- Amanda (5/5): Amazing views and food, but the place feels neglected and very different from the photos. - The view is absolutely stunning. The mountain view from the sauna bungalow is beautiful, and the breakfast terrace also has a really impressive panorama that we truly loved. The dinner was also very good — thank you for that. It was an extra charge, but the homemade food was very tasty. For two evenings with two dishes and salad we paid around 50€, which felt fair. The bungalow itself was okay, although there are still many things that need fixing. For example, there was hot water only in the shower but not in the sink. There were also damaged details on the floor and around the doors/electricity that should definitely be repaired. These are smaller things individually, but together they create the feeling that the place is not properly maintained. Honestly, our expectations were much higher than the reality. The photos on Booking create the impression of a small, stylish mountain resort with service, a nice pool area, bar, restaurant, chill zones, and a beautiful maintained environment. In reality, it felt much more like a simple bed & breakfast in nature. The entire property looked abandoned or untouched after winter — almost like nobody had stayed there for a year and now guests are suddenly accepted again without proper preparation. The pool was empty and dirty, the chill areas were dirty, and the breakfast terrace looked messy and not hygienic. The garden and grass were completely wild, and overall it looked like nobody takes care of the property anymore. I’m not saying wild nature itself is bad — it can actually be beautiful — but the problem is that the place promises something much more chic and polished in the photos. That contrast is disappointing. The staff situation also felt strange. There was a very kind couple trying their best, but they worked there as volunteers and often seemed confused about things. There was also a man who seemed like the owner or manager, and although he constantly asked how we were feeling, it didn’t feel like he truly cared enough to improve anything around the property. It was already the end of May, and I honestly don’t understand why everything still looked damaged, messy, and forgotten after winter. That’s the saddest part, because this place could truly be amazing again with proper care and attention. The price itself is actually not bad for what you get, especially considering the view and the option to order homemade food. But the main disappointment comes from the difference between what is advertised and what you actually receive. I really hope that someday this place will look stunning again, because the location and potential are fantastic. Right now it just feels sad and neglected.

Neither they helped us when we asked about that Breakfast is small and not good, absolutely not like in their pictures

- Rebecca (10/5): Great stay in nature with amazing views and food. - The view is amazing. We have been there for nature and climbing and that’s exactly what we got. Amazing views of the rocks during breakfast. The Turkish breakfast was really great as well. You can also have freshly cooked dinner there which we did (Turkish traditional food but also pasta, salads and co.). Everything tasted really good and I can recommend getting a side salad cause it was extra amazing! Also our host was super nice and helpful, thought us some Turkish and spoke great English. And they have super cute cats and a dog. We stayed in a cozy bungalow. Since it is quite far up in the village where not a lot is going on I would highly recommend a rental car to get to places. There is also a bus though. There are also lots of stairs so you should be fine walking those. Regarding furniture some of it could’ve been a bit higher quality (e.g. door of sauna not closing properly, wobbly faucet,…) but that didn’t really affect our stay so value for money was still good.

- nirakrebeis (8/5): Fantastische Aussicht - Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit Bungalows im Garten. Fantastische Aussicht aufs Klettergebiet bis nach Antalya. Geräumige Bungalows. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Abendessen kann à la carte bestellt werden und wird frisch zubereitet. Gartenanlage mit vielen Frucht- und Olivenbäumen. In der Toilette riecht es komisch z.T. nach Kanalisation, mit offenem Fenster problemlos. Früchte oder Fruchtsaft zum Frühstück wäre wünschenswert. Pool wird nicht geheizt. Bettgestell knarzt bei jeder Bewegung, sonst bequem.

