• YI HUA (10/5): 很不錯的住宿 - 寬敞的房間，乾淨的位置，床墊舒服，5個大人很OK 有電梯，住宿規則可以溝通很清楚 離上野站要走一下，但比想像中好走，即使拖著行李也不會太辛苦，很可以 有兩間馬桶很方便 浴室有味道 ，感覺是管線的問題，不是排泄臭味是怪味，一直開著抽風可以抑制

• Jessica (10/5): Fantastic stay in a spacious room, great facilities and location! - We had a fantastic stay at Ostay Ueno, the room was very spacious (rare in Japan!) with excellent facilities- washing machine, refrigerator, heating/cooling and best of all, two toilets! It’s in a good location, walking distance to train stations and shop areas while being far enough away to be quiet and family-friendly. The communication was clear and concise, and it was easy to reach the host via Booking app and WhatsApp with any queries we had. The only issue we had was that the carpet tiles were lifting, which was a bit of a trip hazard but we were just sure to be careful. We also picked up a few sharp pins from the floor and needed to dispose of them, luckily we found them before our small children did. Easily rectified and fortunately didn’t affect our time at Ostay!

• Christine (10/5): Our stay in Ostay is very good. 7 mins walk to the nearest train station Inaricho Ginza line. Close to a 24 hour grocery - Property is very clean and organized. Very easy check in and check out process. Toiletries supplies are accessible 24 hours. And someone came to our room to take out our trash and changed our towels. Restroom has 2 toilets which accommodate a large group of travelers.

We were able to walk from the hotel to the Ueno station. I wish we could leave our luggage after the checkout, not a big deal, but good to keep in mind!

(근처에 이자카야 같은 식당이 없어요. 그래서 분위기가 조용해요. 아주 마음에 듭니다) 4. 화장실 2개 5. 전자레인지 사용가능 6. 커피포트 사용가능 +모두 그런건진 모르겠지만, 체크인 시간이 16시였나? 15시였나.,, 아무튼 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했어요. 짐만 맡기고 가려고 했는데 상주 직원이 없더라구여(다른 후기에선 있다고 봤어서,,,) 그래서 혹시나 하는 메일로 확인한 비밀번호 치고 들어갔는데 이미 준비가 다 되어있더라구여(대략 14시쯤,.,,?) 그래서 잘 쉬고 갔습니다! +++개인은 아니고 가족 혹은 4인이상 단체와 도쿄에 가야할 상황이 생긴다면 또 이용할 거 같습니다! 크게 없었던 거 같아요. 소통은 메일로도 가능했구 체크인 전날에도 연락 오더라구여 레이트체크인 원하면 전날 21시까지 메일달라고 ㅎㅎ (추가요금 있음)

• Paula (7/5): Cómodo y práctico, con aspectos a mejorar - Hemos viajado en familia con dos niños de 11 y 5 años. Para nuestro tipo de viaje ha sido una buena opción: hemos pasado el día fuera y no hemos salido por la noche, así que nos ha resultado cómodo y práctico. La atención del personal ha sido siempre muy amable y atenta. También la ubicación nos ha resultado muy cómoda para movernos, especialmente porque está al lado de la estación de metro y de tren de Ueno, donde llega el tren procedente del aeropuerto de Narita. Las habitaciones son amplias y espaciosas y están totalmente equipadas. Nos hemos alojado en dos momentos diferentes del viaje y hemos tenido habitaciones distintas. En general, las camas no nos han resultado demasiado cómodas. Además, las ventanas están tintadas y no se pueden abrir para no molestar a los vecinos, lo que desde dentro nos ha generado una sensación algo extraña al no poder ni ventilar ni ver el exterior. En una de las habitaciones no ha habido armario para la ropa.

• SANAE (8/5): 快適ではあったが、神経すり減った - 新しい施設で、一つの階に1組と言うのが良かった。 お風呂がシャワーしか無く、下水溝のネットのせいで排水が良くなくて気を遣った。 子どもが大勢の宿泊だったので、騒がしくなると思いこう言った宿を連泊したのですが、クレームを何度か頂いてしまい、かなり神経質になってしまいました。　すみませんでした。

• YI CHEN (10/5): - 我們是4個好朋友一起到東京賞櫻，房間很寬敞，4個人的30吋行李箱全打開都沒有問題，還可以洗衣服曬衣服，馬桶跟洗手台都各2個，早上趕行程不會擠在一起。 廚房設備也很齊全，附送濾挂咖啡很好喝，附近有24小時營業的超市，採買水果蔬菜肉類零食很方便。 枕頭跟床軟硬適中，玩樂一天回來後能好好休息，餐桌也很寬敞，可以在旅館好好享受悠閒的聚餐時光。 隔音很好，一層一戶很安靜，隱私很好，自助入住很方便快速。有問題都可以傳訊息給飯店人員，很快可以反應。 距離上野站入谷扎口走路約10～15分鐘，也可以選擇更近走路五分鐘的稻荷町站轉車也很方便。 下次有機會依然會選擇入住。 建議可以提供藍芽音響，房間外可以設置雨傘架

Location was good with Konbinis and small playgrounds around the corner. The beds were a little firm for our liking but we still slept well after busy days exploring Tokyo.

