• Norbert (8/5): Apartment , war sauber und sehr geräumig , Personal sehr freudlich , check-in und check-out in 5 Min - gebucht ohne Frühstück WC ..sehr sehr klein für Personen mit Übergewicht wohl nicht zugängig .. Lach Küchengeschirr zu gering , z.B. 2 Teelöffel für 3 Personen Kaffeemaschine , Kaffeefilterhalter war leichter Schimmel wurde wohl lange nicht benutzt
• Yuval (10/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay in Munich - The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location was convenient, close to public transportation, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall we had a very good stay. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Henry (4/5): - The cleanliness. They do it on a daily basis. Though they take care of some details I booked the apartment and the cooker wasn't working and I had made everything to cook . The receptionist tried to help. I was disappointed she couldn't think to provide an alternative. The apartment side doesn't have an elevator. I was leaving on the 5th floor. I had to checkout 2 days earlier. On my departure I wanted to express my feelings about the whole situation but the lady was talking all the time. I finally left without expressing myself. The stay there was a disaster. The most disgusting is the lack of an elevator.

• Mikhail (8/5): A great place to stay - Nice location with great access to public transport. Clean and comfortable apartment, a lot of space. Great staff. Underground parking is a huge plus. With just a touch of cosmetic renovation and some updates to the interior, it could easily become an outstanding option - a place that truly stands out among similar ones.

• Anna (5/5): - Das Appartement hatte eine gute Raumaufteilung, sodass alle 4 Personen gut untergebracht waren. Die Lage zur U-Bahn war super . Das Frühstück war super und das Personal freundlich. Da wir ein Apartment im Nebengebäude hatten kann ich nur darüber berichten. Es war nicht sauber beim Check in und auch in der ganzen Woche wurde Max. Oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Es wurden keine Böden oder ähnliches geputzt. Dazu kommt , das es in der Woche 2 Partys von Anwohnern im Nebengebäude gab die bis spät in die Nacht gingen.
• Andreas (7/5): - Die Apartment Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern war sehr geräumig, es gab genug Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Toilette hätte schon längst gewechselt werden müssen. Es sind viele Ablagerungen vorhanden, die auch mit Putzen nicht mehr verschwinden. Es wäre schön, wenn zumindest grundlegende Sachen wie Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker in der Küche vorhanden wären.
• Dries (9/5): - Perfect location, with a tram and metro almost in front of the hotel entrance. Very friendly staff. We stayed in one of the apartments and they were just great. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. In the kitchen there was a huge fridge with a big freezer compartment too. Ideal if you want to do the cooking yourself. There was hardly any hot water from the kitchen tap (amount of the water, the temperature was okay), which made it a bit difficult to do the dishes. The hot water in the bathroom was okay. The apartments have a balcony and our neighbours downstairs were quite loud in the evenings, while they were sitting outside. Luckily they got quite every evening at 10PM. The apartments don't have an elevator, which can be a hurdle. The wifi was quite poor in some rooms.

• Pavel (8/5): Very good - Hotel is 50 meters away from the U5 station Friedenhelmer strasse. The district is quiet. The staff on reception is very nice, friendly and ready to help. The apartment is very clean with daily room cleaning. I stayed in apartment #8 on the 5th floor with no elevator and air conditioner (I was provided with a fan). WiFi was not available in the appartment for 3 days though hotel staff was trying their best to fix the problem. Had to connect to WiFi on reception.

• Glen (7/5): Good - Location was well away from city but very close to Metro. Big unit for the group. Stairs were difficult to negotiate with luggage. Only single bathroom and toilet for four adults was inconvenient at times.
• Mark (4/5): 2 Bedroom Apartment 10 mins out of Munich - Spacious 2 bedroom apartment about 10 mins train ride from the City. Beds were comfortable. The entrance to the subway is right next to the property. Full supermarkets, shops and decent restaurants are all approx 10 mins walk. Public transportation in and around the area was very good. Our room had a water leak, a broken fan and the dishes were dirty. There was also no facilities to wash the dirty dishes despite it being an apartment with a Kitchen. The booking stated there were Ironing facilities and this was not true. Warning, there is no elevator here. Big bags have to be hauled up stairs.