- Xaver (7/5): Eigentlich eine nette Mountain Lodge im Boutique-Style, aber mit einigen erheblichen Schwächen - Die Mountain Lodge ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht bis nach Antalya. Unser Zimmer war hell und freundlich mit Blick über das Tal. Die Matratzen waren weich, aber angenehm. Das Frühstück ist fein und kann auf der Aussichtsterrasse eingenommen werden. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und nett. Deshalb tut es mir auch etwas leid, dass ich der Unterkunft unten auch eine Reihe von negativen Punkten berichten muss. Wir hatten während der 3 Tage nahezu nie warmes Wasser, mussten also kalt duschen. Abends war es im Restaurant teilweise zu kühl, v.a. wenn der Ofen nicht an war (November). Am letzten Abend gab es von der Speisekarte fast nichts mehr auszuwählen, weil in der Küche scheinbar die Vorräte ausgegangen waren. Aufgrund dieser doch erheblichen Einschränkungen wissen wir nicht, ob wir nochmals die APA Lodge wählen würden.
- Björn (9/5): Such a lovely place - Super nice staff tried their very best to fulfill our wishes for a pleasant stay at any time of the day. Comfortable lodge accommodated us for our climbing and relaxing stay in a stunning landscape surrounding the place. Best feature for us was that any meal was optionally served to the room.
- Crane (9/5): - The location was fantastic, was a perfect base for our trip and we were spoilt by our hosts. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace in the sun, and the bungalow was very peaceful and private. Gendama (the dog) was a particular highlight and stole our hearts. We arrived during the quiet season, so the chef wasn't around all the time of our stay, but there are various restaurants you can visit if you have a car. Food was more expensive than the surrounding area.

It is a really nice place for people who are looking for peace and quiet. The drive there was scary. Google maps does not give you the right ways always and there was not enough signs on the road with the hotel name on them. It was very hard to drive there after dark.

- natasha (10/5): Definately worth a few days or longer - The mountains are beautiful, the breakfast amazing and the staff very friendly. The pool was sufficiently big and the pool area nice. The bungalow some of our party stayed in was lovely and spacious and with its own area for sitting out and sauna. You could even make a fire in the outside area. We stayed in the main house and the room and bathroom were very nice, we were offered an upgrade but happily stayed in that room. The food is to order and was good, reasonable price and with choice but you just need to remember to order an hour before you want to eat. The owners were there and bent over backward to help us find places to go and make sure we were happy. Jadlon was brilliant ensuring we were happy etc. He even did a little music DJ ing with dance for our teens on the last night. Breakfast was substantial and varied ( you pay extra for orange juice but it was good and we were happy to). Views stunning. Lots of places to be alone if you wanted but friendly too. The roads are fine but only if you go the right way. You need to take the furtherst road around the village as some of the other roads are difficult. Would be good to have a little map on website showing best route as when we came we went up some very small roads expected in mountains. There are a few but not many restaurants in town - this did not bother us as we either went on way to or back from excursion or ordered in from hotel. One night we ate out in the village which was nice and cheap but bit confusing with food choice.

Extremely pretty boutique hotel To stay in a mountain lodge with the perfect view you got to take the road not taken, so need to be patient and you will get there. There was no wifi the entire time we were there. They charged us for water and breakfast I guess because we didn't know what were being charged for as water per day should be complimentary and breakfast was included in our stay but since they didn't understand English we didn't really ask any further.

- Carmen (3/5): Absolutely not worth the money. - Staff was nice. Views were beautiful The place is nice and quiet, with a stunning view. We stayed in one of the cabins with sauna, big enough, and with a certain charm. The crew was polite and willing to help even though they barely spoke English or none. When dining at the restaurant, you could order from the room and everything was ready once you got there (which was very convenient since we had to dine and breakfast with a puffer jacket). But for a pretended 5 stars hotel and its price, it was far from it and the stay was absolute not worth the money. The night we arrived we felt like we were disturbing, the man who welcomed us was having diner and still chewing while making us sign the check-in papers. Then, in a very approximate English he made us follow him to our cabin and with no explanation or whatsoever he left us there. The room was at the outside temperature of 10C and even though we managed to make the heater work on our own we spent the first night fully dressed to sleep. The sauna was thought to be a good comfort but the isolation was so bad it couldn’t heat properly (with litres of water on the hot stones and wirh a proper work out in the sauna we managed to broke a few sweat). No hot water in the shower. It’s ok to take a cold shower after the sauna when the sauna is really hot, which not the case obviously. The whole staff consisted of a single lady for the first three days, very nice by the way, who didn’t speak English and was absolutely not able to help. After 3 days, new staff members came in, still none of them understood english or barely, they made a few adjustments on the heat regulator with our help, at 9 pm, and upgraded the water from ice cold to less cold. They proposed to move us in an other cabin but the “less cold” we have now is the same in all other cabins apparently, so we stayed in our room.