• FuShin (10/5): - 遠離塵囂,安靜! 休息得很好!對於聲音敏感者,此地會是住宿的首選! 周邊生活機能大致能滿足! 24hr超商, 24hr超市都在附近,走路2分鐘就能到! 很方便!日常所需的用品周遭就能滿足! 旁邊的鄰居住戶對於外來觀光客的態度也很友善! HOTEL地點距離上野車站有點距離,年輕人出行還好,對老人家出行距離就不太友善! 另外,購物的精華區大致在上野車站周遭或者阿美橫丁,因為購物地周邊招計程車不好找!大多也不願意臨停! 購買的東西若是太多,提著東西步行回hotel的距離會是硬傷!

We were able to relax and eat together in the dining after a tiring day. Beds are big and comfortable. A little far from the station but manageable. Hope you can also update the tv to a smart one so we can watch Netflix and youtube.
• Fenix Liu (9/5): 房間空間很大, 很適合3到5人的小家庭 - 臨近上野車站以及銀座線的稻荷町站, 走路也能到淺草寺, 位置相當方便. 密碼鎖進出也很方便, 不用擔心忘記帶鑰匙的問題. 房間內的空間很大, 四張雙人床大小的床位, 有超過一半的空間都是床的空間. 除此之外還有一張四人桌, 吃東西或是平時休息都可以在這個空間裡活動, 對3~5人的小家庭來說空間寬敞不擁擠. 這個房間我們最需要的有幾個部份 1. 小廚房的部份, 可以自行準備早餐或是簡單的餐食. 2. 房間附有洗衣機, 讓我們可以每天洗衣服. 3. 房間內還附有晾衣桿, 洗好的衣服可以馬上晾起來, 因為房間的空間夠大, 因此也不會覺得擁擠. 4. 另外房間內有兩套廁所以及洗臉臺, 有兩個人同時需要用的時候不需要排隊. 可惜沒有浴缸, 但這是一開始訂房時就知道的. 廚房有附簡單的餐具以及鍋具, 但很可惜的是不沾鍋的平底鍋已經嚴重損傷, 我們不敢使用.

• CHRISTIN (7/5): Basic and good location to explore Tokyo from. No fuss check in. Good communication. - The proximity to Uneo station and shopping district. Not far from Asakusa. Close to 7-11, Supermarket. Code access after hours to ground floor, then lift to room level floor. It was a pretty quiet residential area, so not too busy. Nice open plan, large room, fridge and dining / living area. 2 toilets! The double beds are singles joined, so you have to sleep on 1 side. They were a little hard so not the best sleep, maybe a Japan thing. We must have had a heavy heel walker staying on floor above us, so was a a bit noisey some nights late. Mentioned to the staff, so they must have had a word to them as it was quieter on our last night. The dining chairs and kitchen carpet were a bit grubby,

• YU FEN (10/5): The location is great, the room is comfortable and bright, and the value for money is excellent. - The room was very spacious. It’s about a 6-minute walk to the subway station, and only 2 minutes to a 24-hour convenience store. Super convenient! Due to my flight schedule, I needed early check-in and luggage storage. The staff responded promptly and were very kind and helpful. I’m truly grateful for their support. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful stay and a great experience in Tokyo! I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room. One small suggestion: since it's on the top floor and gets bright quite early (around 4 a.m.), adding curtains or blackout blinds could make it even better for sleeping.

• Rachael (8/5): Clean and calm - just get there by curfew! - Clean and new, very much as advertised. Each bed is two singles joined together so you can fit 4 couples or multiple children sleep-wise. Hairdryer provided as well as iron. Washing machine handy, especially with all the layers needed in winter. Ueno Park is a nice area out of the central hubbub but an easy Ginza Line train away from it. Our flight landed late, which meant we arrived at 10:03pm and then could not enter the property nor get a response online or by phone. Whole family had to wait in the cold night until another guest thankfully arrived with a way to get in. Also, there is no dryer, nor access to the balcony, so you have to hang wet clothes on a rack and clothes hangers and blast with the aircon heating.
