• Michelle (8/5): Great find and a wonderful stay with amazing views 😍 - Great location. Lovey rooms but could do with a bit of maintenance.and some things left unfinished which is a shame.Absolutly wonderful views. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms had no kettle for tea/ coffee. The sink cupboard in our bathroom was falling off. And wires coming out of the wall by the balcony. My mother's bathroom light wasn't working.

The staff were helpful and service-minded, especially Fati who really stood out and made our stay extra nice. The breakfast had a good variety and everything felt fresh. We would happily come back!

• Martina (7/5): - Ottima posizione per le escursioni in barca e per raggiungere il centro. Vista mare. Avevo prenotato una stanza con vista mare, ma all'arrivo era stata assegnata una camera vista giardino con un difetto al letto. Una volta segnalato il problema alla reception, ci è stata data la camera effettivamente prenotata. Bagno piccolo e discreto, pecca un po' di pulizia e confort. La colazione non molto abbondante.

• Carlos (2/5): - Qué solo estuve una noche Tiene un cartel de mejor hotel de Booking de 2015 y es como si no se hubiera hecho ningún mantenimiento desde entonces. Pintura levantada en las paredes, suelo de madera agrietado, la lámpara de mesilla no tenía bombilla, el mueble de la nevera toda la madera rota por la humedad, UNA percha en el armario, solo una toalla pequeña por lo que o te secas las manos o mojas todo el suelo al salir de la ducha, las baldosas del baño completamente desgastadas, el aire acondicionado no enfría (será por eso que te dejan un ventilador), las sábanas, las almohadas, la mesilla y el suelo con pelos de otros huéspedes, la sabana para taparte era de cama individual siendo una habitación doble... Demasiados detalles que dan la sensación de que les da igual todo mientras pagues y lo siento mucho pero por 108€ la noche me esperaba muchísimo más

Purtroppo la pulizia delle camere e delle zone comuni non è buona, le tende oscuranti della camera erano rotte. Ho pagato il prezzo aggiuntivo per la vista mare ma la camera non aveva la vista mare.

• Suleyman (4/5): - de locatie we wouden onmiddellijk vertrekken want met de sleutel van de kamer kun je gewoon alle kamers openen. we hadden 3 kamers vandaar dat we dat ontdekt hadden. Eén van onze medereizigers mocht van de dokter niet verder reizen en hebben de 3 dagen dus maar uitgezeten

• wonderlustdream (6/5): Correct pour une nuit. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique. Possibilité de se garer sur place. La vue sur la baie depuis la chambre est très jolie. Accès à la plage compris. Petit déjeuner correct. La chambre que nous avons occupée à besoin de rénovation (peinture, sol, fermer le trou des câbles pour la tv, etc.). La porte est compliquée à ouvrir de l'intérieur de la chambre. La partie bloquant le verrou sur le cadre de la porte est fissuré et risque de casser à tout moment. La porte semble également déjà avoir été forcée de l'extérieur. Pour un 4 étoiles on s'attend à avoir une chambre impeccable ce qui n'a malheureusement pas été le cas.

• Dietmar (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war ok wurde aber durch die beschriebenen Probleme negativ beeinträchtigt. - Die Lage des Hotels am Ende der Promenade war sehr gut. Man ist nicht von lauter Hotels umgeben und daher ist es relativ ruhig. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Andere Hotels könnten sich daran ein Beispiel nehmen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und herzlich. Das WLAN auf dem Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Man ist phasenweise gezwungen sich auf den Flur oder in die Lobby zu begeben. Die Situation auf dem Hotelparkplatz ist albanisch chaotisch. Trotz Angestellten für den Parplatz wird in zweiter und dritter Reihe geparkt und nicht dagegen vorgegangen Hier bedarf es echt einer Änderung.
• Nathalie (4/5): Hotel met potentie maar voor ons niet meer. - De locatie aan het begin van de boulevard, kamer was vrij ruim en het hotel heeft potentie. Parkeren mogelijk bij het hotel. Onderhoud van de ruimtes, hospitallity, er kan geen vriendelijk woord van het personeel af. Douche kapot, water loopt niet af in de wasbak. Toiletrolhouder stuk, water loopt onder de douchewand door want de kitrand is klaar. Overal beschadigingen in de vloer. Wat ons betreft totaal geen 4 sterren waard en zeker de prijs niet al heeft het zeker gezien de ligging potentie maar het heeft echt aandacht nodig.

• MARIA (7/5): - Tiene una buena ubicación, zona del puerto. Zona turistica. Donde hay mercadillos, dan conciertos, restaurantes, etc. Cerca de una para de bus interurbano, no de la terminal de autobuses. Al lado del puerto que es ideal para si vas a usar ferrys. Me cortaron el agua, cuando subí del desayuno no había. El baño incómodo y con moho.. el agua salía de la ducha y te resbalabas aunque había zapatillas pero nada cómodo. Las vistas al exterior son grandes ventanales pero no son traslucidos y desde fuera se ve todo, tienes que estar con las cortinas si quieres un poco de privacidad.
• Jetmir (4/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich sehr gut – zentral und nah am Meer. Besonders positiv war auch der große Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Außerdem war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sie hat uns sogar geholfen, den Kinderwagen zu tragen. Schon bei der Ankunft war der Aufzug kaputt. Selbst wenn er mal funktionierte, war er extrem langsam – eine echte Geduldsprobe. Ich hatte ein Familienzimmer gebucht, bekam aber ein Zimmer voller Schimmel. Ob das absichtlich passiert ist, weiß ich nicht – aber ich hatte das Gefühl, dass einheimische Touristen dort nicht besonders willkommen sind. Die Klimaanlage war defekt, das Bett eine Zumutung – für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Außerdem war der Türgriff kaputt. Die Tür ließ sich nicht mit der Karte öffnen, und wir bekamen stattdessen einen klassischen Schlüssel – das war umständlich und nicht zeitgemäß. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen und werde jedem davon erzählen. So einen Aufenthalt sollte man niemandem zumuten.

Ho chiesto una camera per mio marito che è diversamente abile, e le condizioni della camera erano ( come lui ripeteva ogni volta ) la camera del horrore . The staff at the restaurant tried to make us pay more for our food by adding additional fees 🙃 We didn't get any apology from the manager for the poor state of the room 😕

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortabele. There were a few downsides: no drinking water provided in the room, and the breakfast could really be improved. Still, a decent stay if you want to be near the coast.

It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room had only one night lamp, and the central lighting was quite dim.

The loud music from the lobby restaurant continued until 2:00 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep — completely unacceptable for a hotel environment. Additionally, during breakfast, the owner loudly requested “the good milk” for himself, implying that the milk served to guests wasn’t good enough. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also quite disrespectful to those dining nearby. Overall, the experience showed a lack of consideration for guests.
