It's actually a guest house, not a hotel inside a residential building. It has no elevator and building smells bad! Also, if you need to use the lobby to work or something, keep in mind it doesn't have one. For me, it was a problem as I had to work and search for place...

- Irina (2/5): - Историческое здание, чистый номер, хорошая удобная кровать. Не советую размещаться в этих апартаментах. Внизу под окнами находится ресторан. До глубокой ночи крики, смех от не трезвых гостей этого заведения. Очень шумно ночью, спать было невозможно даже в берушах. Очень расстроена, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. В номере нет ни одного стакана, кружки. Мне утром понадобился утюг. Взять не у кого, так как на рецепции никого нет.

Apart kiralik odalar gibi, otel odasi degil oncellikle sonraki konaklayacaklar icin bunun net olmasini isterim. Yataklar cek yat yatagi gibiydi bu sebeple bu ucrete karsilik konforsuz buldum.

- Meleri (8/5): È stato bello vagabondare a piedi per le vie del centro - Posizione ideale, vicino al centro, al mare e alla metropolitana. Raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici da e per l'areoporto. La rete metropolitana è organizzata bene. Personale preparato, gentile e sempre presente in caso di bisogno. Sarebbe stato bello avere qualche consiglio in più in merito a curiosità e particolari tipici di Barcellona. La stanza non è grandissima ma essenziale.

The bar downstairs was a little loud but it closed at a reasonable hour - just bring ear plugs for the first part of your sleep. Everything was great though.

- Teun (7/5): Great location, basic rooms, ok priced - Online keys to get in the doors are nice when you arrive late. You need a phone with internet connection though. Rooms are spacious. Bit basic but for the money ok. Beds are not too good and the bed frame is light so when you turn around, the whole things moves. Not a bed for romantic stuff ;-)

All amenities nearby. Great restaurants and old town very, very close. Clean towels and bed made everyday. Thin wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area.

Walking distance from every restaurant and destination we wanted to visit. all the staff are incredibly polite, and all speak multiple languages. The beds were a little on the hard side. The bar underneath our room was quite loud at all hours during the weekend, and sound penetrated through the floor till closing time after midnight each night.

- Corentin (5/5): Première et dernière fois. - La localisation. Les lits jumeaux avec un lit à roulette. Le confort du matelas très mauvais. La chaleur que nous ne pouvions pas règler plus 25 dans la chambre impossible de dormir sur la deuxième nuit du séjour. Bruit des bars et de l'environnement global. Mauvais isolation, personnes dans les couloirs très bruyants.

- Barbora (9/5): Ubytování u přístavu - Hotel je blízko přístavu, kousek na pláž i kousek na metro. Pěšky se dá dojít na většinu atraktivních míst, která jsme chtěli navštívit. Nevýhodou je že je umístěno nad restaurací a celkově je v okolí více barů a restaurací, takže v noci byl větší hluk z ulice.

Ook heel aangenaam dat de kamer elke dag gepoetst werd. - Er stond een koffie apparaat in de gang, maar dat was enkel tijdens de uren dat het personeel aanwezig was. Dus in de ochtend kon je geen koffie drinken. Er was wel wat lawaai van de andere kamers.

- Urjit (10/5): A neat well appointed living space with a walking access to the beach as well as the Rambla. - Close to the beach via the boats marina, and still walkable from Gothic wuarters and the Rambla. Booking dot com gave the impression it was a service apartment with basic pantry and other amenities. It is a very well kept hostel with no hotel type smenities and no dining or shared pantry. But it is bang in the middle of umpteen pubs and eateries. Windows secure enough to not be noisy though the pub scene is oprn till 3 am
