- MINGCHENG (2/5): Really bad big noise and service - 9/19, it’s very sad smell , that I can’t believe it happened and hotel feedback like this, room is very bad smell and very big noise, and 1F was very noise by hotel it self event, very cloud also very noise, and about room noise they also admit people to check, they sure it’s a big noise, I ask to change and front desk said it’s fully booked, and offer me to free cancellation, but when I went 1F they suddenly said a room close to me is available, let me to check see but the issue stil very obvious, so I still didn’t stay , manager also come to say sorry, but after one day, that they suddenly said they won’t pay back and charge , it’s very bad handle , already ask hotels.com to process, why you said free cancellation but after one day you said you change mind, it’s not a good hotel should be,

- Anders Jonas (4/5): 3 star basic - For some reason Hotels.com lists this as a 5 star hotel — that is insane. This a 3 star hotel with basic interior, cheap decor, long hallways reminding me of 1990s youth hostels, and an entryway that makes one walk past parked vehicles covering the entrance. The pool is small and mostly in the shadow, the gym has very little besides the treadmill, and the staff seem little trained or interested in doing anything much.

- Pla (4/5): - I stayed here for 8-9 Days. We smelled the weeds from someone who smokes badly and has a really strong smell. The smell caused three of us to get light headaches very bad every day. The front deck Guy is rude(he might not be a front deck at all, but he pretends like he is). The guy who opens the door is the best service!! (The guy who is a little bit chubby and short should get a better job position in this hotel or another hotel. We need good service like him.) The cleaning lady on floor 8 is the best as well. The location is well close to BTS, 5 minutes to 7-Eleven. I not gonna go back to this hotel again because I found a better hotel just on another road on Sukhumvit(Thonglor). I wish I booked another hotel for 9 day.

- Roozbeh (10/5): Great hotel - Nice big and clean bath, great kitchen if you like to cook you self, biggest fridge i have had in a hotel. Service good. We did not include breakfast so cant rate it. Only downside was pillows were too big for my 7 year old son if I need to be a crazy karen picker.. location good, near bts skytrain which takes you wherever you want.

- Verified traveler (2/5): I would not stay there again. - I would not stay there again. The bad, (1) Check-in took too long, 5-10 minutes per person and we had to wait quite a while. The staff was very rude and rude to me. 2) Around 2 am, I heard noise from the floor above for almost an hour, so I called the reception, but in the end they could not quiet the noisy clients and I had to move to a different room. (iii) There was one day when the room was not cleaned. (iv) I was very uncomfortable with some of the receptionists and this was the first time I had ever been treated like this.

- FUMIE (8/5): - 新しいホテルで設備も綺麗でした。 BTSのトンロー駅から徒歩10分程の場所にあり、歩くとちょっと遠いのですが、ホテルから駅までは30分毎にトゥクトゥクが出ています。 駅からホテルへの帰路は、大通りからSoiに入る角にバイクタクシーの乗り場があり、ホテルまで10バーツか15バーツで乗れます。ホテルまで真っ直ぐの道ですし、小路ですのでゆっくり走ってもらう様に伝えて乗れば怖くなかったです。 12才の娘も毎日乗っていました。 隣や上の部屋の音が気になる事はありませんでした。 静かな場所で外からの騒音なども聞こえませんでした。 エアコンの音は気になる方は気になるかもしれません。 2、3日の滞在でしたら良かったのですが、今回1週間の滞在でしたので、洗濯に困りました。ホテルにはランドリーサービスは有りますが割と高く、ホテルには自分で洗濯するランドリー施設が無く、ホテルの近くにコインランドリーを探しましたが遠くて行けませんでした。手洗いしても干す場所も無く難儀しました。洗濯をしたい方にはおすすめできません。 エアコンが冷えなくなる事が2度ありましたがレセプションに伝えると直ぐにメンテナンススタッフが部屋にきて対応してくれました。 スタッフの印象は人それぞれでした。 日本語を喋れるレセプションの男性やレストランの男性スタッフはいつもにこやかで好印象でしたが、レセプションの女性スタッフの中には印象の良くない方も居ました。 他の方も書かれていたシャワールームの排水溝の詰まりですが、初日シャワーを浴びると流れが悪く、排水溝をピックでほじると大量の髪の毛が出てきました。改善されていると思っていたので、それはとても残念に思いました。次の日にお部屋の掃除の方に毎日排水溝の髪の毛を取り出してもらうようにメモを残しておくと、それから詰まる事はありませんでした。 総じて可もあり不可もありとゆー感じでした。
- Lilian (10/5): Mooie kamer, fantastisch bed - Dicht bij de BTS Zwembad ligt van ca 11.00 - 14.00 in de zon Weinig ligbedden Omgeving minder gezellig Kamer en het bed is top!! Ik zou het niet meer boeken, puur vanwege zwembad en omdat er in de omgeving weinig is in waar te drinken/eten. Als je voor de ligging en de kamer gaat en GO! BANGKOK is onderdeel van een langere winter trip elk jaar, heb andere wensen hierdoor.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 排水口 - フロントのスタッフもよく、全て綺麗にされていると思いましたが、数日前にも2泊した初日は排水口が水を流しただけで詰まっていてすぐにシャワールームは水で溢れて髪の毛など洗うのにとても大変で次の日言って改善されました。そして今回は大丈夫かと思いきや！！今回も同様でなんだかがっかりしました。これさえなければ他のHotelと変わりないのに残念でした。 明らかに他の人の髪の毛がそこからでてきて気持ちわるいし、改善されていたらまた泊まりたいと思います。小さい子供がいる人は避けた方がいいと思います。