• Jared (10/5): - Large apartment which is tough to find in Europe. Sound proof rooms were incredible. Good location. Close to train to get to old town. Kitchen lacked dish towels and a couple other things and ran out of toilet paper during our stay
• Linda (8/5): - Wir haben nach einem ruhigen Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern gesucht. Dafür war die Unterkunft ideal. Die Schlafräume gingen zum Hinterhof. Sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung war eher rustikal. Wer Modernität erwartet ist hier falsch. Das war uns aber egal. Alles sehr sauber. Der sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft sorgt für den Sterneabzug.

• jisook (6/5): - 핸드워시나 바디워시가 있기는 했지만 용기 펌프 부분이 깨져 있어 작동이 안 되더라구요. 외출하고 돌아왔더니 물병에 물이 채워져 있고 침대이불만 달랑 정돈 되어 있는 거 보고 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 룸청소 요청도 안했는데 말입니다. 청소하시는 분이 정리하다 나증에 착오가 있었다는 걸 알아서 나갔는지는 모르겠습니다만 좀 황당했어요. 엘리베이터가 없는 것도 좀 블편했어요. 지하철역 바로 옆이라는 장점은 있습니다.
• Andrew (8/5): Overall a great place to stay. - Clean and tidy. Load or space in the apartment. Close to the underground. No air conditioning.
• Matthew (2/5): Wrong room - Hotel gave us the wrong suite (significantly smaller than what we paid for) and had booked out the correct room to someone else. Thankfully they did have another to correct the issue somewhat but it's air conditioner was broken so was very hot all night.

• Anne (8/5): Overall very good and we would recommend but our small requests should have been granted. - Great location. Great access to public transport. Quiet for sleeping. Comfortable beds. Spacious. Kitchen is badly equipped. Almost no cooking utensils. Not enough cutlery and not enough plates and bowls. Oven is not very clean. We had to buy our own mugs because there were none. There are only very small coffee cups. I asked for bigger cups at reception and I was refused. I was told they were only used for the hotel breakfast and I could not have any. I have never before stayed in a place without mugs.
• Mustapha (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect for my needs. Staff very helpful. No lift. A bit hard if your apartment is in the upper floors.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good for groups, bit outdated rooms, ok breakfast - Good for a big group. The rooms are a bit out dated and old. Okay check-in experience. Always a bit disappointing when the receptionist is smoking outside of the main entrance, and you have to wait to check in. Breakfast was decent. Location is right next to a U-Bahnhof stop so you can easily get around.

The only regret is the lack of light, especially in the living room, and the kitchen could be better stocked (no teapot, no large cup, no cutting board, no kettle, no small knives, no crockery kit). You'd expect better from a 4-star hotel.

• Sandrine (6/5): Hôtel au calme à deux pas du centre en métro ! - Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans cet hôtel situé dans un quartier calme à quelques minutes du centre ville grâce au métro juste en face de l’établissement. En revanche, nous avions réservé un appartement pour 3 personnes avec 2 lits simples et un canapé lit mais le canapé lit est en fait un lit d’appoint qui n’est pas du tout adapté pour un adulte et de ce fait très inconfortable. Nous l’avions signalé mais rien a été fait. Dommage car l’appartement est spacieux, calme (sauf si vous tombez sur des voisins bruyants car tout raisonne mais c’est le cas partout) et propre. Bref, l’appartement est idéal pour un couple.

A bit pricey, but it was also Oktoberfest. Careful for anyone with walking issues as the flat it was on the 4th story, and just stairs, no elevator.

Dishwasher did not work; tv channels listed on card were not available; tv handset in bedroom nearest kitchen did not work (I changed the batteries and it still did not work); kettle was full of limescale; apartment had not been vacuumed in a while; soap dispenser in toilet empty; shower soap dispenser was non existent-the bracket was missing it seemed; wifi was weak in the whole apartment; door bin under kitchen sink broken.

• Dmitry (8/5): Very good - Huge rooms! Location is just 20 seconds from U-Bahn elevator (15 minutes to city center). OK selection of kitchen cutlery. Laundry is in the same apartment block in the basement. Dishwasher in our room was broken, though they sent a technician to fix it next working day A window in kitchen goes to internal closed technical room with some noisy mechanisms. From somebody who likes bright kitchen it may be a minus.