- Demet (6/5): Beautiful hotel but needs improvements - Beautiful design in and out, amazing views, good breakfast and dinner options. Bungalows are very spacious. It’s so great to chill in the bungalow balcony anytime during the day. The kind staff! They always made sure we were served fast and gave us little treats. Melek Hanim’s dishes are delicious. Cleaning was terrible! The state of the bathroom was really bad when we arrived with shattered glasses, wine stains on surfaces and towels, hairs in the shower drain. We almost hurt ourselves due to broken glasses on the floor. It looked like somebody drank wine and broke a glass and the room wasn’t cleaned. There was no housekeeping at all even though we were asked if we would like a cleaning and we said yes but still nobody came to clean. We had good times and got along with everyone there but unfortunately the cleaning was a big negative. Also it’s not the hotel’s fault but there are shotgun noises at night from local farmers to scare off wild animals which made sleep terrible for me and our baby… I also did not like the wild dogs and cats roaming everywhere especially in the restaurant area, going on chairs and tables. All the pillows in lounge areas looked filthy and full of animal hairs…

Breakfast is generous and delicious, i couldnt even finish it most days because there was so much! I extended an extra week! Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Very helpful, because otherwise without this it might be difficult to find. Dinnen could be ordered upon arrival. This was very plesant, there are no other restaurants around. All was good. Like other comments, only go when you have a car. Don’t have any fear of driving narrow mountainroads

Also got charged 415 Turkish lira for 4 glasses of juice that we had for breakfast, even though breakfast was included in the price of the hotel room and we didn’t have anything else to drink. No one told us that we have to pay for the juice when ordering, had to pay when we gave back the key. It’s not about the money, it’s the way it made us feel. Left this hotel feeling like we were mugged off.
- Gullar (1/5): Avoid this spot if you're traveling with children or have allergies - The hotel has a nice view, nice restaurant, sufficient size pool, and clean bungalow (apart from the bathroom - particularly toilet tank). 1. The location is quite remote, with challenging roads leading to the property and few nearby amenities. 2. The kitchen has a strict policy against bringing food into the rooms, and there is no room service available despite what the description suggests. 3. This is not a typical 5-star hotel but rather a small guesthouse managed by three individuals responsible for cleaning, managing, and cooking. 4. The food offered is expensive and of low quality, with restrictions on bringing outside food into the rooms, so be prepared for limited dining options. Additionally, the kitchen can take up to an hour to prepare your order, and not everything listed on the menu is always available. 5. Ongoing construction work right across from the bungalows contributes to a noise level higher than that in the city. 6. If you have allergies to dogs or cats, this may not be the best place for you, as stray animals roam freely and are even allowed in the restaurant. 7. It's important to inform the staff of any allergies in advance, as they do not inquire and may not have suitable food options available. 8. Check your food bills at the check-out to avoid being overcharged. 9. Find out who is in charge for feedback etc from the day you arrive as the communication between working personnel is very poor. 10. Don't book more than 2 nights non-refundable - you won't get your money back, and I assure there are a lot of surprises that are not written in the hotel description.

- Simona (1/5): Do not recommend. - Mountain view. The place is dirty and not well maintained. We switched the rooms the first day, because the room was dirty, smelled of sewage and there was a toilet leaking. It was also hard to communicate with the staff, English is very limited and that creates extra problems. When we moved to a new room we didn't notice until bed time that the linens were used and torn. Owner cleaned it herself the next day and it was better, but it was the only time our room was cleaned during our 5 day stay. Breakfast was very average, one egg which they didn't even ask how to prepare, not enough fruits or vegetables. Brwakfast area also wasn't very vleans despote the gact that hotel wasn't very busy. The pool was clean, but small-max 2 person at the time. Hotel uses false advertising when it states that it is a luxury 5 star boutique hotel - it is misleading and it is not correct.
- Bekdaulet (9/5): Superb - The view is wonderful. Very beautiful garden. The houses are neat and clean. Staff are wonderful. Omer bey and Husein made our stay nice and comfortable. Very delicious dinner and breakfast. Cats and dogs wandering around in the garden. Cats in the dining place. But we were offered to eat in the terrace upstairs where cats do not come, which made our stay more comfortable than it might be.

