー類の匂いが気になった。

Distance from Osaka station was a little far for my accompanying family and had to make some detours in the route due to construction at the time, but otherwise great!
