Eelis (5/5): - The breakfast was good, many options. Also access to coffee and tea the whole day. Good wifi. Close to airport. Room was dirty, the sheets were covered on sand (???) when we arrived, toilets and bathroom full of dust, drapes were broken. Very loud in the room. Staff supposedly present 24/7 but have not seen them. You are supposed to leave them the room key when going out, but nobody is watching and everybody can have access to it. Not very safe feeling. Little extra mention for finding dog poop in the staircase in the morning!

Evandro (10/5): Superou as nossas expectativas, recomendo! - Meu namorado e eu ficamos na cidade por três dias. Foi a nossa primeira vez em Ushuaia e valeu muito a pena. Logo que chegamos, fomos muito bem recebidos pela anfitriã. Conseguimos antecipar o check-in e entrar no quarto com antecedência. A recepção é 24h, o que facilitou muito nossas entradas e saídas das instalações em qualquer horário para as atividades que tínhamos programado. O quarto em que ficamos estava muito limpo e organizado. Ele estava posicionado para a rua e como na primeira noite nevou na cidade a vista era um espetáculo a parte. O café da manhã se parecia muito com um café de pousada, uma delícia! Recomendamos muito e voltaríamos com toda a certeza. Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado. Tudo foi impecável.

O atendimento foi excelente. Valor ok para a estrutura. Café da manhã caseiro, com poucas opções, mas os pães e os doces todos bem feitos. Como era o último dia na Patagônia, tínhamos voltado de el calafate, pegamos algo barato e perto do aeroporto só para pernoitar, porém, como estávamos cansados da volta de calafate, não conseguimos descansar plenamente devido ao barulho da avenida. Sugestão seria melhorar o isolamento acústico. O corredor do térreo também com muito barulho na madrugada.

Nathália (3/5): - Dos funcionários e cachorrinhos. E a vista maravilhosa do quarto. O quarto não estava adequadamente limpo, com pelos e entre outros, no banheiro. Toalhas eram bem ruins, a água da pia vinha com tanta pressão que jorrava água por tudo, água turva, muito turva. O café da manhã não era bom, nem perto disso… uma pena, pois adoramos nossos anfitriões.

Maria Eduarda (10/5): - A hospedagem é muito bem localizada, os funcionários são prestativos e procuravam sempre ajudar. Café da manhã muito gostoso também! O banheiro tinha um pequeno problema de vazar água por ser uma banheira com chuveiro, respingava muita água pra fora e acabava indo pro carpete do quarto, aí precisávamos colocar toalhas na saída da porta pra barrar a água. Talvez fosse necessário mudar a logística da banheira com um box de vidro.

EDUARDO (7/5): Crítica constructiva, no está bien aprovechado el lugar y falta un poco de mantenimiento. - Tiene muy linda ubicación y patio interno. La vista al canal no estaba bien cuidada.. había vehículos fuera de uso y algunas basuras en su alrededor.

Es pet friendly, por lo que genera mucho pelo de perros en sillones. Aunque me gustan los animales, NO permitiría que perros anden en la cocina donde se preparan los desayunos.

mariana (5/5): Buen lugar para ir solo 2 o 3 días como máximo, ubicación y precio muy buenos. - El desayuno y la ubicación del hotel es lo más lindo todo el hotel muy sucio, colchas viejas. Y no hay rico olor, tienen perros grandes muy buenos , qué cuando entran se duermen en el sillón y dejan todo sucio y el personal no limpia.