- Paige (7/5): Yes… as a 3 star hotel, not 5 star. - Loved the view of the mountains. Beautiful location. The room was comfortable and the sauna was lush. The rooms were actually quite nice. Love the tranquility and perfect for a few days rest. Not sure where to start. This is NOT a 5 star property. It’s a 3.5 star at most. Had it been rated 3 stars my rating would be more closer to a 10. However, with 5 star expectations, I’m afraid I cannot rate this higher than a 7/10 - and that’s only because of the view and room. The biggest disappointment is the food. 1/5. Please don’t call it la carte when it’s so obviously not. I’ve been to over 100 hotels, this is NOT ok to promote with fake pictures on the menu. They also charge 5* la carte prices, such a rip off. The staff cook the food, there’s no trained chef. Only stayed a few days and costed us £170 for dinner for one night for 2 people, 1 lunch and about 10 drinks - only 3 alcoholic. Breakfast was free, consisted of an egg, bread, and cheese. We had to spend €75 getting a taxi into town on our second night to get some decent food as we couldn’t take it no more. The 3 staff were friendly-ish, but they were overworked having to do literally everything. Act as cleaners, servers, chefs, receptionists, and everything else. When we first arrived our sauna weren’t working, and after going back and fourth with the staff, who claimed I only paid for a standard room and they gave me a free upgrade - although I showed them my booking that clearly stated sauna and costed x amount more than a standard room, they changed our room, which I was so thankful for. The pool looked kinda clean, but the sunbed/chairs were filthy. The rooms are lovely but the main bit needs a revamp/cleaning. To be honest, my main issue is that this hotel is rated as 5*, I’m very surprised booking has this wrong - maybe it’s from when it first was new, with a chef. This place has so much potential. Like I said, had this been a 3 star hotel… then yeah. I would still recommend this hotel for a one night stay, just for the view 😍 stunning.

We came with a rented car and navigated the narrow mountain streets was quite an adventure we will never forget. The hotel is pretty cozy and the village is amazing, but you must have a car to enjoy the surroundings. The room was very nice and we had a lovely stray dog sleeping under the bunglo. The staff was quite friendly and it had a laid back feeling. The food prices were on the expensive side, maybe perhaps due to the remote location.

I also went trekking and explored the surrounding areas, which was amazing, too. Plus, it is not too far from the city. The staff were amazing. Could not do enough for me. Perfect little setup. I am very happy. I can honestly say there was not anything I did not like.

Definitely I’ll come back again. The last few km to the hotel is challenging. The road is narrow, unpaved, and has many ups and downs so I recommend better use a taxi or pick up service from the hotel. And the WiFi is very slow and unstable.

The staff was nice, we enjoyed our breakfasts, dishes from the menu were overall good. The area is very well taken care of, our bungaloo was very clean and cozy. Oh, an I loved the pool! The food from the menu is quite pricy, no shops or other restaurants in the area. Although I really liked the place, I would not grade it as a 5 star hotel, rather a 4 star.

If you don't drink tea nothing to drink at breakfast! It was cold, no heating turned on. The fire in the lounge area not lit, so too cold to sit there. Terrible drains smell in the room. Drinks not chilled. Place ready for a face lift!!

A must visit. - The location of this hotel in the mountains meant that the vista was superb overlooking Antalya. The host made us feel very welcome and although there was a language barrier (our fault), he went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed, even though we appeared to be the only guests. Dinner was available and freshly prepared; very nice. The breakfast was lovely, in the small conservatory which overlooked the mountains; a very pleasant way to start the day. We couldn't get the sauna to work, but this didn't bother us and we didn't ask for any help. As a suggestion, some instructions in the lodge might be useful. Not a negative, just a suggestion to enhance the experience.

I loved the experience in every meaning of the word! I would definitely recommend it. Awesome property with awesome, breathtaking views! The road leading to the property can be a little difficult to navigate, especially at night… But I guess that’s part of what makes it interesting.

- Shamas (10/5): Amazing Experience! - Absolutely beautiful place. Stunning location. Cabins are amazing with all of the amenities one would need. The breakfast was sublime! Staff were wonderfully polite and efficient. (Osman/Ali). We have driven and travelled through 6 Turkish cities in 14 days and this place was one of the best highlights and experiences throughout. I would definitely recommend and hopefully be visiting again soon. Must be amazing in the winter too. NOTHING. 110% GREAT.

