• Hazman (8/5): Great stay, cozy and comfortable for both business or leisure. - The hotel is very cozy and comfortable. I was very satisfied with the whole layout of the room. Was able to give focus in doing my work and even had a very good sleep. The only thing I feel that can be better/upgraded is the food. The local dishes was satisfactory but the western/fusion dishes tasted a bit localized and not hotel standards. • Emylia (10/5): - i like everything about this hotel. i feel like ive my own privacy staying here. the cleaning staff also helpful. on day two, the staff asked if i want to have a cleaning service which i dont get this kind of service at others hotel. i had no issues staying here since im kinda picky with hotel. the toilet is perfect and clean.

From the elegant interior design to the serene atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with premium amenities that made the stay feel both relaxing and exclusive. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding — professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire visit. The facilities, especially the pool and dining experience, exceeded expectations and added to the premium resort-style ambience in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast selection was excellent with a wide variety of quality choices. Overall, an exceptional staycation experience and definitely one of the finest hotels to experience in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.
• Yu Rong (8/5): - Room was very comfortable I didn’t have any issues at all. Breakfast in bed also arrived 10 minutes early. Great value hotel would recommend anyone who is looking for a place in PJ. It was very busy on a weekend. It was not as quiet as I would have liked. The pool was also very busy with lots of kids. If you’re looking for a relaxing place away this might not be it. I wished they did not call us earlier in the morning just to confirm our breakfast order. We were woken up an hour earlier than the expected arrival for breakfast. The lifts were hard to use, sometimes full and waiting for the next one would take forever especially during check in and check out times. Sometimes it doesn’t function properly after tapping your room card and we were taken to different floors before I could get to mine.

• NURSUHANA (10/5): Nica staycation - We love the food, so many options for breakfast. The room is clean, modern and pretty. The bed is so comfortable. Tv got astro sports, movies, youtubes. Easy access to wifi. Easy access to parking as well. The swimming pool is clean and spacy. Overall it is good staycation. The slippers in the room. At least to provide free room slippers like other hotel did. Not some black slippers that we dont know how many ppl already used it and it is not comfortable.

• Nur Arina (5/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay but definitely could’ve been better. - Room were nice, the ambiance was amazing and clean. M resort Spa was the best experience I’ve ever had there so far. Their spa is definitely 5/5 in my opinion! Food was amazing and did not disappoint, kudos to the Chefs! Service unfortunately weren’t that great. As a 5 star hotel, I would have expected more from services. Most staff weren’t that knowledgeable when asked about services unless you speak to a senior staff. For etc I enquired about Express laundry to housekeeping and it takes me about 20 calls back and forth because they don’t know the difference between iron pressing and dry cleaning. Another thing was we stayed there for 6nights and decided to extend our stay one more night to Executive Suite room. I enquired about moving to other room earlier instead of checking out at 12pm and checking in at 3pm. Answer I received from front desk is just a simple “no” and I have to call them the latest 11.30am if I can check in early or later accordingly to availability. You guys can’t make any flexibility for your extended stay guests at all? Other issue was language barrier. I noticed when some staff couldn’t speak English or understand their clients, they tend to ignore the guests requests instead. And very rare to hear the staff saying “Good Morning” “Good Afternoon” when passing by guests. Lastly, the “broken machine”. When me and my husband wanted to order Coffee, Milkshake or pressed juices, seems like everything broke down.

The entire hotel was spotless, clean, and beautifully maintained. Truly a high-class stay with a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended!

• Aishah AA. (10/5): Superb service in a great city hotel with resort styled amenities! Will come back :) - As we stepped into the room the view of golf course is breathtaking. Love the amenities - kids club, sauna room and the swimming pool is large and well maintained. (Note - the slide is very very fast! Fun!) The lobby is well designed, good for weaiting and short hang out. Breakfast spread is always good in Malaysia hotels - have a lot of options. Location is great for a short city escape, and they provided with shuttle bus to nearby malls. Grateful for the friendly staff, specially the chef & wait staff during dinner who provided our baby with something off the menu (she just want buttered toast at night) Even the towel staff at the swimming pool always greet us with a smile. Big thanks to the shuttle bus drivers - Friendly & helpful. These little touches made us feel welcome :)Happy to come back for their kind service. More destinations for shuttle bus service. Dinner to have more kids friendly food (boring kids food - nuggets, white pasta etc) To have Playground & access to nearby green areas for walks would definately be an added bonus