These breakfasts include one egg/omelet, bread, cheese, 4 olives and a lot of jams and marmalade was not satisfied at all. They have charged for extra green tea and granola… And - probably as everywhere near Antalya the smell from the bathroom

The shower was lukewarm, not hot. Some of the staff, while trying to assist, were rather unprofessional. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price, but the coffees we had I later found on the bill. (I didn't have to pay them after I complained about this.)

First of all the location is terrible. It's too far from the airport and the beach. The road to the hotel is so curvy and steep and if you take a taxi he will be yelling all the time. We had to rent a car at the end since the hotel is too far and taxi will be so expensive to commute to beach and the city. Second of all the breakfast is below average, they charged me for orange juice, cappuccino and latte and they said it was not included in breakfast! So disappointed. What does "breakfast included" mean if you cannot get juice and cappuccino for free. Third of all, the guy who serves the food is not polite, he didn't smile once and didn't even say Hi to us. There was a day that we didn't have hot water in the shower for several hours and they didn't even say sorry for that.

- Daniel (10/5): Wonderful experience, would definitely recommend - Location, overall coziness, peace and quiet, very nicely designed property layout, decent facilities, extremely cute dogs and cats I met on the property. Staff didn't speak English. But they used google translate to communicate efficiently. I found it convenient to communicate with them in a WhatsApp chat. Wi-fi worked intermittently. So does the usual cellular internet connection (due to the location I guess). We had trouble streaming movies without interruption, but the connection was always good enough for the work purposes.
- Agata (5/5): Passable - The location was great and the place itself was very nice. I enjoyed the cool mountain air and the nature and living in the villa and the views. The food(when I managed to obtain it was of high quality. I stayed for two days but my towels were never changed Personnel told me I can only order food after 17-00 but later I discovered a card in my room telling a la carte food is available between 12-30 and 17-00. Why lie to me? Or, if you cannot provide food, why prohibit bringing your own? I ended up driving to a cafe 10 km away but what should your non-driving guests do? Every day and especially evening personnel used to sit and chat under my window so I had to choose between silence and fresh air. They generally acted rather as if they were guests themselves.

Arrived at 01:45 and the chap insisted we pay on arrival even though booking.com had deducted full funds for the stay. The language barrier was difficult. I made the mistake of paying again thinking we could sort it out- two months later I was still chasing up on my refund- to date I have not been fully paid. APA are extremely bad at communicating and it can take up to 5 working days to get a response. Wouldn’t returned because of the above.

The road to the lodge is a bit difficult because it is in the mountains. You need a car to move around in the area. It’s a little secluded. The kids of other families in the bungalows next to us made a lot of noise until 11 pm!
- Arkhipenko (10/5): Wonderful Secluded Gem in the Mountains - Excellent small secluded hotel. We had a bungalow with a private sauna with a Mountain View! Very clean and comfortable bungalow that smelled pleasantly of wood. The hotel staff was great and treated us like family. We felt welcome and comfortable. Since we didn’t have a car, we were pretty much stuck near the hotel as it’s hard to walk due to elevation. But it wasn’t a problem, as the property is great and they have a good restaurant that will cook food to order all day long:). The food was fresh and delicious, especially the salads and chicken! The pool was also fantastic and we spent our afternoons splashing around and drinking fresh orange juice:) Its a very secluded and quiet place, with a gorgeous Mountain View, great to watch the sunrise and stargaze. We did take a few walks nearby, there is a gorgeous forest surrounding the area and ancient ruins of Trabenna, which was charming and also quiet. If you wish to get around, I suggest renting a car and also buying or bringing some snacks or everyday items, as there isn’t a store nearby. Another shoutout to the hotel staff is for saving the day and taking us to the airport. The taxi company I ordered did not arrive at the designated time at 6 am and was unresponsive in the morning (confirmed in the evening). I had to call and wake up the admin (as I checked out the night before and was planning to just leave in the morning)…. Well, I thought we would miss our flight because it’s impossible to get a taxi there on a short notice. Another staff member drove us to the airport in his personal car to make sure we made our flight. That was so generous and caring of them! I am very grateful to this place for our holiday there! Wonderful place and people. The only negative was the absence of Wi-Fi in our bungalow, which was fine for us because we wanted to unplug. Used Wi-Fi by the pool and other common areas.
